@Blossom428 I'm not sure Cos I think it's more for you he LP Which is the only thing that's regular with me! I always get spotting on day 14 full flow 15dpo so I don't want to risk it 😂

Well mine last cycle LP was only 9 days I think, so if it's that short again this cycle I may try it! I've taken note haha.

@Blossom428 I just don't think this is my month :( I think I'm going to be absolutely devastated this month too.... I've allowed myself hope and It would of been lovely to get pregnant on the year anniversary of trying.... due date would of been husbands bday too :( we lost our last one on my birthday :( ughhhh I'm not ready for tomorrow xx

Awh yeah that would be really nice if it happens ✨ you need to just have something planned for tomorrow to Keep you distracted no matter what.

My temps lower today :( not a massive drop but most def significant 😩 so looks like I'm out again

I’m due on today. No sign of af yet, but that isn’t hugely unusual. @AnxiousAnnie86 I’m still hoping you are in. I haven’t done much reading up about temp changes, is it very accurate?

If I’m due on today, would a first response be accurate later? I usually test first thing am but obviously can’t now 🤔

@WaitingForEgg yeah it always has been for me, so it's lower first half of cycle, higher after ovulation which confirms and stays high of pregnant, mine has dropped a bit this morn, but higher then it would normally be, getting some very very mild cramps.....

Yeah they say from day of Af you can test at any point!!! Just try holding for a little while xx

Yeah if you don't test FMU then you will need to wait and hold wee if you are testing today. Might be better to do it tomorrow then you are day after AF. ☺️

According to Ava it's not dropped by much and it is much much colder today! So don't know if that effects?! Flo it's dropped a bit though :(

I only started with Ava bracelet on day of ovulation so hard to see any pattern there x

I also only had three and a half hours of sleep last night 😱

That seems positive! And like you say your temp hasn't drop a lot from the charts!
Will you test today, or just hold it out a few more days to see? @AnxiousAnnie86

@AnxiousAnnie86 you're so good not testing!! Will power or what! I'd so be testing if it was me🙈 that's good that your temp is still up though, I reckon it's only dropped because of the temperature 🤞🏻x

@Chlo2701 I just can't stand to see anymore negatives, I used to test from like 7dpo! And in some ways that was better! I've now convinced myself I have a chance!! X

I think I'm going to start tomorrow(just my IC's) in case for some reason I ovulate earlier haha. I feel I need to do something and POAS is the only thing I can do right now 😂🙈

@ayms0 the app I have found best for bbt is either premom or fermometer, the one that tracks my sleep heart rate etc is my Ava bracelet x

You guys must be sick of me now! I'm sorry 😱 my charts for today, this is the first time ever 15dpo I haven't woken up to full blown AF I always spot in afternoon evening of 14 and wake up to horrid AF and period pain 15dpo..

Temps on Ava are pretty steady, flo dropped yest day and is the exact same today..... I don't know if taking the soy iso has changed my LP phase though it could just be that, I would think if I was pregnant my temp would of risen?

I’m not sure @AnxiousAnnie86 but no AF I am 🤞🏻 For you. No AF here either. I feel nauseous and tired. But tested again yesterday, negative. Because I’m not 100% on cycle length (last month was the only once I recorded and it was 28 days, but when I had my daughter I had always been 31-32 days) I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m now day 29 🤷🏼‍♀️

@WaitingForEgg when do you think you will test? Have you any symptoms of Af coming? I keep getting cramps but reallt really really mild then it goes boobs are hurting bad but mainly at night x

Strange you are still getting negative @WaitingForEgg but I've heard some people don't get positives for another week after AF due
