Hi All

I’m about to start my TTC journey for baby number 2 and I am so so so so excited. 😁 is anyone else starting their TTC journey too? Would love to have some ladies in the same boat. ☺️

Hi all. Sorry just being nosey and reading the thread! Hope you're all okay. I'm currently 10dpo on my first cycle of trying.

@haidri I didn't want to read and run. I had a MC AT 12weeks with no heartbeat detected.
I then had a baby (9 years ago when I was 24) and that was a normal pregnancy.
Since then I've had 2MC both at 8weeks with no heartbeat detected. Both when I was still in my 20's.
I am a generally healthy person with no underlying medical conditions.
I have read up so much for so many years about how this is very common. More common than we think. The doctors will only investigate it if it happens 3 times in a row. The only advice I can give you is to take your time, only try again when you are ready (it's taken me 3 years to try again because I couldn't face heartache again).

@leigha22 not far behind you then 🤞🏼 I ovulated the 22nd, DTD 17th, 21st and 22nd partner has a demanding job.

Well my CM today has been normal dry but yesterday it was white and the same what your getting but I’ve have cramps I think it’s just my mind telling me I have symptoms because we are now actively trying am praying I don’t get my AF 👏🏼

I also checked my cervix and it’s firm and closed high up too which I read it shows your past ovulating but it might not go softer until implantation happens, just don’t no what to do all I can think about is am I or am I not 😩

@KLR2019 yes we seem similar! We haven’t DTD since as I’ve felt so lethargic and having all these symptoms. My cramps have been quite a lot, mainly on the left side, quite low and my CM hasnt really changed at all it’s just remained quite wet. I’m really hoping I get a BFP but also accepting the fact it’s my first month off the pill so if I do get my period it just means my bodies getting back to normal which is also a positive for me.

My cervix is the same, felt more “closed” yesterday as opposed to today. It’s so hard isn’t it, any twinge and I’m like omg is that our baby being made 🤣🤣 I’ve gotta hold out til Saturday though, I’ll be 10dpo then. When will you test? Have you had any symptoms? I know people say it’s early as implantation hasn’t happened but I did read that some people had symptoms and got BFP on 5dpo - might be coincidence though! X

@leigha22 I heard that coming of the pill your really fertile not sure how true that is but a few friends as soon as they came of was pregnant that month!

Well I was thinking of waiting until the day I am due on my period but I cannot wait my minds going mad and because I’ve MC at 6 weeks in the past I just want to be sure I am so I might test 1st Feb. As for symptoms I’ve had feeling sick, cramps the right side of my vagina, pain behind my belly button, runny poos (sorry TMI), struggling to sleep and increased appetite

@KLR2019 I have heard the same too, I’m keeping all my fingers crossed. Sorry to hear about your precious MC, definitely test when you can do it so it puts your mind at ease. Your symptoms sound promising but could be your period too, this is my issue 🤣 so hard isn’t it! I’ve got some cramps again now.. and I’ve had runny poo this morning but more struggling to go yesterday. Will definitely keep you updated. Will keep my fingers crossed for you too!❤️

Hi everyone! Thought I’d join the thread as I’m in my first month of ttc 😍 I don’t really get all the abbreviations on here yet so apologies if I misuse any! 😂
I’m not sure when I ovulated as I didn’t test, just had sex every other day to try and cover all bases. I had a really light bleed about a week ago which I don’t normally get - can’t help but hope it was implantation. Due on on Friday so this week is going to draaaag.
Anyone else due on this weekend & hoping to test? I’ve been so bloated and a bit crampy but think I’m overthinking things! It would be pretty unbelievable for it to happen so quickly.
How are you all feeling? Excited to have people to talk to about this journey ❤️

Hi @MrsGee20 I'm also due on Friday and it's my first month TTC.
I had some spotting today though and I feel like AF is going to arrive early.
I am however feeling really sick this evening and a bit light headed. But that's probably down to AF. (I keep telling myself that to avoid disappointment but secretly hoping that this nauseous feeling is what I'm hoping it is!!) if nothing by tomorrow, I may test early just to calm my mind down. This last week has been long!! x

@MrsGee20 Hi MrsGee big fingers crossed for you am not due on until next week but I may test Monday I have got test here waiting for me 😁

How many DPO are you sounds like implantation bleeding which is a good sign, have you had cervix mucus or just the bleed?

Oooh @BWaiting the nausea sounds positive! Do you normally get that?
I’ve had cervical mucus the past few days too, creamy & white (sorry if TMI!!) and I usually get a little before my period but it’s normally more egg white at this stage. But I’ve never took THAT much notice so maybe it is just the usual? It’s hard not to overthink everything isn’t it? I’m super bloated which is unlike me.
My husband won’t let me test early in case it upsets us so Friday/Saturday need to hurry up! @KLR2019 I didn’t do any ovulation tests (opks?) so not sure re DPO! What about you?
Let’s hope this week goes real quickly for all of us! Keeping my fingers crossed xxx

@MrsGee20 I don't usually feel nauseas before af. Maybe it's something I have eaten but I do feel really off tonight.
It's funny isn't it, We start noticing every little thing and analysing it. It's consuming my days!

Hi everyone! I'm forever Googling and reading forums and find these so useful so figured I'd join in if that's okay! :) Me and my partner have been trying since September. Ever since my period has been getting later and later, now I'm 9 days late! I tested 6 days late and BFN. Dunno what's going on. Anyone elses periods keep getting later and later?

I’m currently 8dpo and when I was 6dpo I woke up in an awful mood feeling very stiff and really strong back Cramps ( felt like I was ovulating again ). I have had 3 chemical pregnancy’s since March last year and this time it feels different. I’m reading all these symptoms on Google and it’s so confusing. I’m just wondering if anyone is having the same symptoms as me as I still feel a little cramping and pinching. Trying to hard not to get my hopes up but at the same time I’m extremely eager for 10dpo to come so I can take a test

Any guidance or advice ladies ?

I've just had the ovary twinges I always get on cycle day 10/11 - it's interesting to notice a pattern developing now I'm paying more attention to how my body is feeling. Got lots of watery cm so hopefully I'm around the point of ovulation! We're just having sex every 2 days throughout the cycle so that there should always be sperm waiting for when the egg is ready, as for us personally it would stress us out to temp and test every day to pinpoint ovulation. We're onto month 5 now so hoping that this is the one!! I always say that this cycle I won't get my hopes up and overanalyse every twinge and symptom but I always end up googling and reading all the forums for anything that can give me hope. It's a strange time TTC isn't it!

We are TCC #1. We are both 37.
First month trying. Got a high on my OPK today. DTD Sunday, so will DTD the next three days then break and once more for luck. Then the TWW to look forward to.

Im nearly 3 weeks oost MC bleeding and we have DTD since and today ive had a few pains/twinges so im either ovulating, implantation or AF is near. So at the min who knows, ill see what happens in next few days xx

I was hoping to test tomorrow at 12 DPO but have had clear/creamy discharge today so think I'm out this month and AF will appear over the weekend 😢

@Sparkles512 I’ve read that creamy discharge is a sign of pregnancy?

I did have cramps around 6DPO to 8DPO and now I have back ache and a stuffy nose!

I might test tomorrow evening when DH is back from work but not sure if a morning test would be best on Saturday morning

@Sparkles512 yes!! Im sure I read you produce more cervical mucus. I do hope so for you.

I’ve honestly ‘felt’ pregnant for the past couple of weeks but now I’m thinking I might have just convinced myself and it’s wishful thinking, I guess the next few days will tell!

Awh yeah I got my hope up last month and was really disheartened so I think that's why I have convinced I'm out this month.

Heyy, really ramdom question but is anyone taking aspirin while ttc or soon as you had a bfp? Ive just been reading really conflicting stories and my head is baffled xx

@Sparkles512 I’m almost certain my AF is going to arrive today - damn. Holding off on testing for a day or two to see if it arrives. I wish the symptoms of pregnancy and periods weren’t so similar! What about you?

@Emmav2020 do you mean taking it routinely or to treat pain? I think I’ve used it once or twice - are you not meant to? Information on ttc is so confusing.
