Hey everyone! I'm currently on CD16 and am 1DPO.

I thought I would create a group that everyone can join (I know there's a lot out there but thought I'd start one so people can join who are in the same time frame as me)

This is our first cycle after a miscarriage at 5 weeks so hoping that we get our rainbow baby 🌈 👶🏼

Feel free to join, tell me your stories, let's get through this 2WW wait together!! lol!

I took this just now and not sure if its positive or evap, I didn't put a timer on lol, I kind of want to use my FRER tomorrow morning but I'd only be 11 dpo xx

@Nannon145 thank you ☺ I caved and took a few more tests, I know I should wait until tomorrow morning really but I took one of my FRER and a Clearblue blue dye one and they're both positive, so I've got my BFP but I'm really nervous now :S scared to get excited, keeping my fingers crossed for you too xx

@Nannon145 you’re not out yet. Will you be retesting tomorrow?
@Katieg200394 congrats!! How many dpo are you now?

I’m 10dpo and have had another faint BFP on the Clearblue stick. AF is due Sat/Sunday so I might retest on Thursday then Sunday if AF doesn’t arrive. I’ve been having cramps in my lower stomach all evening so I don’t know what to think. Having said that, I’ve been having cramps since 1dpo which I never get!

@Boredinthehouse12 I'm 10 dpo too but I think my cycle length is on the shorter side of average, last month it was 29 days, this is cycle 2 of ttc baby #1, I've been having very mild cramps in my lower stomach too, nothing like the period cramps I get, ooh congratulations to you too xx

@katieG200394 I’m pretty much the same! My cycles are usually 28 days, but can be 27/29 too. Fingers crossed for us both! This is cycle number 1, ttc baby number 1!

I’ve took another FRER this morning and it’s a BFN. Gutted 🙁 did think that I’ve been feeling period pains, really upset me but oh well. Try again next month I suppose 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m tempted to try the Clear Blue ovulation sticks next month to help me on my way because nothing seems to be working at the minute 😩

@Nannon145 thank you, I bought an advanced Clear Blue fertility monitor, its expensive but well worth it, I was getting positive OPK's on the cheapie amazon ones before that and it was negative the day later when I got my first positive on the fertility monitor one so the cheapies were telling me a day too soon, the monitor definitely helped pinpoint the right days, you might be able to find one cheaper on Ebay, sorry to hear you got a negative 💕 I'll keep my fingers crossed for you for next month xx

My cycles are on the shorter side too, about 27ish days. I'm 7 or 8 DPO today. Ttc #1 cycle #3

@Nannon145 just to echo what PP said, I’ve heard that the Clearblue fertility monitor is 10/10 too.

@ALew15 thank you! Will you be testing early or waiting to see if AF arrives?

I’m 11 dpo today and just POAS with FMU. I think the line is getting slightly darker? Besides mild cramping I don’t have any other symptoms. I haven’t told OH yet as I don’t want him to get too excited. AF isn’t die until Sat/Sunday so hoping for the best

I also used the Clearblue smiley face one, I didn't want to mess about with trying to interpret lines! I got my positives with the test on Monday and Tuesday - so i think that makes me 1 dpo today?? I'm still thinking we got our timing a bit off and Saturday morning would have been too soon. Lonnng wait for me find out

Lou The freshness is fine if you have a hospitable environment it will keep the sperm alive for you for 5 days! Lots of people post on here having got pregnant from sex days before ovulation. In fact isn't it the main method of ttc a girl - no sex the day before, of or after ovulation.

Fingers crossed for those with BFP before AF is due that you manage to implant. Some promising lines!

That's good news as I want a girl. DH wants a boy so he might be disappointed! I'm just trying not to put too much hope on it and just remind myself there's always next month. But I know I'll be gutted if not. Just have to wait and see. I'm at the start of my 2WW now...

@Flittingabout Oh I didn't realise there was a method (not to self to google this method🤣)! We were just picking random days in weeks 2 & 3 after coming off the pill... I wasn't expecting the smiley ovulation test on Monday morning as I'd been testing every day to see if there was any chance. Then it popped up and I realised we'd had sex just over 48 hrs earlier... it's my first cycle after the pill so may not work but, fingers cross like you say! I'll report back in 2 weeks ....

@Boredinthehouse12 I really don't know if I will test early or not. Last month AF turned up the morning I decided to test which was a bit of a kick in the teeth. AF is due Monday, I think I can hold out until then....

What cycle is this for you? Have you done anything different this month?

@ALew15 I don’t understand how people can be so patient with testing! I really wish it was in my DNA, but sadly it’s not. Although I completely understand that it’s probably the most sensible approach. Hopefully I don’t end up regretting it.

This is our 1st cycle TTC baby number 1 so I can’t really say what we done differently. We DTD 4 days before ovulation, the day before, the day after and that’s it. I have a 28 day regular cycle and didnt use opks. I just relied on an app called premom to tell me my ovulation date and it seems to have worked x

@Boredinthehouse12 @KatieG200394 I think I’ll have 1 more month going with the flow and seeing how it goes because this is only me 2nd cycle since the miscarriage, and then might look into getting one then.

Bored in the house, completely in my DNA to test early too! My app says I’m 11DPO today so that’s why I’m thinking I’m out this month with my BFN this morning but I could have actually ovulated on a completely day. Before my miscarriage, I used to ovulate on CD18/19 and my app has me down for CD15 so god knows when I actually did this month. I’m still thinking I’m out though!

6dpo for me this cycle. Not really had any symptoms apart from a few cramps and feeling tired which is pretty normal for me.

How’s everyone else getting on?
