Hey ladies, sorry I've been so quiet! How are you all doing??xx

AnxiousAnnie86 · 08/08/2020 08:33

@Spinksy9 nothing to report here! CD6 so still have another two weeks most likely before ovulation!!! How are you lovely? Xxx

Spinksy9 · 08/08/2020 09:12

@AnxiousAnnie86 I'm good thank you. Waiting for that "pregnant" feeling 🤣

Chlo2701 · 08/08/2020 09:12

Well I've woken up bleeding today on CD23!😤 never bled this early!!!! Usual cycles are 28 days!! Earliest I've ever bled is CD25 which was the other month. Does it mean something if you start bleeding early? Low progesterone maybe? 🤷‍♀️

Gemster19 · 08/08/2020 10:06

How far gone are you now @Spinksy9 ?

Oh that's crap @Chlo2701 - is it def a proper bleed? Do you know when you ovulated this month?

Chlo2701 · 08/08/2020 10:16

@Gemster19 pretty sure it's a proper bleed as was on the bed sheets this morning😣 I just jumped straight in the shower & then put a Tampax in. I feel abit crampy this morning. I was about 7/8DPO max. Stopped tracking ovulation but I usually ovulate around CD16. I've started tracking my testing heart rate aswel last 2 weeks, it kind of works the same as BBT. & my heart rate dropped on my chart yesterday which isn't a good sign I don't think🤦‍♀️

Spinksy9 · 08/08/2020 10:37

@Chlo2701 I'm approx 5w3d. Had a chemical last month so nervous everytime I go to the toilet x

Gemster19 · 08/08/2020 14:04

@Chlo2701 Oh that is really early isn't it - I think you're right it could be low progesterone, but if your luteal phase is usually longer hopefully it's just a one off.

@Spinksy9 I can only imagine how anxious you must feel, keeping everything crossed for you!

How are you doing @AnxiousAnnie86 ? Are you planning to do anything new this cycle?

AnxiousAnnie86 · 08/08/2020 19:01

@Chlo2701 I'm really sorry!!! Over last few months we all seem to of had really weird cycles!!! Hopefully this is a one off for you!!

@Gemster19 not really there's nothing left to try lol! I'm onto my third month of soy isoflavones will give it a rest if doesn't work this month.... I'm just going to keep not temping or obsessing over lines on opks etc, I'm just going to continue wearing the ava bracelet and doing one ovulation test a day on the clear blue connected tests x I've always done clear blue digital and then still absolutely obsessed over the cheapie ones day in day out! So not bought them and just gonna test once! X

Blossom428 · 08/08/2020 22:50

Hi all,
Hope everyone's doing okay and enjoying this nice weather!!
Sorry to hear that AF came early @Chlo2701 is it defo more than like an implantation bleed?

When I spoke to the doctor on Friday about my short LP and trying to get 21day bloods to check progesterone- they just said that I need to wait for 12 months before they will do any sort of tests. I lied a little and said I came off at Christmas so at least they have that on record now, they said call back in about 3 months and then can refer. So because it is still early days I will probably just see how I get on over these next few months and then know that I have that.
I have seen you can buy the 21day bloods online. So I may see how long my LP is this month and if the vitamins help anymore and then get it for a bit of piece of mind.

AF has stopped for me now, CD5, ovulate around CD15 so I'm back in that annoying waiting stage. I feel like we are forever waiting haha!

AnxiousAnnie86 · 09/08/2020 07:05

@Blossom428 is this your third or fourth month trying now? Feel like we've been talking for a while now! Time is going sooooo slow I'm only on day 7!!! I will have another two weeks yet if I ovulate at the same time as last few months! I wish I ovulated Cd14 as my husband are going for a nice weekend away next weekend when I'm on CD14 anyway, I read this online earlier it may be good for you?

If you're struggling with a luteal phase defect, vitamin C can help thicken the uterus and lengthen your luteal phase. Studies found vitamin C has the amazing ability to increase progesterone levels. In turn, higher progesterone levels allows for the luteal phase to return to a health 12 day length.

Blossom428 · 09/08/2020 07:27

Technically it is only my 4th so still very early days. But I'm just concerned that because of the short LP it just wont happen, so I'd rather start getting the ball rolling sooner if there as certain things like increasing my progesterone that will help.

@AnxiousAnnie86 oooh that's interesting about vitamin C. As I always heard it was vitamin B. I'll get some of those tablets you put in your drink and start eating lots of fruit and veg with high vitamin C Smile

Hopefully the soy with bring ovulation further forward. Where are you going away? That will be nice to do to have time you and him anyways without the pressures of dtd

OP posts:
AnxiousAnnie86 · 09/08/2020 09:03

@Blossom428 yeah I take one of the berroca ones every morning, they have a good balance of vitamins in them, we are so opposite in our issues! My LP phase is textbook, since we started ttc bang on 14 days every single time, it's the beginning of my cycle that's the issue which makes me worried it's an issue wirh my eggs and they aren't maturing properly :( or maybe it's just all the stress I'm putting myself under now x

Blossom428 · 09/08/2020 09:47

Yeahh I'll get some of that and hopefully it'll kick in.
@AnxiousAnnie86 we are aren't we haha!! Never an easy ride is it.
I'm hoping to feel a little less stressed this cycle as my OH is fully on board with trying properly. Before he just wanted to go with the flow(which stressed me out more), but now we've spoken and said that we do need to DTD every other day and then a Couple of days ina row, so he has the brief, let's jsut hope he can perform 😂

OP posts:
AnxiousAnnie86 · 09/08/2020 11:52

@Blossom428 yeah I feel (for now calmer) my husband said the same we basically just need to do it more, we generally do every 2-3 days and then couple days in a row over ovulation, however we tend to stop after ovulation for like five days! And I think maybe that's where I'm going to wrong! I'm trying to be calm this month and tell myself although I've been trying over a year I've only actually had five cycles since periods returning from MC which I guess isn't that many really x

Mamainmaking1 · 09/08/2020 12:12

Hi guys do you mind if I join in? I have just had a chemical and starting again this month. Find it easier to keep up in a smaller group than the massive ones that be running. @Blossom428 I have a very short LH phase too and my periods are only 22 days - I got progesterone done on day 21 last month and it was 31, Dr said they like it to be over 10 so I took that as a positive and then last month I concived. I do wonder if the short phase had anything to do with me not being able to hold onto the pregnancy but I suppose only time will tell (if it keeps happening) but it could of just been bad luck. But atleast you can take out of it that even with short LH phases you should hopefully still be able to get pregnant. I have also been meaning to start coq10 - I take the bud natural prenatal vitamin but not sure whether to change over to the pregnacare range this month just incase that other vitamin didn't have enough vitamins to support. Hope we all get bfps soon Smile

AnxiousAnnie86 · 09/08/2020 12:22

@Mamainmaking1 hey! Welcome to the group :) there's only a few of us on here so nice and easy to keep up! We've been going for months together and dropping at least one a month!!! So hopefully we will get another positive soon!!! I'm sorry to hear about your chemical :( x

Mamainmaking1 · 09/08/2020 14:16

@AnxiousAnnie86 thanks so much and yes hopefully all BFP soon!! What stage of your cycles are you all on?

AnxiousAnnie86 · 09/08/2020 14:57

I'm currently CD7 so in the boring wait! I don't normally ovulate until about CD21! X

Blossom428 · 09/08/2020 15:38

Welcome @Mamainmaking1 .... sorry to hear about chemical... but like you say it's good to hear that even with a short LP that you can get pregnant. I've joined a thread called short LP and someone on there jsut said they have a BFP with a 9day LP, so there is still hope for me 😊
I'm also in the waiting stage, I'm CD6... can ovulate anywhere from CD13-16. I think as I started taking vitamin B complex last cycle it pushed it back a bit. It did give me 1 extra day on my LP (9instead LD 8) so I'm hoping that it may do another day.
It's good the doctor did tests. How long have you been trying for? I've got to wait another few months for blood tests annoyingly. 31does seem a good number, least you aren't low! But annoying as they now see that everything is going okay.

Chlo2701 · 09/08/2020 16:34

@Blossom428 definitely not an implantation bleed unfortunately. I've been lucky though as usually get bad cramps & ive not suffered at all this time, just had a little bit of cramping yesterday morning & feel sicky today, so in my eyes I've got off lightly this cycle!
I've got a gut feeling now that I maybe ovulated earlier than I thought, as looked back at my RHR chart & I had a massive peak in it a few days before I thought I ovulated, which would explain my early AF & my LP would of been correct (10/11 days)
I think if I ovulate early again this month I'll only be a couple of days behind you!
@AnxiousAnnie86 if you're worried about your egg quality then definitely get the Coq10, I've also got a funny feeling they've made me ovulate a couple days earlier last 2cycles🤷‍♀️
@Mamainmaking1 hi & welcome, this is a lovely little group that's been going for a few months now. Let's hope we're a lucky group for you & you get your BFP soon🤞🏻
What's your background in TTC?
Well ladies, I'm in the mindset that I'm still going to TTC, but I'm not going to let it be my main focus, I've just resigned myself it's still not going to happen for quite a while. It's already been over a year now.
We're supposed to be going to London for the wknd the end of this month then last night we talked about going to Dubai end of January for our birthdays as they're only 2 days apart, so we always do something nice to celebrate. So I've got a couple things to finally look forward to😁x

AnxiousAnnie86 · 10/08/2020 08:23

So ladies, tmi here but I've been getting ewcm this morn... I'm only CD 8, I do normally get it a week before ovulation but I'm not sure to ovulate for another 12 days!!!! Could I possibly be ovulating early for once!!? For those who ovulate early in a cycle when do you find you get ewcm x

AnxiousAnnie86 · 10/08/2020 08:26

@chlo2701 I'm glad it's not too bad this month for you, I got off relatively lightly too!! I think this will be my last month using soy isoflavones as I'm worried it's going to end up doing more harm then good! After this month I may try the coq10 I've seen a few people talking about it! How do you take it? And where do you get it from? Xx

Chlo2701 · 10/08/2020 09:34

@AnxiousAnnie86 I looked back & I noticed that I had logged watery CM then egg white CM in my tracker which makes me also think I ovulated a few days earlier than I thought, so I think you might ovulate in the next couple days maybe🤞🏻
Yep this period is not only the earliest I've ever had one but it's also the lightest & shortest as I've nearly finished!
I take 3 Coq10 a day, morning, afternoon & evening & I got it off of Amazon. This is the one I take x

TTC - Thread 2- a lucky one!
AnxiousAnnie86 · 10/08/2020 09:53

@Chlo2701 maybe it would be lighter if you had a short LP? As least it's hurrying up and you can get on with next cycle!!! Do you take that throughout your whole cycle? X
