Hi ladies

I'm 23 and my partner (27) and I are TTC baby #1!

It was our first month trying this month and AF is due 2nd/3rd of March, so far just BFN! My cycle is roughly 26/27 days! But didn't expect to get pregnant first cycle so I'm feeling ok 👌🏼

Anyone else TTC baby no 1 with a similar cycle? 🥰 xx

@annwen, we are cycle twin's! I am also 12dpo today and am going to test today when my tests arrive! 🙈

@taytay20 are you thinking of buying the fertility monitor?

Was going to ask the same question about the readings! Saw loads online 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈

@Annwen oooh fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼 I see a lot of people getting their first line around 10DPO onwards but I guess everyone is different and whenever feels right for you! Also heard doing it first thing in the morning gives the strongest result!
@Neom87 are you experiencing anymore symptoms? 🤞🏼

I’m 11DPO but pretty sure AF will be here by Friday! Also impatient for the next cycle @Genevive123 going to try preseed this time as TMI but I don’t think I have ever noticed much of the EWCM x

@neom87 Ah just had a look on the CB website to find out what you mean. No, I've been using the 'Advanced Digital Ovulation Test'. It doesn't have app connectivity, it just flags up approx 4 or more fertile days. Really easy to use, but I'm also really aware of how much plastic I'm throwing away each time I use it!

Alas, BDing has slowed considerably in the last few days. I think we overdid it last week 😀😂😩 (I think that sums up my feelings!) But there's always next month...

@Neom87 @kty09 Think I'll test first thing tomorrow then. Very excited but trying not to get my hopes up too much cos it's only my first month TTC!

@kty09 symptoms seemed to have disappeared - I could just have been run down! Only thing now is i feel like my boobs are bigger, could just be in my head or could be the added lockdpwn weight I have accumulated! 🤣

@taytay20 ah I see, I thong I got mixed up, I knew you had that one but i thought you were asking for the monitor for your birthday 🎁

Oh forgot to say, i had an email at work yesterday with 3 pregnancy announcements on it! 🙄

@Neom87 I had mine done by a lady called jade Roberts tarot on Facebook :)

That's rubbish about the announcements, great news for them but it does bring you down a little doesn't it :( 99% of my colleagues are men so it doesn't happen really unless they announce their wife is!

@Kty09 is pre seed a tablet ? I haven't heard of that!!

Got my fingers crossed for us all!! Will be so happy when BFPs come flooding in! I finally got a 'high' reading on my OPK today! I'm actually thrilled, youd think I'd just found out I was actually pregnant 😂😂 just super relieved that it seems like I actually ovulate which is GREAT!! WOOHOO. And because I'm never sure when AF actually starts, and because it lasts soooo long, it's nice to get a grip on what actually happens in my cycle and when!

@Neom87 we are trying to BD every other day, where usually we would probs about every 3 days or so. I'm seeing loads of people saying they BD twice a day, and I worried we weren't doing enough! But I don't think that would be physically possible for us 😂 would be exhausted and very sore! How about you?

@neom87 Whaaat! 3 announcements in one day?!! I guess you might be short-staffed in a few months then 😀

I've noticed it in phases, loads of acquaintances on Facebook have newborns right now. And a couple of years ago 4 of my closer friends had their first child in the space of about 2 months. I'm going to try not to let future announcements get to me but it's hard!

In some ways it'd be great to carry on this carefree childless existence for a few more years...but I'm almost 33, and lockdown has given me waaay too much time to think about what I'm doing with my life.

@Genevive123 it’s just lube but supposed to make a good environment for the swimmers lol so going to give it a try! Heard a lot of success stories from it so worth a try x

@Kty09 no way I might have to look into that then! I've become a bit obsessed I want to get a microscope to check out my partners sperm movement 🤣🤣

@Neom87 here's hoping the next announcement is yours!! 3 is so much 🤣🤣

I know 3!! One was a man though! So his wife doesn't work for us, the other too are due June and September. Luckily they are all in a different department to me!

@hopingforbabym2021 I was exactly the same with my first this month! I was so chuffed as I felt like it gave me a starting point!

@kty09 I ended up ordering a CB early one if amazon, I was looking at the FRERs, but some of the reviews were saying they were fake so I didn't trust the seller they were coming from.
