Well the last couple of cycles I've hardly had any symptoms at all of PMS, no bloating or cramps, but I've had this since yesterday. And small feeling in my boobs which is weird sensation.
God I pray this is my month and this isn't all going on in my body playing tricks!!!

I've just ordered some frer's- they won't get here untill 12-14th it says so probs a good thing 😂🙈
@AnxiousAnnie86 @TheOrangeMonster

TheOrangeMonster · 09/11/2020 16:56

@AnxiousAnnie86 @Blossom428 Starting to get sore boobs (just a touch of them) - I only noticed when DH hugged me. That's a really common PMS symptom for me now.
@AnxiousAnnie86 I don't think this can be anything, I'm only 5dpo so WAY too early for implantation. Just grasping at straws I think.
@Blossom428 🤣 I agree slow delivery is probably a good thing here! The number of sticks I've wasted in the past at 8-10dpo.....
@Peony20 hi, welcome.

Redfoot89 · 09/11/2020 17:09

@Blossom428 i found the tww a chore aswel and gave in at the weekend there, dont think i was due on till like wed or thurs this week! I did a frer for the first one and it came up straight away

@TheOrangeMonster you never know it may well be the one! Tww is awful you literally question every single thing and think absolutely everything is a sign or a symptom, it drives you crazy! Yes ive heard people talk about falling once they stopped officially trying. You have to look after your mental health.

Welcome @Peony20. You never know maybe you will ovulate a little later this cycle?

Peony20 · 09/11/2020 17:55

@TheOrangeMonster hi, thank you!

@Redfoot89 thank you - I seem to have been averaging D13/14 for ovulation with 26 day cycles. I’m going to test again tomorrow D16 but not sure when to stop the testing? Confused x

TheOrangeMonster · 09/11/2020 18:48

@Peony20 I find that worrying about ovulation delays it (mind you my cycles range from 33 to 46 days "normally" and can be as long as 60 but there is actually something wrong with me). Perhaps stop testing - just DTD every other day and you'll be covered. If your cycles are regular odds are you'll only be out a day or two, but you'll drive yourself nuts worrying otherwise.

OPKs also aren't reliable if you drink too much water, or test at the wrong time of day - any number of things. You might've just missed a short surge. 😊

Peony20 · 09/11/2020 19:14

@TheOrangeMonster thanks, I hadn’t even thought about the possibility of a short surge and had just written it off so good to have another perspective thank you 🙂. Hope your journey is going ok for you x

TheOrangeMonster · 09/11/2020 19:19

@Peony20 thanks for asking - it's not I'm afraid. I know if you're a new joiner you won't have see what a lot of us have been dealing with - perhaps we should introduce ourselves @AnxiousAnnie86 @Blossom428 @Redfoot89 @WaitingForEgg
(The other ladies are taking some time off I think.)

I'm 26, TTC for 2 years and coming up 8 months with not even a whiff of a line, probably have a weird rare genetic condition. Waiting for final test in the hospital at the beginning of next month to see if I can start treatment. 2 awesome fur children and a bit of a caffeine addiction I'm not looking forward to having to wean myself off of 😅

I think most of us are based in the U.K. - are you?

Redfoot89 · 09/11/2020 19:37

@Peony20 totally agree with @TheOrangeMonster, if you dtd at least every other day throughout then you should be covered.

Im 30 (31 next month) and i live in scotland, i ttc beginning of 2019 having just come off the pill, managed to fall right away but had a missed miscarriage. Took around 89 days for my cycle to come back. We then decided to put ttc on the back burner which gave my cycles the chance to sort themselves out a bit. We decided to try again this last cycle and i got a bfp at the weekend just there. Hoping this time it sticks for us! I must admit temping etc is not something ive ever done, i think i would drive myself bananas with it and if im honest i just never really looked into it enough to really understand it all.

Random fact - i have two reptiles as pets 🤣🙊

Blossom428 · 09/11/2020 19:42

@Peony20 welcome!!

I'm 29, OH also 29. TTC baby no.1. Came off the pill in April- I'm on cycle 7 now after having short cycles, and short LP (8days). But by taking vitamin b6 I've managed to extend it to 12 days 🙌🏼
I've had no line ever- so yet to know what this feels like, but I hope soon we all get our positives and get to share the next journey together 😊
Currently 8dpo.

Blossom428 · 09/11/2020 19:43

Also. I used to BBT everyday but this was just overwhelming. So now I just use the clear blue digital opk and BBt on the day after ov to confirm it.

AnxiousAnnie86 · 09/11/2020 19:44

@Peony20 hey lovely, welcome! I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant after 15 months trying and a MC... living in fear everyday currently!! I had really long and irregular cycles all year which made this journey even harder! Staying around on this board as we've all been speaking for like six months now and I can't bring myself to leave without seeing everyones journey!! Xx

Thank you all for the welcome and a bit about yourselves and sorry for crashing your thread 😬. Congrats on your bfp @Redfoot89 will keep everything crossed for you.

I’m from Scotland too, and just starting my TTC journey so early doors I know and need to have some patience 🙂 xx

Redfoot89 · 09/11/2020 20:24

@Peony20 thank you. i kind of crashed the thread too now that you mention it as ive only been in it for about 3 weeks 🤣 sorry ladies.

Patience is super hard to maintain when ttc, we all know. Fingers crossed for your journey 😊

Blossom428 · 09/11/2020 20:46

Haha don't apologise .. it's nice to have fresh faces (messages) and spreading positivity, and tips for each other 😊
@Redfoot89 @Peony20

WaitingForEgg · 09/11/2020 22:36

Hi @Peony20 welcome to the club. I’m 32, also in Scotland and TTC number 2. I’m on cycle 5. Had a weird wobble where my cycle went pretty bizarre (very long) I think likely related to stress. Trying to go with the flow... but struggling a bit to relax

bwfcchick88 · 10/11/2020 05:10

Hey everyone. I'm 32, TTC my first. Anxiety & stress have made a massive part
In our journey, but I feel calmer & better about trying. We will all get there! X

AnxiousAnnie86 · 10/11/2020 05:34

@bwfcchick88 @WaitingForEgg have you guys ever looked into reflexology? I never really believed in it, but I'm a massively anxious person (hence the name) and my reflexologist helped so so much. She said she was certain that was what was preventing me get pregnant, x

Oooh, no I haven't but I will give it a go! I've had two doctors tell me stress and anxiety are preventing me..I did have CBT last year though which worked massively to calm me down generally. Thanks for the tip and good luck with everything 😍 x

AnxiousAnnie86 · 10/11/2020 07:25

@bwfcchick88 I was convinced it was all rubbish but she was able to tell me so so much at my appointment, try find one who specialises in fertility, if you are in the Yorkshire area by any chance I can recommend an amazing one! X

I'm in Greater Manchester but I'm sure there will be one here... thanks so much for the tip! X

Blossom428 · 10/11/2020 07:49

Ooooh @AnxiousAnnie86 I'm in Yorkshire. Could you recommend. I may have to try. I feel that my anxiety and stress also play a massive part in all this. I'm such an over thinker and worry about everything !!

AnxiousAnnie86 · 10/11/2020 07:54

@Blossom428 of course, she's called Vicky I will paste website below.

She's absolutely amazing! And she has a really high success rate!

Thanks @AnxiousAnnie86. I'll have a look.

So I accidentally did use the clear blue early detection test. Stark white 😭 I know only 9dpo, but I really think I'm out again this cycle.
I just want to see even a tiny line and that would make me so happy 😫😔

AnxiousAnnie86 · 10/11/2020 11:40

@Blossom428 don't count yourself out! Clear blue are notorious for not showing early and also 9dpo is when most people implant!!! X
