@bringonthebeer is that an opk or a test you did ? It looks like the CB opks if so then I would say no it isn't positive as it has to be as dark as the control line . If it is a test then I would say yes it looks positive x

I'm 10 dpo and bfn this morning and have now started spotting so AF is on her way as well, I always have a short luteal phase 😞 oh well at least I can make a drs appt now and start getting us tested

Hi ladies! I have been ttc now for almost a year. I have pcos and I've been referred for a hyster-thingy-ogram(tube flush/x-ray) has anyone had this done and did it help with getting pregnant? I'm hoping my tubes aren't totally blocked but I'm hoping it'll help clear them. I've heard some positive thigs about it but would love to hear some real life experiences!

Hello ladies - I'm currently CD 18 approx. (I haven't tracked this month). Our referral is in process- they have a 6 month waiting list, I'm gutted.
We will keep trying but my heart hurts.

@Laura2093 I'm so sorry you're feeling so down 😔 it really is hard on the heart. It's great that you have a referral, and fingers crossed you won't need it!

Morning ladies AF is here and even though I knew it was coming, I’m devastated. As usual going to take some time and will be back in a few weeks. Onto cycle 14 😞

@DNpink82 sorry to hear AF is on it’s way, hopefully getting some initial tests will give you some peace of mind. My OH is going to ask for a SA which hopefully might give us some answers as to why it’s not happening for us but who knows!

I’ve had a rough couple of days; been told that I’m not eligible for IVF on the NHS because my AMH is too low (basically the chance of success is so unlikely that the NHS don’t want to spend money on it). I was absolutely devastated as I’ve wasted so much time waiting for appointments and results, and they knew 5 months ago what my AMH was and never communicated to me that I wasn’t eligible. Looking into getting a private consultation now because need to see what my options are. If I can’t get pregnant naturally, and IVF isn’t going to work, then I’ll have to seriously consider the egg donor route (I don’t know anything about cost/wait times/success rates for that). Obviously not what I wanted but when options are taken away from you then expectations have to change. So sad and scared about it all. Just want to be a Mum 😣

After being mugged off on a 36 day cycle last month and back to day 14? Maybe. Completely stopped tracking as I felt it was a waste of money I roughly know my cycle now and now we've decided the less stress the better so I'm happy going with the flow and seeing what happens. Last month was great for me, even though I didn't get the result in myself I preferred it x

I’m glad you’ve been able to go with the flow and have felt much better in yourself.

I’m looking forward to being able to see friends properly again soon because then I won’t be so consumed by TTC! Def need a distraction! X

@Misty84 I don't blame you for feeling like that.
That's the problem with me I was so obsessed with tracking and testing it consumed my life. Like ovulation tests twice a day 1000s of pregnancy tests, sometimes temperature. Vitamins. Honestly was more daunting. So now I'm being proactive, trying to loose weight and be healthier hoping to get back to the gym once it's opened up and get on track and if I get pregnant then fantastic if I don't I'm going g to just enjoy it x

To all still trying I highly recommend the mixture of vitamins I took. I really felt they made the difference for me
Vitex (stop after ovulation)
COQ-10
Macca root
Turmeric
Selenium (after ovulation)
And eat pineapple core after ovulation

Oh! And obviously folic acid

Another short cycle for me 24 days this time, although I had a little blessing at 22 days as well so could be shorter. Gp's booked me in for 21 day bloods so the process begins 🙄 feel like I've left it too late at nearly 39 and had a mini melt down last weekend, poor DH didn't know what to do 🤣

Hi all I'm back. Unfortunately my little bean wasn't sticky enough and I lost it at 5 weeks. BUT I'm back more determined than ever. So my question is, ladies who have had a MC before, how long before you started trying again?

@Tabbycat92 I am so sorry to hear of your mc . How heartbreaking 💕 Best of luck in your cycle and I have seen other threads where people have gone on to get pregnant the first month as apparently you can be more fertile ❤ best of luck 💕

@Tabbycat92 I'm so sorry about your loss. My friend lost her baby and then just said she'd wait for her next cycle to try and her next cycle never came and she was pregnant again!

I'm on ovulation weekend luckily so will be DTD as much as we can

@Tabbycat92 I’m so sorry to hear that, so upsetting and I’m glad to see you’re feeling determined. It shows you CAN get pregnant so that’s some positivity to take away from the awful experience and loss. Thinking of you.

@laura2093 The waiting times are crazy. I was referred a year ago and they still haven’t finished investigative tests with me. If you’ve got time on your side then you may be able to hang in there. I’m nearly 37 so we are going private as I can’t wait any longer (plus the NHS have just told me I’m not eligible for IVF with them anyway!) The waiting is so frustrating.

@DNpink82 There is a great group for those TTC who are over 35, I’m on that too and it’s very active, wonderful supportive ladies with lots of knowledge. Let me know if you’d like the name of it!

@Misty84 @apwilso @1992EM thanks ladies. I'm really hoping for a quick cycle. It's odd as I had a very strong FRER on Sunday. And then started bleeding Tuesday and the blood has already dried up and had (although positive) the lightest line on a FRER today. So I think it's gotten out of my system extremely quickly. Either that or it was a missed MC early on. So I'm hoping things will get back to normal ASAP so we can try again!

@Tabbycat92 hi lovely, I’m so so sorry about your loss. It’s heartbreaking. I went though the same thing back in august last year, I was 5 weeks+4. I bled for around 7 days and then we just started trying again the next month. It’s just totally up to you and how you feel. When I was researching I read your next month after a MC you’re more fertile but I’m not sure. Look after yourself ❤️

@1992EM thank you!❤️ Ovulation day is Tuesday so fingers crossed. DH is going for a SA Thursday so good timing as you can’t DTD 48hrs before so we should be just okay.

I had a bit of a realisation this month that I’d totally changed my life for TTC. So, I decided everything I’d given up I wasn’t going to anymore so like caffeine, chocolate, alcohol(in moderation obviously haha - I had a beer when it was sunny the other day and it was glorious) I think I was just putting so much pressure and stress on myself that it was probably affecting TTC so I’m not going to do that now and just see what happens. 🤞🏻
