Hi ladies anyone want to join me in a thread to chat about ttc this month? I’m currently on CD2.
A bit about me.

I’m 28 and TTC baby number 1. We’ve been trying for a year and a half now, I had 4 recurrent miscarriages in 2020 so hoping the next will stick. I’ve been given new medication to try next time.

@CycloGoose isolation sucks... thought I’d enjoy it but in reality I’m just bored.
Haven’t killed each other yet though, so that’s always a bonus! 😂

Happy Tuesday everyone! The CB testing starts today for me, that AF went by in a whizz, can't believe the TWW takes forever haha. Hope everyone is doing good x x

AF for me today. 9 day luteal phase doesn't seem great!

I've been upset the last few days (thank you PMS) think the spotting all month, the MC and impending doom of AF all hit me at once. So at least I'm no more upset than I have been today, little victories!

Just reaaaallly hope after this the spotting stops so I can be in with a chance this month. Xx

@minthumbugs really sorry to hear that but AF probably what your body needs to reset itself after MC. I hope you can find some time to be kind to yourself. A little bit of pampering maybe?

@Slinks8113 think you're a bit ahead of me this cycle 😊 I'm not using old flashy face this month. Going to try the Ivy tests soon. I've got 15, wondering what day to start testing. Probably Friday on day 9 if I don't get carried away.

Had my OvuSense for the first time last night. Got to admit, I was expecting something more exciting than 1 temperature reading!

@KatieLooLa I keep hoping for a false positive on my test every week 🤣 So much to do in our house it would be a blessing!

@minthumbugs sending lots of hugs. New cycle=new chance...just relax and let your body reset and theres still 15days left in March so hopefully you concieve by end of march

@minthumbugs sorry to hear AF is here, hopefully this will give your body the rest it needs. my spotting cleared up after the first proper one but still a bit off on LP but I think everyone is different in terms of recovery. Im trying supplements this month and cut down on caffeine last month to see if that helped. Really hoping to see a change before my private consultation but at least I have something to show if not!

@CycloGoose yeah I remember the disappointment of one dot on the screen when I used it haha. At least you know it's accurate! Got my static circle today but as awful as this sounds I'm trying to get myself psyched up for DTD this month, just not feeling it but appreciate that's not going to help if I want to get pregnant. It's unfortunately turned into a chore trying to time it 😂🙈 no pig sightings either! 🐷

I did get another fertility reading though from a different lady, think desperation kicked in on Mother's Day and there was a discount and got given 22nd august to 15th September dates as significant whereas the other one had said April! Both said a girl though 🤷🏼‍♀️

Plenty of pigs on the news at the moment... Just mysogynistic ones instead of the traditional 🐖🐖🐖 three little ones! @Slinks8113

The bbt reading I took was almost exactly the same as the OvuSense as well so that was a bit annoying!

I had August as well as December as well as in the next 4 months so who knows! I got girl both times as well but I'll take anything at this point 😂

@CycloGoose DP doesn't know yet but he knows I've been upset over the weekend. He gave me a hug this morning and I burst into tears. I've picked myself up, done some yoga and getting on with it! Maybe a face mask and a bath with a book tonight. X

@Slinks8113 that's good about your spotting! What supplements have you been taking? All I've had are just folic acid and vitamin D. I have also cut down on caffeine but today I'm thinking a big sugary sweet coffee 🤣 think I'll start temping now!

@CycloGoose sorry meant my circle as in low reading! Not my smiley!!
@minthumbugs started taking evening primrose oil, vitamin e and c and agnus cactus. All meant to help with regulating cycles and hopefully extending LP. Did only agnus cactus last month and then added the rest this month.
Hot sugary coffee and feet up should do the trick! I'm thinking of taking a day off on Monday. Seems a waste without anything to do but 3 months working without a proper break is also killing me haha. X

@slinks8113 they sound tailor made for me! 🤣 I'll give it another go this month with the temping and if I need them the following month I'll give them a try.

God everyone is the same just now, don't want to use holidays because there's nothing to do but desperately need a break! Take the day and chill out, it'll be worth it. Xx

@minthumbugs I have also been taking some Myo inositol. I'm scared of the Agnus Castus!

Really @CycloGoose what are your thoughts on it? I am totally clueless about all these things!

Hi everyone, I posted on here a while back in regard to spotting before my period. I was really reassured to hear that people have conceived despite having spotting leading up to AF (I have about 4-5 days of brown blood before my full period arrives for another 3-4 days). However some people suggested getting my progesterone levels checked at the doctors. I am lucky that my GP was willing to do this on both cycle day 21 and cycle day 3. If anyone has had these tests before and could give me any insights it would be so appreciated.

Cycle Day 3 results
FSH 9.1
LH 3.2

Cycle day 21 results:
FSH 4.3
LH 5.3
Progesterone 41 nmol/l

I was happy about progesterone being over 30, but a little bit worried about my FSH being 9 as I know some people say it would ideally be under 6. Does anyone have any insights?

I have my first session of acupuncture tonight to see if that helps my spotting. I am also taking Vit B6, and Zita West Vitafem daily supplements. I eat well and exercise regularly.

If there’s anything anyone would suggest based on these results and my spotting, I would be really grateful. Or even any success stories of people who spotted before period and still managed to conceive would be lovely reassurance! Thanks xx

CD26 / 7DPO for me and I have been a horrible person for the last 3 days at least 😂😂 I have zero patience!

Hi @dulci379 I don't really know much about the figures you're quoting, sorry but the progesterone sounds great and great news that you're ovulating.

Brilliant that your doc got you tested, too. How long have you been trying?

@minthumbugs I'm not sure yet whether it's helping. My cycle went back to 26 days (after a 23 day one) when I started taking it but that could be coincidence.

I had a period. 2 days spotting before which is not normal but the full flow, red with bits, tmi yes I know but I'm full on freaking out.
My temperature has dropped significantly.
Could it be that I have experienced an early miscarriage and I'm still showing HCG? But I didn't get a positive test before my period!? I'm so fricking confused.
Please help!?

@CycloGoose maybe u had implantation bleeding? As all tests r positive

@minthumbugs both. The top one is LH. The other 5 are HCG.

But look at my BBT.

What I had wasn't like any kind of implantation bleeding I've read about 🤷🏼‍♀️

@CycloGoose ive read about ladies getting a normal period bleed and a positive so maybe its thatp?? Definately call gp tomorrow and ask to get urgent hcg blood test done to see if its increasing
