@Mrschips07 you’ve had so many faint lines. Surely this has to be your month!!! Hope an frer in next day or 2 will be much darker

@LT103 I hope so! I'm just nervous because I've had faint lines before and ended in chemical.

@NoodleKT you can definitely see patterns on bbt charts and it's the only way of actually knowing if you ovulated...the OPKs just show the lh surge.
I'd recommend it and I use fertility friend app which has got loads of info. You can get cheap bbt thermometer from Amazon for about £5.
Oh still no AF for me and 16 dpo.
Anyone else have long Luteal phase?

Thanks @butterfly5291 I'll have a look at picking one up this weekend! I'm currently about 16DPO as well (based on when my LH surge was!) don't usually go this long. AF usually arrive on day 15

@NoodleKT have you done any pregnancy tests?

I've done quite a few @butterfly5291 first one at about 12DPO I think, looked faintly positive, every other since had been bfn so no idea what my body is doing. You?

Yeah I tested Sat-Tues and yesterday used a frer so definitely not pregnant.
OH is getting annoyed with me already... which I understand because it's the first month for us and already I'm being a nightmare. But I've been worrying about trying to get pregnant my whole life and now I'm doing it and it's scary AF! He said wouldn't it be better to not think about cycles and just have sex every day? Erm yeah ok... I'll just turn my brain off that easily!

Oh god I've had that too 'just dont stress' 'don't think about it' - it's kinda ridiculous advice. Latest person it came from just got pregnant so it was kind of a slap in the face even though they meant well.
I tend not to tell my DP about it unless he asks or if I get a positive so that he doesn't think I'm nuts for worrying about it haha

I told my midwife friend about TTC thinking she'd be able to give me advice and even she just said don't stress. According to books I've read stress can't actually affect your fertility...unless you stress so much that you get depressed

Hi all! Can I join again ? Am cd9 with absolutely nothing get on any opk? My cycles are between 26-31 at the mo (now am older !)

However my last pg I know I conceive day 9 as it was the only day I had sex (wasn’t trying)

Last month was a 30 day cycle so maybe it’s just too early ?

@butterfly5291 my oh is just blissfully unaware of my craziness haha. I’m checking opk and temp and testing from about 9dpo but I don’t mention to him unless it’s to say negative test and af coming. He’d rather not know and it means there’s no pressure on him in fw. Also means I can be crazy and poas as much as I like with no judgement 🤣🤣

Think I'll be going down that path. I just find it so hard to keep stuff to myself!

@butterfly5291 @LT103 My DH is completely unaware. I do all the tracking etc and keep him in the loop about any symptoms usually, but this time I've not said anything to him. We had a chemical last cycle and I don't want to mention anything unless I get a strong line on a test. Last pregnancy he didn't believe it til he saw Pregnant 1-2 on a digi!

@butterfly5291 I haven’t told anyone yet which is killing me. I just don’t want anyone asking all the time. I don’t usually keep things to myself, that’s why I find this site so useful. If I get it all out on here, I’m less likely to blab to friends

So this is the first month using OPKs. Done my 4th today and it shows nothing!

Flo says ovulation should be today
Femometer says tomorrow
Ovia doesn't specify.

Am I panicking prematurely?! I'm CD 12
