I am on Cycle 2 TTC and on CD15 following SMEP plan this month, tracking BBT and using OPKs xx

@2020wish I would always keep my baths to 37c when I was pregnant xxx

Did you check it with thermometer?

@2020wish you're not supposed to. Linked to neural tube defects I think. I'm like you, I like it piping hot and I keep topping it up as it cools. It's one of the hardest sacrifices for me when I'm pregnant.

@VP91x yeah it is strange I did mine once 2hrs apart where I hadn't actually left my bed and was like 0.6 different and I checked the 2nd temp twice 🤯

Yeah I'm all good in my happy phase, starting CB tomorrow a day later than they recommend but trying to reduce the days of flashing 😂 and just trying to stay calm... I've actually got a really good feeling about this month which obviously could end in disappointment but no point thinking about that before fertile week even starts. How are you feeling apart from your apps messing you around? x

@2020wish yeah I had a bath thermometer 😂 mainly because I love my baths really hot! You get used to it xx

Yeah I'm feeling alright actually, trying to keep really positive 😊 I've just been so tired recently. I'm having some blood tests done on Tuesday because I've been having alot of hair loss which I'm assuming might be linked to the MC because the only time I have had anything like this is a couple of months post partum! So they are doing a full blood count and thyroid /iron etc! I'm leaving towards it being an iron deficiency also because of the tiredness xx

@HE88 they are fine they are the actual ones that the women on youtube recommends :) xxx

@Hayleylou89 I've not watched the YouTube video do you have a link? It says to take 4 to 8 tablets 3 times a day. Xx

Well... my boobs have started hurting tonight. I'm 99.9% sure that's a PMS symptom, 5 days to go until AF. And then onto the June bus

@Re6ecc4 fingers crossed its not af could be pregnancy symptoms. This is the thing with pms and pregnancy symptoms they are so similar it's really hard to tell. Xx

So have been having some cramps the last couple of days and feeling a bit sick and had a headache last night and this morning. I usually only have cramps a day before AF. It’s CD28 for me and my last 4 cycles have been 31/32 days but had a bit of a streak of blood when I wiped earlier. Still feel a bit sick. Haven’t tested yet, was going to wait until Monday. Feel like I’m out for this month now 😢. X

And my cray-cray time of the month has begun. I'm 10dpo and have still been pulling vvvvvfl daily from my mc, but 10dpo is the day I've gotten a BFP each time I've been pregnant. So here I am squinting at today's vvvvfl willing it to be slightly darker than yesterday's to show additional hcg from a new pregnancy. Both lines look the same but I know I'm subconsciously convinced today's is darker. AF due Thursday, I'll be staring at the tests for another 3 days 😐.

I think I’m out again.... digital negative this morning even tho it was positive on Friday :( I just dunno how to deal anymore... this would be the 3rd time

@2020wish omg, what? Have you had any bleeding or anything? Xxx

@Doughnut100 are you getting any follow up bloods post MC? So frustrating isn't it. Hopefully over the next few days you get stronger lines to indicate a new PG 🙏xx

No af isn’t due til tomorrow I af . I feel so depressed I dunno what’s happening

@2020wish I’m so sorry - have you got any other tests you could do today? Ideally a FRER? Digi tests need higher HCG and if af isn’t due until tomorrow then it could just be below threshold. Fingers crossed for you xx
