@AnxiousAnnie86 I'm only CD9, finished AF days ago & im not due to ovulate for another 7/8/9 days🤦‍♀️ it's just annoying, in fact everything about TTC is just annoying me🙈
Yeah that's a good shout for you aswel, see what happens this month then if you're unsuccessful then just go all natural. Both of us have tried our best. Hopefully if we're both less stressed about it all it will happen then🤞🏻x

No, but acupuncture is something I've been thinking about. I will give that a go in the next few months if I'm still unsuccessful x

I’ve had period pain for about 4 days now (due af Sunday) feeling grumpy as I’m confident I’m coming on, I just wish cycles were shorter! Or you could conceive at multiple times 🙈

@WaitingForEgg :( it's the worst when you think you are out, just want it to come, have you tested, or holding off? I'm due Sunday too, temp
Still high tomorrow would be the big drop day for me, so will see what that brings, feel some very slight cramps on and off.... but no symptoms of pregnancy, x

@AnxiousAnnie86ive tested negative, it was a first response but probably tested too early. I’ve got sore boobs, which tbh I don’t think I usually get with AF, but maybe I’m just over thinking everything now? I basically just want AF to come and put me out of my misery... I’ve got so much cramping pain, I can’t remember if I got this with DD or not

I'm about 6 or 7DPO and I'm pretty sure I have just had implantation bleeding. My period isn't due for another two weeks and it was only a small bit of darker/brown diluted blood. Got some cramping now and feeling a bit nauseous. I was feeling a bit nauseous the last couple of afternoons but I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me. This is my first cycle of ttc, I'm guessing this is a good sign? Earliest I can test is in one weeks time!

I feel you @Chlo2701 , this is only my 2nd cycle and I am already struggle to see how will cope if it goes on for months and months. I'm such an over thinker and worrier I just can't switch off.

@blossom428 temp has risen.... 13dpo today, woken up with a headache... but it was so hot last night I don't think I can trust my temp!!! X

I will say the only thing different this month, which could be a result of the soy iso I don't know, my temps in LP PHASE Have def been more stable, normally after 9dpo they shoot up and down, but this time they have stayed steady, so maybe that will help in the coming months too....

Has anyone heard of Vitex.... x

@AnxiousAnnie86 cycle 6 or 7 I believe.
The only cycle since trying I didnt track my ovulation, symptoms or temp! Just went with the flow!xx

@Spinksy9 I think there is a lot to be said for it isn't there!! My plan is next month my last month doing it all, let my Ava learn my cycles and then after that just go with it... you only need to wear it at night and not worry about waking up every day at same time etc.

@AnxiousAnnie86 honestly I was getting annoyed at people saying, once you stop trying you'll fall.
But its true, it's just hard to not obsess over. However, pubs open next week 😂 great timing
I think I'm going to order a digital and do it monday. Trying not to get my Hope's up too much as AF wasnt due until next Thursday so still time for things to not stick.

Not sure what I'm suppose to do now, I only know the having sex and testing side 😂

@Spinksy9 I know I hate people saying that to me, my husband is worst for it, I just reminded him I'm due on tomorrow and he just goes "well we will have to wait and see" he's so blazay about it all it drives me insane!!!!" You just book an apt with midwife at 8 weeks then they talk you through everything.... just eat healthy lots of sleep and look after yourself :) x

@Spinksy9 do you have any symptoms at all? I'm due on tomorrow as I said, I normally have very bad cramps from 12dpo and just have a very mild cramp feeling but not bad at all x

2 weeks ago I started to get really bad breast pain for a few days but ignored it.. apart from that, nothing. Its the first month I havent had any symptoms. I only tested due to needing to ibuprofen but luckily I did

What Does Vitex Do Exactly?
Vitex itself does not contain hormones, but it acts on the pituitary gland and regulates its function, thus balancing hormone levels.
It acts on the anterior pituitary (in the brain), reducing the release of prolactin, which regulates progesterone levels indirectly through the pituitary-hypothalamic axis. Vitex increases progesterone by increasing luteinizing hormone (LH) and inhibiting follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). In most reproductive conditions involving hormone imbalance, estrogen dominance or progesterone imbalance tend to be common. Vitex increases progesterone and LH levels, and also decreases FSH and prolactin levels

AF came this morning so I’m officially out. I feel fine about it which has surprised me!! I think I’m relieved I can think about something else now!

@Ayms0 there is always that! I take comfort in not peeing on sticks panicking about temp! Worrying about coffee having a wine etc!!!!

I honestly ate and drank what I wanted. Didnt think twice ! And it must have worked! Had sex 3 times this cycle because I wanted to, not because I felt I needed to. However husband did make me put my legs in the air! 😂
