@Elakiya I’m not due to ov till 5-9th August so still 1 week+ yet

Still seed cycling and genuinely cannot stand it, I have to just eat them as I don’t have a smoothie maker

Still taking the trying for a baby Severn seas, vit b6, vit c and baby aspirin
As well as my migraine tabs and thyroid meds
I feel like I’m rattling!

So today I'm 12dpo..... still no symptoms of anything!

@Kaybobx wait!! What??? You are going to bd again didnt you BD this morning? Omg you're a rock star!! Thats amazing!! I think the maca is definitely doing something to your libido. I am not sure what it does exactly to our cycles i have always had short cycles but it seems to have made ovulate a tad earlier as my cycle length is still the same but my luteal phase is longer. Not sure if it will do the same for you but I am happy if its the reason my luteal phase is longer.

@ReginaaPhalange hey!! 12dpo wow and you haven't tested??? Good on you!! Did you keep testing opks to see if it stayed low this time? Have you had any AF symptoms?

@candycrush2298 nope, no lasting symptoms. Sunday morning and just now (when lying down) I get back ache but more in kidney area lol. Disappears quick though. The odd wave of nausea today after I took paracetamol and ibuprofen for usual ovarian pain, but nothing really.

Ordered FRER so they will arrive tomorrow! Not sure if I should test tomorrow or Thursday morning....

@ReginaaPhalange its completely up to you. FRERs are like the golden eggs for me because they expensive but in the same breath its a two pack so one tomorrow and one Thursday lol. No but truly if you feel like testing tomorrow then do it but if you can hold off its better that you do.

If AF is only due Saturday then the positive is that you have nice long luteal phases which is a plus!!

@Boc86 Oooo this is a new one for me. How have you found it? I do quite like seeds.

@ReginaaPhalange im no doctor but I've read on Dr Google before that ibuprofen when TTC isnt good. It affects ovulation and implantation apparently. Ive only read it so dont quote me but just thought id let you know.

@candycrush2298 Haha yes i think im going for it again tonight. I dont know why but i feel really randy at the minute. It doesnt usually happen so going with it whilst it lasts hahaha

@snapple21 @Boc86 yhhh I am not alone. How long are your cycles usually?

@Boc86 have you tried mixing it in Greek yoghurt or soups? As you don’t like it but still do it I am guessing your seeing a benefit? What has it helped with?

@Kaybobx lol maybe by the time I have kids I’ll have a new job. Holly is a lovely name, if you like the person at work called Holly you can still use it.

@Kaybobx omg about the Ibuprofen. I take 2 every 4 hours for the first 3/4 days of my cycle. Is paracetamol also bad?

@Boc86 if you result in a BFP then I will listen to @Elakiya (she told me all about it) and actually do these seeds I am so fussy so its going to be really tough but I have no plan on what "to try next" if this month is a bust. If it doesnt work for you I'm not trying it 🤣🤣🤣 sorry hun you're my guinea-pig 😂

@Kaybobx wow really?? I am scared of any medication so I just sit with the pain. I get terrible IBS like symptoms after ovulation and I just sit with it because the leaflet on Buscopan said not suitable for women ttc or pregnant hahaha. From then on I just guessed every bit of medication is bad and now I just grumble through all the pain hahah. Except when AF starts then I am like ooooh meds yes please 🤣

What thats incredible... do it quickly before the feeling goes away 🤣🤣🤣

@Elakiya I think at the beginning of your cycle it's OK becuase you havent possibly fertilised an egg yet and therefore not yet possibly pregnant. But I don't know I am only guessing maybe best to give Dr Google a go lol.

@candycrush2298 I’ll try seed cycling with you next month if we both get AF but I read somewhere it takes 3-4 months to see the impact.

Speaking of meds it’s only because of you that I realised antihistamines mess with cycles. I stopped taking them but now I am wondering around the house sneezing my head off.

@Boc86 agreed with @Elakiya about mixing with food. I love eating pumpkin seed though.

As i vvbhjjsay im not a doctor haha buhht i have read about ibuprofen. Paracetamol is fine. I have IBS too and get awful headaches but have stayed away from it just incase. Have a read up on it.

Oh really? Yeah I had no idea it was messing with me so much but I had like no cm because it dried me out completely lol!! But yeah like you I was walking around the house sneezing, running nose and crying hahaha. My body seems to have adjusted now. But it took a while.

Yeah I just avoid all meds I never read the leaflets but I think after the antihistimine debacle I read the Buscapon and was like thats it no meds. Lol.

Well i couldn't get an early night if i tried as I can hear him shouting 😂 he has a tv set up in the kitchen to play his computer and our bedroom is above it so can hear everything!! 🙈 we're both off tomorrow, maybe we will go for morning BD again the mood is going slowly
