April 2021 TTC Bus

Couldn't see a bus ready for April, so I thought I'd start one as AF has just made a very unwelcome appearance 😒

Quick intro - this would be baby #2 as we have a 2 year old DD, have been trying since Jan, so this will be cycle 4 for us.

Who's ready for some April BFPs? 😁

Hi ladies, new on here and hoping to join in and share journey. Been ttc for 7 months now. I was doing one step ovulation tests and it was getting stronger but then dropped. I was testing first thing and only testing once. I know I shouldn’t have tested first thing now. I’m hoping I just missed surge rather than not ovulating. Who knows! So so nice to see lots of positives 🥰 x

Hi ladies, I have a question and any help would be appreciated! I have been using easy@home opks and clearblue advanced too. From my easy opks it looks like I've had a peak already and now they've started to fade again, but on my clearblue I'm still getting smiley faces?? Very confused right now. I've attached photos of the opks. Would you agree that I've had a peak?

@Taylor1234 yeah I'd agree your easy at home looks quite positive. I don't use CB but I thought a smiley face on CB meant peak? It's flashing smiley means rising LH then static smiley face for peak? Xx

@justwant2beamum I'm glad somebody agrees with me! I meant to say I'm getting flashing smiley faces, maybe I missed my surge with the cb tests? I guess time will tell, as af is supposed to arrive a week today!

12 DPO and just got a bfn, guess I’m out again this month as been getting af symptoms 😞 on to May...

@sylvie1001 oh so sorry to hear. I do know that feeling! How long have you been ttc? I've seen some lovely posts this week where women have got their bfp after a long time of trying. Gives a little hope 🥰 hope you get yours soon! X

Thank you @Emsjourney not long I’m just being impatient, this will have been my cycle #2 officially trying, came off the pill in Dec/Jan. Fingers crossed for next month ☺️

Bfn for me at 11dpo on a frer so I'm out. Also out for May as partner going away.

Little update - it seems I'm ovulating a week later than my apps predicted but this evening I've finally hit my peak. The line was so strong the control line looked so feint! It's quite frustrating as my DH went away for work today until Sunday so we can't BD tomorrow, which has left me a bit disappointed😔. Especially as I asked him to move his plans from last weekend to this weekend because I thought I would of been ovulating then 🙄

But we did BD today before he went (CD17) and also on CD15 & CD13 and I will pounce on him as soon he gets home on Sunday too 🤣

It's so frustrating the timing of him being away. But I am trying to be positive and I'm grateful we aren't out for this month yet.

Okay so I thought I was out this month, af is 2 days late so took a cheapy hpt test this am. Am I going crazy or is there a faint line... I don’t want to get my hopes up too much

@sylvie1001 there is a line!! You got any other brand in at all? I'd say that looks positive but to be safe, retest 🤞❤️ x

@Emsjourney @kez152 okay so I ran out and got a clearblue weeks- it says pregnant 1-2 weeks! I’m so shocked I was sure af was imminent!

I am 12dpo and got a bfn with frer. I'm out this cycle. Due af in 3 days.

@LovelyLion3 I tested negative at 12dpo, 14dpo and only got my bfp today at 16dpo. Fingers crossed for you! 🤞🏻

@sylvie1001 Really?! Was it with frer? I wanna keep hoping there's a chance...lol.

@LovelyLion3 frer at 12dpo and cheap test at 14dpo both were bfn so I think until af arrives (or doesn’t!) don’t count yourself out 😊 x

Hi Everyone!

Sorry I'm a bit late to the party. I came off the Pill in January, after 14 years of pill / implant. This will be our first baby. No luck yet but think my body is regulating, regular 25 day cycles so far pretty much immediately after stopping the pill.

I can't lie if I was going to say I wasn't under the illusion it was going to happen real quick! But reading everyone's posts has made me feel so much more relaxed. Currently on day 5 of cycle 4 so fingers crossed! Sending luck to everyone for May xx

So my bfp has slowly turned to bleeding and a now barely visible line. I’m assuming a chemical for how early I am (18dpo), I feel gutted 😔
