Hey! So good to know I’m not the only one that takes ‘secret’ tests haha. I have a few of the smaller dip stick ones and been ttc for 5 months now. Had a couple of months I’ve been later on my period so tested but my husband is also very much the if it happens it happens guy! So he’s not into my tracking my cycle etc. But frustrating at times but nice to know there’s a space here we can all relate and talk about it. Xx

@Canni19 that is a short period. Is that normal for you? If it was implantation then you should be able to test nowish ??

@Candypj before I started tracking my cycle at al I’ve been a week late for af but when I started tracking I seemed to ovulate day 14 every time apart from this cycle where I’ve just got my peak opk so not gonna ovulate until tomorrow which is day 22! I’m guessing that’s prob what happened the other cycle I was late in which case we prob dtd at the wrong times cos we don’t do every 2nd day. Just when I thought I had my cycle all worked out 🤣

For the first time since I started tracking I am not totally sure when I ovulated this month - anywhere between CD 14 and 18 I think, and I am now on CD 28 so I am min. 10dpo. My nipples always hurt leading up to af, and they still do today, so I know af is at least 2 days away if not more (I usually have a short luteal phase); but thought I might do a test this morning to check. Bfn of course.

I have had really bad stabbing pains since CD 14, like ovulation pains but a bit worse, not like period pains. Almost exclusively on left side, but last night also a bit on the centre and right; woke me up even! I doubt that would be implantation as we're not really meant to be feeling that (and def not that bad); I am concerned that it might be something like cysts (my gp suggested this last month but then dismissed it after my bloods came back fine).

I don't want to contact my gp to insist on a scan until af actually shows up, but at the same time what if it takes another week (and then there's the bank holiday!). Going slightly crazy atm!

CD 34, officially missed my projected period on Ovia. Symptoms so far are increased appetite, fatigue, no sex drive, heavy & full boobs with burning tingling pain, feeling sick a lot, the kind of sickness I remember with my 7yo, where you can't tell if it's hunger or nausea & heartburn throughout the day. Still getting BFN & no sign of AF, anybody else in limbo?

@LT103 very good line! I also ovulate a week later than I thought!

@hudsona I'm in a similar boat. AF due yesterday.. had a teeny bit of blood in CM yesterday morning but nothing since. I feel like I'm coming on and have for two days but nothing! Feel sicky, crampy, no energy but I guess that's all signs on both. 3 BFN since yesterday

@beckyBP yeah, all mine could be PMS too :/ I wish there was a definitive symptom, would make all our lives so much easier 🙈

Hoping I’ll be in the 2ww soon. This will be my longest cycle for. While with the later ovulation but I’ll prob test about 10dpo as usual haha

Hi all - feeling really despondent that am just not going to be able to conceive .

I thought I had ovulated as had a solid smiley on cd11 but am now cd27 and no period but did a test a couple of days ago and bfn

I did have cm more like cd14/15 so could ovulation have been later than I thought

No symptoms other than some cramps and really emotional (which I get with pms)

@Emmie12345 it’s a nuisance but I’m a big fan of temping. It’s the only way to be sure that a positive opk def led to ovulation. Sometimes your body gears up to ovulate but doesn’t then tries again later. How lo is your cycle usually.

I thought we wouldn’t manage this cycle as oh been away for work and studying but my ovulation was so late it made it to the weekend so we’ve managed a couple of times in fw so at least in with a chance!

My cycle the one before was 30 days, and sometimes it is 27/28 occasionally 26 ..

Hi all! Took a bit of a breather last month, stopped tracking things etc and just relaxed so sorry I disappeared!
But now ..... line eyes please 🤞🏻 so AF was due yesterday, still nothing and these are from this morning (all the same test just took lots of pictures to try figure it out)

Hi all! I hope it’s okay to join? This is my very first MN post after stalking several for a while. Congrats on everyone’s BFP so far!

Long story short I came of the pill in Feb (Cerazette) after 12 years. To my surprise by cycles came back very quickly and have been very regular.

First official month TTC #1. Only managed to DTD once in Aug around ovulation (I think from my app it was 1-2 days before ov and had EWCM so I’m hopeful).

Anyhow, I’m now (I think) 7DPO (cue severe case of symptom spotting!!). Yesterday I had mild cramps all day and a bit so far this morning. Yesterday also had the tiniest bit of white/yellow ish stringy CM (sorry if that’s TMI). I don’t know if I’m just being hopeful tho

No other symptoms so far. Have read countless threads. Some have obvious symptoms from 6DPO and go on to get their BFP. Others have no symptoms and don’t realise until 6 weeks!

So in summary, at a bit of a loss in this crazy 2WW but wanted to join so I can chat with others. I hope that’s ok!? X
