I just noticed that my RHR hasn't recorded today yet, but I place bets that it'll drop now. Just been to the toilet again & without sounding gross when I wiped I stuck the tissue paper right up there, & now my CM is clear. My body is fucking with me right now. I bet I'll be full on bleeding by the end of tonight😤x

@Chlo2701 do you rest recording heart rate through day?i think that can fluctuate so much? I record mind through the night and see clear patterns that way x

@Chlo2701 I'm really sorry you're getting such confusing and worrying symptoms.
I've read that short LP is to do with a deficiency in Progesterone, perhaps they can prescribe you some to take after ovulation? It's often an issue ladies with PCO have and I know of at least one friend who had recurrent chemicals that had a progesterone deficiency and a short LP.

I hope the Dr can sort it out and give you some peace of mind or at least something to help with it!

@AnxiousAnnie86 it's an Apple Watch so it just records it when it decides to. Sometimes it'll record it in the morning & sometimes it'll tell me in the evening if that makes sense. I don't know how to set it so it records it at certain times. Yesterday it told me in the morning what it was but it's not done it today yet, it's still stuck on yesterday 🤦‍♀️ so I keep checking it this morning to see if it'll log it x

@TheOrangeMonster I know it's such a shitter this is happening. I'm pretty sure it's not PCOS as I've not got any other symptoms. I really do think it's just my age unfortunately. I'm going to se if next cycle is under 28days & if it is I'm ringing the docs & asking for bloods & see if they'll give me something to extend my LP. As since I've been trying for over a year I think I've had 2 chemicals in that time. So everything is pointing towards low progesterone x

@AnxiousAnnie86 I've just had a little play around with my watch, instead of looking at the app on my phone, & found that I can see my RHR for today so far, & it's saying 58bpm so it's definitely dropped today, which I thought it would x

@Chlo2701 have you tried Vit B for LP, I know @Blossom428 has been doing that and got an extra day or two? X

@Chlo2701 sounds like a good plan ( re next month and Dr's).

@AnxiousAnnie86 how many dpo? Are you feeling ok?

I am so scared....I'm scared AF is going to come and shatter everything. This is the most hopeful I have ever been, after 2.5 years and 21 cycles I've been scared I'm infertile aged only 26. I literally have butterflies from the nerves.

@TheOrangeMonster I've missed where you are in your cycle now, so I take it you're late for AF?🤞🏻

I don't know when I ovulated because of I took a two week break from temping because it was too much stress, but it was at some point between Weds 12th Aug (day after I stopped temping) and Thurs 20th Aug (day before my boob got sore).

• LP always 13 days without fail.
• BFN on Friday 28th evening but still no AF now so unlikely to have ovulated until after Fri 14th.
• This puts me between 11dpo and 16dpo today, no idea where but I'd guess I'm somewhere in the middle of that based on how long my boob has been sore for - about 2/3 of the time it starts about 4dpo and it started on Friday 21st. I think I'm around 13dpo so every day that AF stays away from now is crucial. Absolutely bricking it 😖

@TheOrangeMonster I really really hope this is it for you! If it isn't though do try the soy, I've got new hope for next month, I think I've been taking it wrong days everyone seems to do 2-6 so that's what I'm doing next month! I think if nothing else it will regulate ovulation for you!

Ok ladies I'm a little confused, that tingy CM has turned into nothing. Without sounding gross it's not coming out on my knickers, it's inside, so when I wipe i put the toilet roll up there🙈 it's thick & it definitely has a brown tinge to it, but it's not spotting if that makes sense.
I really thought AF was coming early yesterday like she did last month. AF is due on Fri.
I had a weird stabbing pain all day on & off yesterday on my left side & my boobs started to throb by the afternoon.
My RHR has also gone up abit again today.
I'm 8/9DPO today. But I've woken up with my usual pre AF spot this morning so my body is definitely giving me mixed signals 😣 but now I'm hoping that maybe it might of been some sort of implantation happening 🤞🏻 I know it only takes the once but we hardly had sex this time in my fertile window🙈 we only DTD twice on the Sunday, morning & evening which is the day I got my peak on the CB🥴
Anyone else going to test this week? X

5dpo today.... I feel like I'm already out! X

@Chlo2701 nervous as hell, butterflies, woke up at 5am worrying AF was going to arrive. Didn't temp last night because now I know I'm in LP I'm too scared to see temp drop.
I wouldn't say I'm due AF Friday, it's just I think 21st July is the latest I could have ovulated. I'm already skirting possible late AF territory now but I won't test until I know it's definitely suspicious.
I'll test Friday morning because even if AF arrives later that day, the result I'll get then will be accurate either way,

@AnxiousAnnie86 at 5dpo you cant even technically be "in" yet! Hang in there.....

I know that logically but the negativity always creeps in now, can't even imagine seeing a positive test x

@Chlo2701 I can completely empathise with the confusing symptoms. I’m cd27 with cramping pain. This is day 3 of pain, I assume earlier than usual AF but no bleeding yet. No idea when I ovulated as I think I started testing too late 🙈

@WaitingForEgg @Chlo2701 sometimes the confusion is actually worse I think, I hate not knowing what the heck is going on! I think that's why I find TWW easier then the wait for ovulation x

Ugh the confusion is the worst thing. I HATE it.

For a bit of light relief, see what I did earlier today to try to clear things up....
I got my maths cap on and did some sums (this is how serious this s*t is getting)....

I have tracked and symptom-logged 7 complete cycles (this is the 8th).

2 of 7 I got a sore boob 1dpo
5 of 7 I got a sore boob 4 or more dpo.

Ergo 71% of the time in the cycles I have monitored my boob has got sore 4 or more dpo.

Which means that there is a significant chance AF is already late. Got really excited at that idea....

Then I realised that meant that there's also a 29% chance she isn't.

@TheOrangeMonster haha oh gosh it's so confusing Isn't it!! Not helped by symptoms post ovulation changing every month! Last month my boobs were agony 4dpo! Like actual

Ok - I'm going to take a few days off.

I just went to the loo and AF arrived in full sway.

I need to take some time to reassess, I think the next stage for us is to ask for IVF to be honest. Heartbroken isn't the word but we'll come back stronger.
