I can't believe I am going to say this...but should I test tomorrow if AF is a no show? Based on last month she is due tomorrow...I really shouldn't because that is the shortest cycle I have had since I started trying I've had a 29, 28, 28, 31, 32, 26, so no logic really...I suppose I should test CD33. But AF will most likely have got me by then...

You could always use a cheap test tomorrow and if AF not here by Sun test again... or you could wait!!!

I keep thinking about testing tonight but I am holding out until Saturday .... I think!

I am an idiot and have done 2 tests even though AF is not due until Tuesday. Talk about foolish. I've been trying to remember when it was that I got a BFP last time. I think it cannot have been more than 4 days before AF was due. I really need to step away from the tests!
No more until at least Sunday now I think...

am back from my night on the pish. have had two glasses of merlot (well one and three quarters) and DH says I'm all slury. got a bit of a wine headache now. how rubbish, i used to be able to drink a whole bottle followed by some port and cognac.

bucky i would wait, but that's because I hate bfns. if you don't mind a bfn because you know your testing early then go for it!

starlight & scaryhairy I did five tests in both cycle 1 and cycle 2. am glad I'm now charting temps so I don't test too early, should save me a fortune.

DG - am not sparko, am pissed in poub. Why haven't I been sensible......

how funny! I have the day off today and I also have to clean the house. PILs are arriving en masse tomorrow for lunch so am cleaning and preparing food and cakes in advance.

monring ladies, hope you are all well today! Well CD7, still having loads of ewcm and now have sore nips!!!! I cannot believe that i am having all these so early in my cycle... i truly believe that my body is weird!!!!!!!!

my temp was still low this morning and ewcm has gone. i am eggless.

*sarahnh I normal get a stich like pain and EWCM on the day that I ovulate and then the next day I normally get sore nips that last a few days, thats when I normally start counting DPO

well mr sarah got a treat last night and the night before, so hopefully i can convince him that one more day won't do any harm!!!!

But does this mean that if i am ovulating my cycle will be much much shorter this month?? how can i go from 36 days to maybe 21/22??? it doesn't make sense!!!!

And i cannot believe how sore my nips are!!!! never had them this bad before???????

Its possible that your last cycle, the long one, was an anovulatory cycle if that's the right word. It's basically where you don't ovulate in a cycle, so you may have a different bleed not quiet like AF, its quiet possible that your AF was just more of a break through bleed because you've taken so long to ovulate IYSWIM. I think you've ovulated, you sound like you get the same OV symptoms as me If you have ovulated then you AF would be due in about 2 weeks time, welcome to your 2ww The BDing timings sound great if I were you I'd maybe go again today to be on the safe side but I'd count yourself as 1DPO. Fingers crossed for you x
