Negative test 6dpo

I know, I know, shouldn't have tested, prat! But now I've caved I've got a negative feeling. No symptoms at all, nada. I need some serious talking to in order to refrain from testing again until at least Thursday . Anyone else testing then too that I can handhold with?

@Thinkingahead8 I got a blazing positive OPK when I was early pregnant. Didn't end well but a positive OPK was the only reason I actually took a HPT 🤞

Hi everyone. Yesterday morning I had a big temp drop so figured I was out but today it's spiked again (9dpo). I don't know what to think now and don't even want to test. Implantation dip? (Clutching at straws).

OP get yourself a FRER and give it a try today if you’re excited and hopeful. These were mine from 7-9 dpo.

If you’re 7dpo today you should definitely be getting faint lines on these tests x

Couldn’t sleep so got up and tested with FMU and not even a hint of a line.
I was sure it was going to be this month but obviously I was wrong as I’m CD30 now so I would have presumed a positive by this point!

@Foxl2222 yes most people get a big drop just before AF. I did last month, so had a 24 hour heads up she was on her way! Not 100% out, but if this happens near when AF is due, quite likely unfortunately

@dippyegg32 based on timing yours sounds much more like an implantation dip 🤞🤞

@pumpertrumper wow that is super early to be getting lines. Amazing! Huge congratulations. Most people I've spoken to on here have got BFNs around that time and still got BFPs later so definitely not out @dippyegg32 - especially if it was an implantation dip as HCG only starts being released post implantation. So wait a couple of days and test again!

@ApplePie86 a few people have said that about OPKs!

@Bergerdog do you know when you ovulated? CD doesn't really matter, it is DPO that matters! A lot of ladies on here have very long cycles and don't ovulate until CD20-CD40!

@AMS19 I think I ovulated around CD18 or 19 so I would have thought I would have showed up something by now at least.

I’ve had some mild cramping this week which I thought might have been related to pregnancy but now I’m more inclined to thing AF. I usually get my period CD30-32 so I’ve got another few days of this torture yet!!

@Bergerdog so that would make you 10/11DPO?! Definitely not out completely. I would test again Saturday if AF hadnt arrived

9dpo, after a temp spike again this morning I decided to do a test. Only got one step cheapies but stark white negative. Got back ache, af is imminent

Hopefully not @dippyegg32 we are still early at 9DPO. I made myself pee before I had time to think about testing 😅

BFN this morning for me, Will see if AF arrives today. I’m Only 11 dpo As ovulated early, so possible too early For this test but will know if AF comes.

Aw, fingers crossed AF stays away for everyone and we are just testing too soon 🤞🏻

I caved 🙈tested with frer this morning- absolutely nothing!! Still 6 days before AF due but I just don't feel any different so I'm thinking it's a bfn this month for me🤷‍♀️

Oh gosh all these tests! It is like being an alcoholic in an off license 😂😂😂

@AMS19 stay strong! That feeling of disappointment is not worth it! At least testing at a reasonable time would give you accurate results so one way or another you can get on with it.
@Bergerdog I said the same. Caved at 6dpo and promised myself that was it until at least Friday but nope 🤦‍♀️

I cracked my FRER yesterday because I picked up another box.

Top one was yesterday, and bottom FMU today - is that a shnifter of something 🤣🤣

Still super early for me to test.

@Foxl2222 ive realised I dont want a whole week waiting for AF to arrive from a negative test so going to just wait! How long i don't know, but I'll stay in this bubble a little bit longer 😂

I can see something but have been caught out with similar on these tests. Test again in 24-48 hours. If it’s darker/clearer you have your answer x

@AMS19 Yeah squinter indeed - Id love to see it get darker then FRER really are as good as they say they are.

@Pumpertrumper I'm still super early to be testing - I've used these tests before and never even had an evap line on them, when the eggo ain't preggo, yes I'll test again 2moro and Friday and hope to see a change 👌

@AMS19 7dpo for me, so still a wee while to go - I've big sore (.)(.) Today and feeling super hungry too. Nothing much to report other than that.

Eeek just done an IC and there is definitely something there too 🙏🙏🙏
