@candycrush2298 if I’m not mistaken they only intervene after miscarriages?
I’m going to do what @Boc86 recommended. I’ll get some Brazil nuts, I’ve had my seeds.
Have quite mild cramping as well.

@Elakiya really but a short luteal phase or the lack of appropriate progesterone could inhibit pregnancy as your lining might not be strong enough and all sorts of things with low progesterone. So I would have thought they would have done something after a year of trying without success. But I am only guessing lol!! So dont take my word for it hahahaah I have no real knowledge in this department.

I think that is a great idea. I dont know all the benefits of vitex but have a look at it and see if its something that will help you. I have heard really good things for people who struggle with ovulation and have irregular cycles and it isn't expensive and you only take a few tablets a few days after AF and before ovulation so will last a long time.

My temp hasn't risen today either. I did sleep with the fan on too! So hopefully thats the reason.

@candycrush2298 I think I could get my private gynae to look into it. I mean they are getting paid so they'll probably be more careful so I think I could write off April baby :(.

I wanted to go back to the gynae in October. He told me to come back in August but I have exams and stuff so didn't want to but I think if I get AF this month I may go and see him end of August.

@Elakiya I've had all my tests done recently so i know nothing is wrong so i wouldn't worry. They say not to keep testing after you get a peak, probably for this reason that we freak out.

@Kaybobx I told my hubby that I can't do this BD-ing business so often. I told him we should by one of those home insemination kits and just use that. That went down like a lead balloon.

However you know whilst you give him a helping hand, maybe take the preseed syringe thing you got and transfer some semen :P. It's all the same thing really.

I am very emotional but that's because I had a really bad vivid nightmare about my sister so its got me all giddy and since she doesnt live here I have been calling make sure she is OK lol. I think personally that you have both Bd'd enough and if AF arrives this cycle then calling the gynae might be a good option elakiya. It's always better to know where you stand if you can you know.

@Kaybobx I disagree with the do not test after your peak though. What if you didn't ovulate on the first peak? You'd totally miss your second peak.

@Elakiya its like with the CB digitals, once you get your peak it doesn't let you test again. I have no idea though, maybe thats why so many people struggle to get PG.

@Kaybobx that opk looks like it's coming back down to me. I always seem to have 3 days of super high readings. At least.

@Elakiya that is why people temp to confirm they ovulated so that after the fact they don't test anymore if ones temp doesn't confirm ovulation then yeah keep testing.

I think thats the exact reason CB does not let you keep testing after a peak. But in saying this its for people who have normal cycles and are regular. I know you have PCOS and are irregular so your circumstances go beyond the boundaries of "whats normal"

In your case it is probably better to keep testing.

@Kaybobx lol good you have been for tests at the doctor and you know you are ovulating so you dont need too and your test is high but its negative so its coming down lol.

@candycrush2298 I'm only continuing to test in the hope of seeing a peak OPK just before my period :D Hubby won't let me use PG tests. He said I can only use them if I miss my period.

@Kaybobx OMG she's a machine. That or it's her first cycle of TTC and she's gone all out. That won't last! Imagine 6 months of sex every single day! I'd die.

@candycrush2298 I have other suggestions. Conception support unit (CSU) but for some reason reminds me of ICU.

We should have BD last night as last night of fertile period but I couldn’t face it, especially the 30 mins legs in the air after. Definitely makes it a longer scenario and not in a good way!
