Hi ladies anyone want to join me in a thread to chat about ttc this month? I’m currently on CD2.
A bit about me.

I’m 28 and TTC baby number 1. We’ve been trying for a year and a half now, I had 4 recurrent miscarriages in 2020 so hoping the next will stick. I’ve been given new medication to try next time.

@CycloGoose ahh it’s okay, don’t worry. Thank you it is, I think it’s just pure desperation to have a child that keeps me going to be honest. That’s it exactly! Ivf wouldn’t help at all- plus because I can get pregnant I would probably have to pay privately too. It’s ridiculous really as I’m extremely lucky I get pregnant fairly easily (I track my cycle well so know when I’m ovulating and have no problems there) but I can’t stay pregnant 😩🙄 but I’m sure the meds will help next time. Yes, I hope this is the lucky thread and fingers crossed February will be our month! Xxx

Hello. Sorry have been super quiet this cycle... taking it all in! I think I ovulated over the weekend but with OH's SA today we couldn't do anything about it. Last we DTD was Thursday so.. month off for us. But what it has taught me is that next month I'm bbt-ing and that's it.
Hopefully will get his SA results this week. Anyone know how the doctors inform us?

Hi @laura2093 are you in the U.K.? If so I’d give them a ring otherwise they may not contact you. Ours didn’t. We had to ring them and then wait for a dr to call us. I hope you get good results xxx

@Slinks8113 ahh couldn't believe it honestly I was about to start selecting them when it hit me 😂 stared at it in shock for a few minutes !! AF is due on 3rd March! Was going to test on 27th! Agghhh xx

I’ve had my reading! My significant month is March, it will be a girls and butterflies are my sign x

How come you guys got beautiful things like palm trees, rabbits and butterflies and I got pigs 😂😂

Having some super strong twinges tonight on my right side - it's actually pretty painful I'm sure I can't be imagining it 😂

Hey there lovelies! Well today I’m apparently 13 dpo, major AF cramps and had red spotting all day, it’s got less and less as the day has gone on so I’m unsure if the witch is out to attack me tomorrow as planned or if it’s something else based on that questionable test I did yesterday? If I go into full flow tomorrow then fair enough but if nothing tomorrow I may be swayed to do another test because I haven’t the foggiest of clues to what’s going on right now 😂🙈 how’s everyone else holding up? Anyone got any new plans for their next cycles?

So happy to hear we’ve had some happy endings for some of the girls on here with their BFP, wishing all the luck to everyone else mid cycle or within their TWW 🙌🏻🌈❤️

I've just been looking at the Ivy tests as well that fermometer do. Wondering if I might try those next cycle if bfn again this month.

@penguin143 it could easily be the stress of worrying about it making your cycle go dodge, especially if you've been unwell. Though you should be 15 dpo if your tracking was right so a good time to test now! I would do a FRER first response if you can get hold of one as they are much more sensitive than CB. Dodgy cycles do happen (I had a random short one last month) but lots of love and baby dust.

Thank you for your concern sweetheart! I'm Absolutely fine, got some bits going off with one of my friends who's been poorly so my minds been all over! Really makes you smile knowing that you was checking on me though ❤️❤️❤️ just shows how we are all through the same journey whether people are on the beginning of trying or just receiving first positive, all in it together :D

Last night we were watching “taskmaster” if you haven’t seen it Greg Davies presents it and it’s really funny. Anyway on there 2 of the contestants made a pretend human game of operation and you’ll never guess what they used.... yup! A butterfly!!! (A plastic one lol) me and my husband just looked at each other laughing! How bizarre is that?!

@kaylsd phew. Glad you're okay! You were just super active and then dropped off after your test. I was worried you were feeling blue. Sorry to hear your friend is unwell - best wishes for a speedy recovery. Hope it's not AF. Blooming hate it.

CD11 here and flashy smiley number 5. FFS I just want to be fertile already and get on with it 😂😂 Everything feels a bit odd this month but it might just because we've been on half term and I've been cooking everything from scratch which means more fibre 💨💨

Morning ladies! CD 15, day 3 of flashing smiley face for me...I'm sure it paused ever so slightly this morning and I was like yes, here we go and then it started flashing. I think these things send you crazy 😂 temp is still steady also.
No signs of pigs yet but my month is meant to be April...I'll have to seek you all out in a couple of months and let you know my 🐷 sightings 😂

AF is deffo here sweetheart, here's onto a new cycle and a new chance for that baby making business for me and my hubs! Taking on the even softer approach this month as last month we did smep and it was so tiring and felt slightly regimented, hoping to do it as much as we feel fit & day of pos OPK & day after and see how that goes for us 🥰🤞🏻

Still no AF but have weird cramping again today low down mainly on the right side. Will do another test on Friday morning if still no AF. Today is CD33 and normally I come on day 27-30.

@Penguin143 did you do the digital in the end yesterday or going to wait it out? Our bodies are right cowbags sometimes! Fingers crossed it's still potentially good news!
@kaylsd sorry to hear AF has arrived! A more relaxed approach is probably the way forward, I know what you mean about SMEP, I'm already stressing about it and haven't even had the positive OPK yet 🙈

Ahhhh @kaylsd so sorry. I think you've got the right idea. Stress is the worst thing for it. So long as you DTD more than once a week you have a realistic chance. Our problem was that we would only really get round to it on the weekends and that was never going to be enough so we definitely had to ramp things up.

Best thing about CD1 = guilt free booze!

@Slinks8113 any bets on solid face day? Fermometer app reckons tomorrow. I think Friday. Poor DH doesn't know what's coming if we have to go every day from tomorrow 😂 Then I think it'll be time for a little holiday from the regime.

@CycloGoose Femometer says Sunday for me but it has gradually been getting earlier each month as my cycles start to get into a bit more of a rhythm. Although if it is at the weekend, got a better chance of DTD then during the week! X

AF just came. So sad. Never had such a long cycle and so many symptoms it’s so bizarre. Nothing you can do though. Onwards and upwards

The smep made me feel like a crazy lady at the end because we was like glued to the OPK sticks and reviewing if we've done it enough before n getting tired come day 3 of the row! I think if I take a more relaxed approach doing it 2-3 times when the mood fits I'm sure it'll cover it if the swimmers can last up to 7 days anyway! It's a little bit of a blessing in a way because at least now I don't have to postpone my wedding anniversary Receiption with our families & friends :') fingers crossed 🤞🏻

You know it girl! I'm always so cautious in the TTW of what I should be eating and avoiding alcohol like the plague, me and hubs have the weekend off together this weekend so he's already got me some wine & kopperburg in chilling for the occasion! Feeling more relaxed this month as the months pass I'm feeling more and more what will be will be and the closer we get to 12 months of trying at least then we might have some answers of to why it hasn't already or receive support if any issues what might need addressing, mellow month March I'm feeling 👌🏻🌈🥰

Sending hugs darling, try not to feel sad I know it's easier said than done, consider it as a new cycle, new start, and enjoy the best bit of being closer to your partner with the baby dancing and if a baby comes at the end of it then even bonus 😘🤞🏻❤️
