Especially for you
I wanna let you know what I was going through
All the time we were apart
I thought of you
You were in my heart
My love never changed
I still feel the same

Especially for you
I wanna tell you I was feeling that way too
And if dreams were wings, you know
I would have flown to you
To be where you are
No matter how far
And now that I'm next to you

No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Especially for you
I wanna tell you, you mean all the world to me
How I'm certain that our love was meant to be
You changed my life
You showed me the way
And now that I'm next to you

I've waited long enough to find you
I wanna put all the hurt behind you
And I wanna bring out all the love inside you, oh

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

You were in my heart
My love never changed
No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Woo

mistlethrush · 16/01/2008 10:27

Ready - you're on... although I don't tend to do ironing in my household anyway (). Dh's shirts really should be ironed - but I think that, if I'm working all day, why should I iron his shirts - if he wants them ironed he can do it himself. I do iron them for any interviews though as otherwise he'd look a mess. Mind you, he does look a mess even in a brand new suit - I don't know how he does it...

Nomore - I thought that this thread might be a bit quiet too... I hope you'll still let me join in though even though its #2 for me that's causing the problem this time. I've not even got Kensgirl on this thread at the moment to give me any excuse for staying ( again)

nomoremagnolia · 16/01/2008 10:37

MT don't be daft - of course you're welcome to stay. I was just looking back and we haven't had any new people join for ages and I though if we had new people we might get to do all the fantasy shopping/idealist questions/dreaming thing all over again. (With some new ideas/opinions/products...) I wasn't trying to kill this thread (never would ) - we're more of a group of friends now than ttc no1-ers anyway - just thought that maybe we're too good friends for anyone else to feel they can join

OP posts:
Ready · 16/01/2008 11:43

Nooo MT, don't go anywhere - this thread has evolved from the original premise
I feel particularly emotional and low at the moment, but I am hoping that as soon as CD1 is here and out of the way, I will be back to my usual self

mistlethrush · 16/01/2008 11:55

Ready -

Ready · 16/01/2008 12:13

I have joined a thread where you are, so now we have 2 places to chat

I feel like I am on a rollercoaster today, and I want to get off. tut.

gillystarrynight · 16/01/2008 12:45

Hello my lovelies, how are you all?

Ready my love, I am sending you very special hugs. That very very low feeling before AF is awful and one month I honestly thought I was on the verge of a breakdown (silly I know). Please do not give up hope, carry on talking to us. This is a new year and it is going to be a very bumpy one for all of us for the right reasons What?s this about a new thread?

Nomore, you are getting very good at this knitting thing I am very jealous as I have not made much progress and might have to take up MT on her offer of help with the blooming pattern I was following. I think I am going to start on the Debbie Bliss hat as it will be smaller and give me a sense of achievement if I actually finish it!

Hello to Sybil ? glad to see that the pregnancy is going well.

Scorpio good luck with the wedding ? not long now for that or the baby. Where has time gone?

Welcome to our gang Riss, very pleased to have you

How is everyone else (sorry if I have missed anyone ? catching up on 2 ½ weeks is not easy!)

Well, we had a lovely time in India. We did and saw loads ? temples houseboat, stalked wild elephants, stayed in an almost deserted village of mansions and a cardamom plantation. On our return we had a letter for UCH (posted on the 3rd Jan!) asking to make an appointment with the reproductive health clinic. We have one for the 13th Feb, 8 weeks to the day of our GP referring us. Irony is that we would have possibly got an earlier one if we had not been on holiday but by mid Feb we should be done with the malaria tablets so its probably a blessing. Feeling ridiculously optimistic at seeing someone that can help us. DH has been a lamb too and has agreed to take 1000mg of Vit C to improve motility. This is on top of extra zinc, a multi vit and fish oil pills. The poor man rattles every morning!

I'm just feeling at secretary at work who is swanning around with bump after only being married in July...

Ready · 16/01/2008 14:09

with you MT

Giiiiillllllllllllyyyyyyy - woo, you are back!! Lovely to see you. Good luck on the 13th, but I am sure will say that lots more over the coming month. So are you relaxed and groovy after your holiday? sounds like you had a lovely time Here's the other thread I was talking about
What's this about vit c boosting motility??

mistlethrush · 16/01/2008 14:15

Glad to hear you had a good break Gilly. I'd be glad to help if I can - you could even take a picture of where you are and do an extract from the pattern so that I could advise. I have done my share of unpicking in the past!

I'm waiting to hear from referal to recurrent mc - as 3/4 not good going and each time I have one I get strung out on the possible mp terrors...

gillystarrynight · 16/01/2008 15:42

Hi Ready, Vitamin C protects sperm from oxidative damage. When sperm stick together (a condition called agglutination), fertility is reduced due to low motility. Vitamin C reduces sperm agglutination. The GP said that DH had a motility of 30% when a normal level for men should be 50% or more. One of the things we want to ask at the hospital is if any of these vits are making a difference as the poor man is a bit sick of taking them!

nomoremagnolia · 16/01/2008 16:28

Hi gilly welcome back your holiday sounds amazing.
MT know how you feel about those who get pg within minutes of getting married. I know 5 couples who have got married and pg in the time we've been ttc.

mistlethrush · 16/01/2008 16:45

Nomore - the ones that really get to me is the ones that a) didn't plan it; b) complain about being pregnant all the time; c) smoke and d) drink. Makes me mad

mistlethrush · 16/01/2008 16:45

And, no, not getting that much work done today.

Ready · 16/01/2008 16:51

Does anyone else watch Shameless? I got sooo at last night's episode!!! e-taking, junk-food eating, chavs falling pregnant!

nomoremagnolia · 16/01/2008 17:07

Don't get me started on pg smokers/drinkers. And I'm getting very little work done today too

mistlethrush · 16/01/2008 17:11

Sorry, out playing sextets last night (Swoon!)

Ready · 16/01/2008 18:00

sextets??

I have achieved a fair bit today, nearly finished painting for friends (it's a commission dahling), cleaned my brushes straight away(so not like me ), cleaned my windows (outside), 2 loads of laundry, dusting throughout, swiffered lounge floor, cleaned the glass door to the porch, chatted with friend on phone and now about to cook dinner

nomoremagnolia · 16/01/2008 21:32

this is my next knitting project...for DH

OP posts:
Ready · 16/01/2008 21:52

OMG. Nomore, they are brilliant!!! PMSL

mistlethrush · 17/01/2008 08:13

Sextets - started with the Brahms Op18, then Tchaikovsky Souvenier de Florence, then the Dvorak...

Got to play Viola 1 for the Brahms so I had lots of good tunes

Nomore, have you seen any of Kaffe Facet's knitting books - very inspirational in terms of colour, texture and inventiveness. I've knitted one of the one-piece jackets which was actually surprisingly easy apart from the weight to carry around - very very very warm though, so can only wear it in very cold weather. If I did something similar again I would reduce the number of colours I used, but I still like it a lot.

Will have to dig out some of my children's knitting patterns and get started again.

scorpio1 · 17/01/2008 08:55
