Hey!

Want to get a group of ladies who are TTC at the same time to have someone to chat to during this journey together. It's a lonely process for me and only
In early stages of trying but would love advice, tips and general chat. This is an open chat and can't wait to chat to you all

@Tabbycat92 I’m good thank you! Just glad we’re heading into the weekend 😊
@AugustLove aw that would be lovely. Me and my siblings have birthdays quite close together too and it’s nice to celebrate together. We don’t have any July birthdays in my family or my husbands so I’d be really pleased if we managed to fall this month and add a July birthday to the calendar ❤️

AugustLove · 23/10/2020 10:21

@Tabbycat92 well would you believe it’s also my husband’s birthday that week as well 😆 My eldest was due on his birthday! You’re right, the girls have had shared parties which is nice and certainly cheaper! I think May - September are the nicest months for a birthday. I’m early November and it’s still a sore subject that I never got a garden bouncy castle party when I was little lol.

Have you found the tracking helpful? Xs

MrsLauraM · 23/10/2020 10:24

I’m November too @AugustLove and totally get the whole missing out in a garden party 😒😂

AugustLove · 23/10/2020 10:25

@MrsLauraM oh that would be lovely for you both! Are you ttc your first ? Sorry, I’m still trying to remember previous posts so you may have already said! Xs

Tabbycat92 · 23/10/2020 10:29

@augustlove definitely agree, my birthday is January, which in my opinion is the worst! I get everyone's discarded Christmas presents for my birthday 😂 and no one feels like celebrating as they're knackered and skint from the months before. I was always very jealous of my brothers June birthday parties.
My son and husband are very close, there's only 4 days between their birthdays.

MrsLauraM · 23/10/2020 10:34

Yes, we’re trying for our first @AugustLove

My sisters birthday is Christmas Eve and my brothers birthday is Boxing Day so they have always super hated their birthdays as everyone is always too busy to do anything 🙈😂

apwilso · 23/10/2020 11:09

@Bouncytree thank god I'm not alone. Feel like I've actual symptoms yesterday felt very sick!

@Tabbycat92 this is so weird but when you said about having one drink and was tipsy?? We're away at the minute and thought I'll have a drink so had two tiny gin and lemonade and i was light headed and felt tipsy but I can drink a lot and it doesn't affect me so I thought that was weird!😟

@AKcheer Wahey a few more days and off you go!

@1992EM my usual cycle is around 30 days and I'm currently on day 16. Don't know much about the luteal phase really! But yeah the dark nights and mornings and ruining me hahaha. The nausea for me is the worst though I'd rather be sick than feel sick. It's been happening every so often for the past two days.

@AugustLove it does look like we're all going to be testing the same time!!!

AugustLove · 23/10/2020 11:26

Oh @Tabbycat92 unwanted Christmas gifts is so mean, you must have mastered a very good ‘I’m so pleased with this gift’ face over the years !

@MrsLauraM Gosh, not surprised your siblings aren’t too keen on their birth dates, must be hard to know what to buy them as well! November doesn’t seem so bad after all!! And a BFP will be the best birthday gift for us both next month 💕 Fingers crossed.

1992EM · 23/10/2020 11:28

@MrsLauraM thank you. Hopefully cycle 6 is a lucky number 😅
@AugustLove I normally test the day before but as AF has happened to fall on a weekend or during lockdown it has been fine. This will be the first one since being back at my work place where I will have it and the thought of testing before going to work doesn't seem like a good idea for me 🤣. I would love a summer baby as December is a very busy month in my family so far. One is christmas and one is boxing day . It costs a fortune 🤣 Although my brother and I are in summer. Maybe we will have a summer baby to join.
@apwilso you might still ovulate i ovulate between 15 and 18 roughly or at least get my peak then . I am a 30/31 day cycle. Once you have done opks a couple of times you can work out your luteal phase (hopefully won't need to though) . Keep dtd just incase. The nausea is awful . Luckily I have only had it at night the last couple of days and it only comes very so often . As much as I like it because I hope it is a good sign 🤣 i do dread morning sickness. The job i do does not allow for me to run off and be sick so hopefully I am a lucky and only get it at night .

apwilso · 23/10/2020 11:31

@1992EM at night isn't too bad I guess but I'd rather be sick then just to feel uncomfortable with it 😟
I hope it's a good sign as well I'll take it if it means I'm pregnant but if it's just fake symptoms I'll be annoyed. Only just got out of bed now because I feel that off😅

I washed my big chunky cardigan yesterday, and wearing it today the smell of the fabric softener is really turning my stomach! Maybe I am experiencing some sort of symptoms... Who knows?

apwilso · 23/10/2020 12:10

@Tabbycat92 even though symptoms are shite it's always a positive. How can feeling sick or smelly stuff be a positive I'll never know but anything for the BFP!

AKcheer · 23/10/2020 12:48

Hey guys!! Yup last day of AF for me and then it’s another month and another getting jiggy with it!! How’s everyone doing? Seems like there’s a few people testing in the me t few weeks @Tabbycat92 @apwilso how exciting!

Just trying to digest all messages I’ve missed! Those talking about birthdays - I’m early Dec and people still do the whole this is your xmas and birthday present - what a cop out! Although I’m concerned about xmas this year with corona! I love a big xmas!!

Sounds like quite a few of you have symptoms as well which is exciting!! I think il be one of the last ones to test so let’s hope to start it postive girlies!

234mu · 23/10/2020 13:48

Hi everyone, I’ve been TTC baby #2 for 7 months have nobody to talk to about this really just looking for any kind of opinions really just need help I have irregular cyclea last period started 17th September on Saturday I got light bleeding I thought it was the start of my period but it only lasted 2 days, thought it could’ve been implantation bleeding. I did a frer test on Monday had the faintest line ever so the next day I got another test frer test and a clear blue digital but nothing showed up still no sign of AF but that’s not really out of blue for me when I got pregnant with my son I didn’t see anything for 3 months and was only 5 weeks when I found out so I think I ovulate irregularly as well. I was going to try and wait a week but last night caved in and did a clear blue digital early detection as there was 2 in the pack and it was a BFN I feel pregnant I can’t get it off my mind does anyone think I could be pregnant just too early to show can’t stop thinking about the faint line. I really thought I was pregnant, and I still can’t shake the feeling, what do you all think? I just don’t know.. Please any advice or opinions would be appreciated

Tabbycat92 · 23/10/2020 16:00

Welcome @234mu I'd probably wait a couple days and test again with fmu. I think it's pink dye tests that are supposed to be the most reliable.
Best of luck!

1992EM · 23/10/2020 16:14

@apwilso 🤣 any symptom than means I am pregnant I will take. I also had a nice long lie today . Never normally able to sleep past 9. I got up for the toilet then went back to sleep until 11 🙈
@Tabbycat92 that is a symptom so fingers crossed 👍
@AKcheer I always hate when people get joined presents. As a result I start christmas/birthday shopping in January sales to avoid the massive spend at Christmas time.
@234mu so sorry to hear about your BFN not out yet and could be your just too early to test yet. Wait a week and test again if AF hasn't shown. FRER early ones i have heard are more sensitive x

apwilso · 23/10/2020 17:53

@1992EM literally apparently I'm irritable today as per the boyf hahaha!

@234mu I'd say test again in a few days as well hopefully it's clearer then x

OP posts:
1992EM · 23/10/2020 18:11

@apwilso 🤣 brilliant. I am sure my oh would say that about me everyday too🤣 x

MrsLauraM · 23/10/2020 18:55

@apwilso he’s been brave admitting that to you! 😂😂
I know it’s entirely not possible as I’m only 2DPO but my word I am super tired today. I was almost falling asleep at my desk at 2.30! I’m starting to get sore nipples also but that’s something that always happens pretty much straight after ovulation for me. I think it’s the rise in progesterone.

apwilso · 23/10/2020 19:12

@1992EM hahahhaa what we like!!

@MrsLauraM I know it's lucky I love him or id think otherwise 😂😂 oooo a few symptoms seem to be happening now. Apparently after ovulation a few symptoms can start to show as per google hahaa!

OP posts:
1992EM · 23/10/2020 19:38

@MrsLauraM could be ovulation pain . Implantation happens around 6 to 10dpo roughly. Fingers crossed it is a good sign .

MrsLauraM · 23/10/2020 21:09

@1992EM yeah, the nipple pain is definitely due to ovulation as I get it pretty much every cycle. It’s normally tails off after about a week or so, so if it continues past then hopefully it becomes a symptom 🤞🏻

1992EM · 23/10/2020 21:13

@MrsLauraM fingers crossed . I have similar just now which I don't normally get. I am 9dpo so hoping it is a sign.X

Bouncytree · 23/10/2020 21:47

@1992EM and @AugustLove thanks for your kind wishes. I’m surprisingly excited to be trying again.

@1992EM exciting you will test soon. We can live through your excitement for a bit! Fingers crossed. This waiting game is so hard isn’t it.

@augustlove summer birthdays are the dream! I have a mid Dec birthday and it’s just rubbish.

Bouncytree · 23/10/2020 21:59

@Leah2501hooe you get sorted soon, so frustrating waiting.

Woop @AKcheer your nearly there!

@apwilso and @Tabbycat92 sounds promising. It is funny cherishing some nausea...totally get that too 😆😂

@akcheer and @MrsLauraM Eeeep fingers crossed

@234mu that’s so confusing for you. It’s agony not knowing and having lines and then no lines. It is still possibly And your own story backs that up. In my mind a positive is a positive...false positives very rare. The only complication might be if you had a CP. Defo year again in a few days....perhaps use the one that showed positive in the first place again as that is more sensitive to pick it up. That might give you some clarity. Send hugs.
