Testing around 13th May

Hi Ladies! AF due 15th for me but I'll deffo test before then, probably around 11th or 12th lol I'm only 6dpo 🤦‍♀️

@LKSF yeah it’s difficult when people around you seem to get pregnant at the drop of a hat, how people do it is beyond me 😂 Yeah we’ve been together 8 years, trying for nearly 2 now, surely it’s our turn soon haha

@Skyla01 yeah that sounds like a good idea actually I’ll try that. I do regular yoga most days and before lockdown I was going to fertility reflexology which was great. Part of it was all about visualising your body going through the changes from start to finish of pregnancy, was so relaxing ☺️

Hi all, hope you don't mind me joining in. I am approx 7dpo (tried relaxing this cycle so didn't do ovulation tests) and so far have literally no symptoms. I usually feel something in the tww but this cycle there's literally nothing (other than the odd twinge but I get those throughout my cycle regardless so have learnt to ignore them). AF is due any day from Tuesday next week as my cycles can range from 25 to 31 days, I will hold out to 31 days to test... I just can't stand seeing a BFN! I had a MMC at the start of the year after 18 months of trying, this is my third proper cycle. Wishing you all loads of luck, hopefully we will all get to see two lovely lines on our tests soon!

I think we all feel like you and not wanting to see a negative. I think without knowing, this lockdown is putting so much pressure on our bodies.

We have a variety of test dates happening on this thread, I’ll be testing on the 15th. Xx

I'm 7DPO too and for the last 2-3 day I've been having a belly ache, hot flushes and am soooo tired... I just really not sure if it's me imagining it all though!

I'll be testing on the 13th xx

Yes it definitly is, very difficult to not be consumed when your stuck at home unable to visit friends and family. Hopefully we will see lots of BFP's when the tests start!

Hi Ladies, thought i'd jump on and ask for some advice. On cycle 3 trying for first baby. AF due on Sunday - my birthday - so really want to test before so that i can either have a birthday surprise or a bottle of prossecco to drown my sorrows! I have two CB digital tests, how accurate are they compared to strip tests in testing early? anyone had experience getting early BFP (big fat positive) or got a negative then a positive a few days later? Is it too early to tell? the stress is killing me! haha

Welcome @ktl1a sorry about your mc that sounds really tough. I think a lot of symptoms can be in our heads / feel stronger if we think about them. So perhaps since you're a bit more relaxed you aren't noticing things as much?

@BernadetteSunday try searching for "betina Rae gentle yoga for the tww". She has a whole YouTube channel of stuff. I might try and do the routine today.

Sounds like lots of us are at that tricky stage around 8dpo- it's getting closer but still too early to do anything! Sending positive vibes to you all xx

@CEW19 I don't have any personal experience but I believe the digital ones are less sensitive so are not do likely to pick up a positive if you are testing early.

I would just drink the prosecco anyway!

@CEW19 I've heard they're less sensitive but not sure by how much, I'm wondering too because I'm 8dpo and only have 1 FRER left, but 2 digitalis. I'm going to struggle not to use it and then kick myself for wasting it too early

AF has just arrived 😭 maybe my turn will be next month.

I am 8dpo and gave in, used my last FRER. Does anyone else see anything?? I swear I see a faint faint line

Ok mumsnet has compressed the image and it's completely erased it 😂 I swear on my phone the line is much clearer

@MissH123 yeah I should have bought more! I assumed I'd have more restraint apparently. It appeared in the time limit. Will retest tomorrow or the next day with a corner shop test 😂

@lucymagoo so hard waiting though isn't it!!🤣 I'm 7dpo and I have 3 tests upstairs ready and waiting but they have been there for some time🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm going to text next week some point!
