TWW anybody?

Hi guys! I believe I ovulated today (CD14) after I got a static smiley on my OPK yesterday evening, this was after a flashy smiley in the morning! We DTD last night and now comes the start of the dreaded two week wait! Does any one fancy driving themselves crazy with symptom spotting and trying to to take a test too early with me? 🤣

Morning ladies i'm 13dpo i took a test yesterday i got a faint bfp but today iv took 3 and all are negatives!i woke up to sharp stabbing pains in my left ovary aswel so thinking was this a chemical iv never had a false postive il try and upload to see what you think?

@sam433 I can see a line! I'm not sure why it would go negative again and I don't know much about CP. suppose I'm not much help but your eyes aren't playing tricks on you. How long did you wait to read the test? I was thinking evaporation line maybe, but again not an expert at these (not got much further than the OPK tests this time around)

Hey ladies. Just wanted opinions on this test. It's darker in person and has a pink colour to it.
Not entirely sure when AF is due, I'd say today if I was going off my last cycle but so far nothing 🤞🏻 (I've been having quite short, irregular cycles)
I took this test about 4:45 when I came in from work, urine was super diluted (drank a couple of glasses of squash before I left work at 4pm).. but I just had to test as it's been on my mind all day! I have another FRER which I'll do tomorrow morning with FMU and I've just ordered some more to come tomorrow. Not entirely sure on DPO either as I didn't track this month.
Last AF was 10th April. Xx

Not sure on DPO and I do have short cycles and short Luteal phases. Going to bed early tonight so I can just get the morning here and know once and for all! Xx

I was expecting a little darker to be honest but it's darker than yesterday's. What do you think? X

@BCM2021 Yes it's definitely darker isn't it! My cycles are a little irregular (and short). AF was due Monday/Tuesday. Thank you 😊 xx

Hi everyone, I'm in the TWW as well, 1st cycle, 1st time I've tried to get pregnant, absolutely no idea what I'm doing!

All the symptoms I've had so far are also pre-period symptoms, and my cycle can be anywhere from 21 to 28 days, so the best thing to do would be chill out and not think about it, then do a test after 28 days, right? Unfortunately my brain doesn't work that way and I am constantly thinking about it, can't focus on anything else, it's ridiculous.

Anyway, just joining the thread to introduce myself and have a whinge! Good luck to everyone here!

@LKB89 Erm, main thing for me was no real AF symptoms (I usually get backache and stomach ache). Also, last week, I had the worst sore throat ever which was then followed by a cold and genuinely run down, chapped lips etc. That began to clear up by Saturday and then Sunday I was in bed with the worst headache ever! Not sure if any of this was linked but I'd read about immunity dropping when implantation occurs and therefore being more prone to colds etc. Boobs began to hurt recently - this isn't something I get with AF usually, I usually just get sore nipples! Xx

I've got more bloods tomorrow then I am seriously not thinking about ttc. I don't even know what cd I am so that's good, I'm not counting down to testing time like normal.

Interesting! I know we are all different but I like to know others symptoms, I have quite strong AF symptoms before I actually come on like cramps , back ache and spotting so I guess the absence of them would be the same for me!
How exciting for you, how was your OH? Was he super excited? X

@LKB89 Yes I like to know other people's symptoms too! You sound similar to me with the cramps and backache etc beforehand but I don't have the spotting. It was having the cold that made me think though which I know sounds absolutely ridiculous and with my 2 year old constantly bringing back nursery germs, these things are expected to happen! But I just didn't feel right and I was really hoping it had something to do with it and maybe it did 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah my OH is very happy, I think that because it's so early, he just feels a little anxious so he hasn't really said a lot yet 😂 We found out a little later with our son so I think that helped as we didn't have to try and stare at tests looking for lines. I think we're going to book a private reassurance scan for maybe a months time so when I'd be around 8 weeks 🤞🏻 and I think that will help us both feel a little calmer about it all xx

I am trying to have a more laid back attitude but tbh still pretty pre occupied with it all, day 4 of the cursed smiley face 😂, but I feel last couple of months I have got to know what’s what a bit and likes it’s been said know my cycle a bit. Hopefully it’s the month as I really don’t know how people try for like a year! I am being inpatient I know! but it’s so hard!! Positive vibes!!
