Hi, to anyone else who would like to join. 👋👋
I am on Cycle 2 TTC and on CD15 following SMEP plan this month, tracking BBT and using OPKs xx

Good morning everyone. Thank you all for your kind words of support yesterday. I managed to find a pink dye test this morning and it is a lot stronger. I'm going to try and relax and take each day as it comes, I really expect to MC again but 🤞 it sticks.

@Hayleylou89 your temps look great. 🤞

@JoandLily I never seem to get positive results until after AF is due 🤞

@Renna. I have tried a few things over the last couple of months - I have no idea if they have helped but I'm happy to share. I started on COQ10 and DHEA in February. I have poor egg quality so I was hoping they would help. I used pre-seed for the first time last month (although only a small amount as is a bit messy 😆) I also used the clearblue ovulation tests but I just got a week of flashing faces ... I was worried I had missed my peak so we just dtd every other day that week.

I have everything crossed that you all get your bfp this month 🤞♥️ I will keep checking this thread as I really want to find out when you get your positive tests. You are all amazing X x

@VP91x glad to hear you got your peak. The waiting and not knowing is so stressful isnt it! I use fermometer and it doesn't confirm ovulation for me until my temp has increased 3 days in a row. I use Fertility Friend too and again, it is after a 3 day temp rise that I get my cover line.

I am currently 8dpo. Did a cheapie this morning which was a BFN. I knew it would be but I am still very disheartened. Due date was on Sunday so that's been and gone and just feel blah. The only thing I have is that I went for a blood test yesterday to test my progesterone levels. Have to wait 7-10 days for the results.

@2020wish yeah 8dpo is definitely early id wait a couple days at least and then test again and i always record my temps then you can see the pattern but can always mark it as abnormal. I find it helped to focus on nutrition as a distraction during the TWW and even more motivated to eat well if I know it's not just for me x

@Hayleylou89 just remember that you carried over half way through your pregnancy working out 5 times a week so I'm sure light exercise won't hurt you, especially as you'll be monitored more closely in your next pregnancy, really hoping this is your month 🤞

@VP91x I wouldn't worry about how long the lh stays peak it's just the timing of the first surge that's important I think, mine stay high for 4/5 days but ovulate day after first peak, what does your temp graph look like?

@mumoftwobeauts that could be an IB they say that people often have unexplained spotting between 6-12dpo the cycles that they fall so hoping that's what it is for you x

@JoandLily sorry it was negative this morning, if AF doesn't arrive do another test on Thursday it may just be a late implantation x

Ah, please don't be upset 8DPO is so so early especially with a IC as we all know. Wait until 12DPO and use a FRER ❤️ your temps are nice too!

@JoandLily some people dnt even implant until 12 dpo so ur still in with a chance... have u had any af or pg symtoms like u usually do?? X 🙏🌈

@Hayleylou89 I've had sore boobs for about 3 days which I don't usually get before af and some cramps which don't feel like my usual cramps but I'm now thinking I'm making this is up in my head 😥 I usually gain a couple of pounds in the few days leading up to it but I haven't this month 🤷 keeping my fingers crossed but do feel a bit deflated now x

@hayleylou89 .. Yeah AF could be due in 2 days time on Thursday ... I may get an indication tomorrow though if shes coming because the same CD last month I checked CM and there was the usual browny red tinge indicating AF on her way so I'll be checking that tomorrow see if I see any.. femometer app says AF due Friday but I think is she shows itll be Thursday as that's same cycle day as last month . I'll probs test Friday if no AF Thursday xxx so you'll probs be testing before me with your ICs lol xx just dont feel confident this time but no reason not to .... so trying to keep positive vibes going 🙏 🤞🌈 xxx

@VP91x do u think u would do i again like that? ... I literally couldnt... my dh wasnt even pressured this cycle cos i learnt from last cycle being so regimented didnt work...i think the fact that i ovulated 5 days earlier than planned actually helped with the spontaneity a bit as we didnt expect it but he would struggle with all that dtd, i just have to hold of until im in my fertile window and dtd a few times through the month randomly when we feel like so its not like im using him for his swimmers haha x

@JoandLily We all know our own bodies and tbh im getting little pains here and there and stuff that could be in my head but until shes here you still have a chance cnt u get an frer? ... for me id rather know yes or no rather than tourture myseld and some ppl want to just wait for af ... everyone is different though xx

@Hayleylou89 I'm not sure, I think maybe. I literally haven't told my partner about SMEP or the pre-seed or the cup 😂 he figured out it was every other day for DTD. He sees I do the sticks etc. Told him I got my peak, mainly because I got so excited, haha. Luckily, I haven't had him not be able to finish etc. I hope doesn't feel under pressure though. He does say like, oh I don't even want to know what you're up to 😂. He just lets me get on with the planning side of it I suppose. Xx

@VP91 we were starting the smep style of dtd but because my cycles are so long i decided id start a week before ovulation was predicted but then 2 days after starting it we got a suprise peak so that went out the window and we dtd 3 days in a row then 🤦🏽‍♀️ glad we managed it though it really does put u in good spirits for the tww :) x

@Hayleylou89 thank you, I've got a triple pack of clearblue hopefully coming in today's post so think I'm just gonna hold out till tomorrow or Thursday and hope and pray af doesn't get me 🤞🙏

Hi ladies have been having some time away from my phone for a while as I end up googling too much 🙄
Currently 7dpo and stupidly did a test this morning which of course was a BFN. Don’t know why I thought it would be a good idea. Last time, I actually felt pregnant I think I was 9/10dpo (didn’t test until 12dpo) I just knew. This month I don’t. I just feel really sad now. All that sex for nothing 😂 just want AF to come and get back to it.
