Hi, to anyone else who would like to join. 👋👋
I am on Cycle 2 TTC and on CD15 following SMEP plan this month, tracking BBT and using OPKs xx

How everyone this morning? 8dpo and bfn this morning on a cheapie. Dunno why I’m testing lol probably because I know I have 20 cheapies lying about lol but of course it makes u feel disheartened

Dd came blasting into bedroom this morning at 4am wakening me up out of sleep abruptly meaning I had to interact with her before taking my temp. I just spoke to her, didn’t get up but was awake then for about 20 mins before I decided to just take my temp cause I couldn’t get back to sleep. Is there any point recording it? I am 109% not temping next month

Trying to occupy my kind, looked back on my Flo app and what I logged the month I fell pregnant, sore boobs at 10dpo, bfn at 12dpo, and BFP at 14dpo

Really need this month to be my month or I feel like I’m best giving up ttc for now. So stressful

@2020wish oh dear! 8dpo is probably too soon for a cheapie 😊 I'm saying this and yet I don't know how I'm going to stop myself from testing, considering I bought a box of 50 cheapies after my mc 😂🙈

Hmm, I get disturbed by my dog some mornings, and if I'm honest, I actually wake up when he wakes me up, which is not always at the same time every morning. I still temp as I find that I can still see an overall pattern and I like to use it to confirm ovulation. But if it's stressing you out, I would just ditch it😊 one less thing to worry about!

@Rainbowhope11 the rational part of me completely knows it’s too early for cheapies but I just can’t help myself as like u I bought loads after my mc lol I have ultra early clear blue light give those a go tomorrow or next day lol I just want to know so I can just start dieting instead and exercising and lose some weight or be over the moon and sit my ass down and not move until I’m 12 weeks lol

@2020wish 😂🤣I totally understand that! I was just telling my hubby that I can't wait to get back to spin class and running, but i can't, because I overdo it and it messes my cycle up. So now I'm just going to sit here and stuff my face while waiting for a bfp 😂

@2020wish dont be worried about 8dpo bfn especially knowing what happened before and getting a late bfp. Iv got my hopes up based on my temp today its gone up again the 37.89... it hasnt been this high since my last pregnancy but i dnt know if its the new bedroom im in or what? Hope its accurate. Im getting little tiny sharp pains in the left side too like tiny but noticible but i really dnt wanna get to excited to be let down...im 7 dpo today and think i only have 2 cheapy sticks left so dnt want to waste them and 2 frer and a cb blue die that i defo would
Only use to back up and frer once i get a positive as the dye is rubbish, have u had any more symtoms, iv said im not testing until i feel
Or see anything odd the only def difference in other cycles is my temps higher than it has been at this stage but so much can affect ur temp so dnt want to take that as my only real sign.

Preg i can go jogging etc but wont do
Nothing in this two week wait other than a slow bike ride 😂 if im preg itll be long walks with the pooch for 9 mmonth and thats it as i went the gym 5 days a week last time and i worry that contributed even though iv always gone the gym and took it easy :( x

@Hayleylou89 the temp rise sounds positive. Lastnight at 11pm I had one spec of pure red blood on tissue. Then again 20 minutes ago, I mean like 1/2cm. Very small, I also have a dull ache very low down on the left side.

Don't want to get my hopes up as could be af after stopping pill but I don't usually spot before. It's usually a few cramps then full on. I also technically aren't due until Sunday. Fingers crossed for us both x

@Hayleylou89 I've been overdoing the workouts, was doing high intensity workouts at least 4 times a week and I figured that it may be hurting my chances of falling pregnant (long cycles, no period in December). In December I stopped doing spin class because I went on holiday and just started slacking because of the festive season and I January I fell pregnant. Now I'm scared to return to my workouts:(

But I may join you and allow myself a workout or two if I'm unsuccessful this month. But I'm reeeeeealllly hoping that I am though 😫

@mumoftwobeauts how many dpo are u now? u can implant upto 12 dpo i read! Last time i had Ib really early at 4/6 dpo but i think sex made it appear sooner than it would have on the tissue if that makes sense and only on wiping...i was reading it up on it back then and most ppl say say no way you could implant that early (4dpo) but i did and carried for 5 months ( i could of got my ov date wrong but not by much as i def only had sex 2 days that cycle a day apart) 🤷🏽‍♀️ I hope its IB and not AF for you 🙏

My OPKs are back down to negative, does this mean that I have ovulated? Also, for those of you that temp does your temp go up straight away the day after? Today is the last day of my three day stint but it'll be four days in a row 😴😂 Xx

@2020wish ahh please dont be disheartened!! if you didnt get a Bfp until 14dpo last time, please don't torture yourself with the ICs until then 🙏 if you're going to do another one do a FRER at 12dpo.

@Hayleylou89 that's positive about your temp having another rise!! Got everything crossed for you.

@Hayleylou89 the temp spike sounds promising. I dunno what my temp is doing, I got a triphasic style temp spike on Sunday 6dpo and it’s dropped again but still around the biphasic temp spike after ovulation but then again I dunno if it’s me waking at all different times naturally causing the fluctuations. I’ve had twinges in either side of pelvis and really bloated— but again could be caused by bad diet lol 😂

Im afraid to do anything as in jan when I had the CP I was really active , two jobs(one full time and one part time both 13 hr shift days) and moving house plus redecorating and self painting said new house. Then second pregnancy the day before I mc I was so stressed sorting out a safe working environment and pay between work and occ health and had an argument with DH then went on a cleaning frenzy to clear my head and boom woke up the next morning to bleeding :( so I’m heart scared to move this time around as I don’t know if being so active and stressed contributed to both those loses

@VP91x hey lovely glad uv done all u can! Bet u feel really positive about the tww! My temps always go up right after ovulation as that what confirms it so if your temp hasnt risen its likly u wont have ovulated yet the opk will likely fade as that only appears in order to signal the brain to ovulate (someone told me) then its jobs done and u will ovulate in the next 12-36 hours so im guessin ur temp spike can happen anytime between then 🙏 whens ur app saying ull ovulate.

@Renna i started tracking with femometer its so much better :) i just put this cycles data in see below! Will keep using nc until it gets used to me though x

@VP91x yes it should mean you ovulated already if you tests are neg. yes my temp shot up the day after, here is my chart, it appears I ovulated on the 11th.

I can even trust frer. They never where good at picking up pregnancy for me even when digitals where. So strange

@2020wish dont they say ur temp dips with implantation? And u mention u had a dip around 6dpo? Xx

@Hayleylou89 I had a spike 6dpo by 0.3 degrees which is what the say it should be for either a spike or dip in temp but then the next day in dipped and has stayed steady since. So dunno what to make of it. Here is my chart. Any thought?

@Hayleylou89 ah fab thank you!! All my apps (three of them 😂) have aligned and all saying that I will ovulate today now. My LH was still at peak yesterday at like 5pm and now negative so looks like it is all syncing up. Yeah if all this DTD spent get it done nothing will. I will be glad to just relax (obsess over the tww).

@2020wish ahh, that is strange! Maybe do a clearblue early at 12dpo? But, disregard todays for sure Xx

@VP91x Yea mine was the same it got so strong in evening then it went low again the next morning and im convinced i ovulated that day as the pains were quite bad x so look out for ovulation pains today and thatll hopefully be a little sign for u 🙏 ahh excited for u...my 1st week in tww has gone so quick actually its so much better to be a little more chilled out and i just hope i get my bfp this weekend before my mums bday next tuesday and our first wedding anniversary on 2nd June and also the babys due date 7th june, it would literally be a dream come true this cycle for me with so much significance 🌈💖

@2020wish see that spike is soo odd and could be implantation... did u carry out ur bbt that morning as normal with no interruption? Iv been temping between 6-8am but the app says thats ok anything eitherside i should mark as inconclusive. But if thats a solid spike it could be a positive sign for 🙏 what happened in ur last pregnancy temp wise? Xx

@Hayleylou89 I thought I was having OV pains yesterday. Felt like I had a stitch in my lower right side if that makes sense. Was quite painful! Let's see what happens with temps 🙏 also nice to see both your charts @2020wish sometimes I see charts and they shoot up to the 37's. My temps are always quite low so good to compare!

Morning @2020wish I'm 12 Dpo did a cheapie this morning and BFN 😥 AF due tomorrow. Really thought this month was going to be my month. Has anyone ever got a false negative on a cheapie at 12 Dpo? Thanks ladies

@Hayleylou89 the day I got that spike it was solid temp, good nights slept and took temp with out interruptions before I opened my eyes. The two temps after that I took when I woke but woke with interruptions and wasn’t as rested: so I’m really unsure. This is my first month temping so I’ve nothing to compare lol I googled implantation dips/spikes and the graphs look similar to mine so I am really really really really hoping lol

@VP91x with my last pregnancy I had loads of stitch type pains right up until 6/7 weeks. Fingers crossed it’s both our months!!

@JoandLily maybe try a clear blue early response? Their ultra early tests are sensitive to 10ul of hcg. Frer 6.3 but they never worked with me so I’m not a fan lol I didn’t get my positive last time until day of af so fingers crossed x

What would be classed as spotting? I just have a feeling this is probably AF. Would be be as early as 7dpo? I definitely ovulated x

Yes implantation can occur between 6-12dpo. I’ve never had spotting but many do and my friend even thought it was her period as it was bright red and found out she was pregnant a month later when her next period didn’t arrive
