I am on Cycle 2 TTC and on CD15 following SMEP plan this month, tracking BBT and using OPKs xx

Aww congrats @Quail15 tbh for a cheapy that is quite strong as they never seem to be dark when Iv seen anyones but that's obviously there :) x congrats u deserve it after the time uv had. Xx ans frer would defo be stronger i think x

Hi ladies. Jumping over from the last thread. I posted a couple of times but loitered mostly, getting to grips with tracking ovulation as a lot of you do.
I've a question, if a more experienced ov tracker can help. I've just got my first flashing smily on Clearblue Advanced. Yey! But now I'm wondering when do I test again? I don't want to miss peak and thinking I should try tonight but also want to avoid limiting fluids, especially around the time of ov! What to do, what to do? 🤷🏽‍♀️

@Quail15 congratulations!! That's definitely a positive line and they aren't that sensitive so you'll definitely get a stronger line on a FRER or early detection CB. Lovely news! ❤️

We have had our fair share of trials and tribulations with CB digital on this thread this month 😂

Couple of us went from blank to static in the same day. Some several days of flashy etc. It says to use FMU but then you can test more than once a day once you get a flashy.

Do you have cheapies you can use alongside? If not then I would say do one late evening too in case so you catch it xx

@Renna I'm trying with the meditation everyday the week 1 video I'm using is only 7mins so it's quite nice first thing before I get out of bed and not so long it delays anything, I find anything too long and I get distracted 😂 definitely reckon you can practice with the cups with lube. Due to ovulate in around 11/12 days so I reckon fertile period starts in a week, will start DTD with purpose on Friday if this mammoth period ever ends 😩 glad you are still feeling calm this TWW here's hoping you are rewarded for your patience.

@Hayleylou89 I had spongy walls the week before AF but like you only lasted a couple days I think 🤞

@ttcin2020 I think it's most important to put your mental health in front of everything it can be so easy to get caught up in the ttc bubble, before my MC and coming on MN I'd honestly never even heard of people testing a week before their period, doing opks, taking their temp and symptom spotting I think most of my friends just came off contraception and just tried and it happened. This works for people all the time if they are just having regular sex you will cover your fertile period. I love data so actually makes me feel more in control after feeling very out of control during MC but if it makes you feel like shit don't do it. Maybe have a month of regular sex every 2 or 3 days and see how you feel afterwards xx

@Jazper what cycle day are you on? If you think it could be ovulation day tomorrow test again tonight if not I'd just check again tomorrow morning. I don't limit liquids for testing I wouldn't worry too much about that unless you've just downed a litre of water x

Hello ladies, I’ve been following you all and on the other Missed miscarriage thread in the miscarriage section. I would like some help, please to see if anyone has experienced similar.

I found out at 9 week scan that I was having a missed miscarriage.

Basically started spotting on the 23rd April, passed everything a week later on the 30th April, stopped bleeding the 6th of May. So bleeding for 2 weeks.

Today I had lots of watery discharge with some blood. Could I be getting my period already or can you get spotting in ovulation.

Do I calculate my menstrual cycle from the 1st day of bleeding or from when I passed the sac etc.

@Insideallday hi lovely, I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't say that I'm the best person to ask as I chose surgical management for my MMC so classed surgery day as day 1. I general I would say that I would class the first full flow of bleeding as CD1 and work from there but don't know if the girls would agree?
I know some people do get ovulation bleeding and also you can get a bit of bleeding post MC sporadically, are you tracking ovulation at all with CM, opks, temp? xx

Just been to the loo after a few hours and the pad I was wearing had a 5cm streak of yellow/brown. Is it common to implant at 6/7dpo? Not due af for another 5/7 days x

I've heard a lot of this @mumoftwobeauts, I've never had it myself but you can implant as early as 6 dpo. Plus I've tested positive twice previously at 8dpo which suggests implanting around day 6 dpo. Positive sign id say xxx

Ooohhh!! I get why so many of you use cheapies alongside now! I'm only using digi after using only cheapies last month and not getting on with them. (In hindsight I actually think I didn't ovulate or ovulated really late as I was a week late on my period - cycle still readjusting after mc)
I'm only CD 11 and prior to mc had regular 28-30 day cycles, but as they have been irregular I may just start testing twice a day now in fear of missing it. Thank you for your advice. My little heart leapt when I saw that flashing smily face 😂Hope it doesn't go on for days! Xx

@Kangaroo77 Thankyou. I've never had it with previous pregnancies. Always got a positive 5 days before af though so around 9/10dpo x

I tested positive twice at 8dpo with past pregnancies (diff partner) but today bfn at 8dpo. Not ruling it out yet though. Fingers crossed for you in 3/4 days 🤞🏻

Lil tip for those with titled cervix try missionary position and then laying in bed for around 10mins after.

@Insideallday I agree with @SmileyT I counted the first day of heavy flow ... I had light bleeding for a few days before I started to bleed properly. So i counted that as day one.

@VP91x I missed your post from yesterday!! Sorry - I was trying to catch up and clearly my brain was just giving up lol!! I’m not sure abou testing early, my app says af is due between thurs-sun depending on how long my cycle is asI’m usually either 27 or 29 days. But that gets me confused as to when I should test if I do it early lol! Sunday would be the end of my TWW - so I wonder whether the safer bet is to use fmu on the Monday? I’m lucky in that I have a busy week this week so time isn’t going to bad! Felt very spaced out today though - so work was a bit hard going lol! How are you today? xx

I think you are both right, counting from day 1 of bleeding I’m probably just getting my period, which is good as hopefully I can get back to normal. It just feels never ending, it’s not my first miscarriage so you’d think I would know. I do usually use OPK’s but didn’t this month with everything going on. Will start afresh this cycle.

@Bellabubble ah, if you've got a busy week then yes Monday with FMU seems like best bet otherwise you'd be guessing, which is more frustrating!! Hopefully you have had a relaxing evening if you didnt feel great today.

Why are our bodies so confusing af was due today but she hasn't appeared yet, I'm not convinced that I'm pregnant though as I've done a couple of ic tests which are all bfn also I've had spotting since Friday which always happens before af. I really thought I was settling into a 28 day cycle looks like I'm not aarrgghh so annoying. Sorry for the rant ha ha. Xx

Im good thanks 😊 almost 7dpo so closer to peeing on a stick... i had IB at 6dpo in my first pregnancy but it was after sex so not sure if that promoted it but it was def IB as it was nothing like anythin id had before mine was watery and pink but it can be like u described so it def is a positive sign! X

@SmileyT thank u! Im not feeling much else symtom wise tbf, maybe just a bit hotter than usual but im in the new bedroom now so it could be a change in where im sleeping x

@Hayleylou89 ha ha I know 😂. I've got a Frer just didn't want to waste it might need to use it though if she doesn't appear soon. I also don't temp as I don't really understand it tbh. Funny you should mention having bleeding after sex and it being implantation bleeding hubby and I got a little frisky yesterday morning and there was a bit a blood afterwards I thought for sure af will come now but no! Xx
