I think I'm either Ov or about to, got weird pains and EWCM, we DTD last night and might try again later if we feel up to it. Trying to not be super pressured about it. I also have a secret stash of IC's! It feels so sneaky, but I want to be semi-sure before scaring DH.

AH yes, FRER tests have been terrible for false hope recently! I've really been put off them from what I've seen. Then again, don't like clearblue either!

Ahhhh man - well my super secret preggo test stash didn't get a look in today as AF got me as soon as I woke up.

I can almost feel my stash sitting in their little drawer smugly happy to have survived another day without being pi*sed on!

On to the next cycle for me!

I’ve got a stash of cheapies too. I also like to try and minimise my plastic usage so steer away from the regular tests.
I’ve got the Wondfo pink dye cheap tests, seem good to me so far😊

Ah @Mrschips07 we’ll be at similar stages again this cycle then. I’m fairly sure I’ve ovulated today. Cramping all morning and tiny bit of spotting. Opk reduced to high from peak now. Dtd mon night but oh home from work later so might try and squeeze in tonight too but I think we’re covered so not stressing about it.

Well, I did another today and it was bfn 😶 not getting my hopes up. I've had two pregnancies and both I just tested a week after being late, even longer. Feel like I've got into an awful, desperate trap of wanting to know!

My first pregnancy was perfect, sat here watching frozen II with him right now! No worries, it just all happened nicely...

Second, I wrongly fell into the relaxed, it'll be fine trap and then had a MMC in May, was AWFUL! With Covid etc x😢

Also ordered 30 tests from eBay today so obviously I like being this anxious 😢 not

So I think i may have ovulated last week (going by CM only). I think i might be 7/8 dpo. I took this test 2 days ago. I feel i can see an exceptionally faint line. Im dubious though as I have been here before with the early testing.

@Bluesky2021 I can see where the line would be. It is very faint though. Hooo it gets darker for you, 7/8 dpo is very early to show up.

@Danyt sorry to hear you had a mmc that must have been awful. Even worse with everything going on just now

@Bluesky2021 I wish I had the patience to just wait for ages but I can’t help but poas early just in case. Then end up squinting at it/shining torches on it. I’ll learn one day

LMAO this thread was made for me! 😂 I tested last night at 7dpo and got a faint positive. Today all day I’ve had bfns!! I’m crazy I know but where did my bfp come from?! I tested early because I dtd before ov and theres a higher chance you can implant around 5dpo when sperm is waiting there so thought I’d try it. Sore breasts, backache, increased appetite and fatigue. That’s all I have. Also I’ve had increased cm every day since ov. 8dpo today!

I had every pregnancy symptom at some point last month. I need to be a bit calmer this month haha

My names abbie and in 28 and we stopped preventing pregnancy in august 2019 to no avail! :(
I bought opks at the beginning of lock down assuming i’d have a while to get to grips with them but i only had 1 cycle and then was back at work so admittedly have been very lapse with them, i suppose deep down i still wanted everything to be a surprise but it aint happening so im here, jumping on this thread to join you all with the goose chase to motherhood!
im currently on 2WW although we only DTD once this cycle so it would be a miracle if it happened!
sore breasts or is it my over thinking brain probably!

looking forward to reading more of this thread and hopefully listening to peoples successes

@Mrschips07 @LT103 thank you so much! I’m feeling absolutely fine so far, no real symptoms yet, except extreme thirst! Which is unusual for me, I was terrible at drinking enough before and now it’s no problem! But I never knew how long this 12 week wait would feel! And how anxious I would be! Keeping all my fingers crossed for you and everyone else on this thread that you’ll soon be joining me!

Do you track or use an app at all? I found that quite useful, as (it sounds silly now) didn't realise how important timing was at first.

Sore boobs is a good sign tho, and it only takes one time!

I have sore boobs today too, but I'm pretty sure I'm ovulating around now.

@Mrschips07 yeah ive used flo as period tracker since 2016 so it has alot of data to go by and recently started using glow too as i was curious if it would predict the same expected ovulation as flo and it does so aside from them definitely need to stick with opks around predicted ovulation!

oooh is it time to DTD if you’re ovulating😁 i always find it the most exciting part of your cycle! the wait is awful and then its the potential BFN at the end of it all, enjoy the best part while its here😁

@abbfabb ah that's good, so you have loads of data to go by. Do you feel ovulation at all? I do, so I find that helps a lot.

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. I need to catch up on thread and properly take in all the updates as I am on my phone and I find it difficult to take it in on here. I'll grab my laptop later and read all.

I tested with second urine after waking up and deciding I was going to shops for tests. I got this line. I think i might be 8/9 dpo. Im pleased but also extremely wary as I've had a line around now before, and AF arrived. I promised myself I'd avoid FRER as they get your hopes up, but I bought from a pharmacy so I wouldn't be thinking false positive. Rather, I'm wary of chem again.

That was the line at 3 minutes exactly. It appeared before that around 1.5-2 minutes. By 7 mins it looked like this (sorry, crazy testing lady over here.)
