Testing around 13th May

We’ve been trying for number 2 for two years now and each month gets more emotionally difficult. Xx

BFN on FRER this morning at 12dpo I think I'm out for this month too

@lucymagoo isn’t 12dpo still early? I am only 11dpo and have been advised to wait until Thursday as I’ll be 14dpo. Stay positive you’re not out just yet x

Thanks @J0DI3 I just feel like I am for this cycle, I don't mind too much it was the first month my cycle has been regular and we were able to pinpoint ovulation so ready to try again for June

My cycles been roughly 26 days so far with one month when I went 30.Cycle day 25 this month I had cramping, I was so convinced af was starting I was just in tears all morning. Since then I’ve had really sore knees and ankles with some pain that went up into my legs. I’ve had a bit of hip ache too. Thats settled a bit now and isn’t something I normally get.

I’m day 32 now and the best I can describe it is I feel a bit like I’ve got nervous belly. My boobs are a bit sore but only normal af sort of sore. I have no idea if I should be testing yet or if this is all in my head and I’ve talked myself into being late.

@lucymagoo sorry to hear that. Maybe wait for the dreaded AF to arrive?

@Twinkletoes85 welcome to the thread. When do you think AF may arrive? We’re all so tempted to test early, but I’m waiting for my monthly’s to arrive this month instead x

@sussexbysea I thought it should have arrived on Thursday. The app I’m using adjusted the dates to go longer as I have once before and now that’s telling me I’m two days late

Yeah it's still a little unpredictable, I came off the pill in December. One app says due today and other days Friday but I'm CD 24 so has to be soon

@Twinkletoes85 if you are two days late seems like a great time to be testing 🙌🏾 are you tracking ovulation at all?

Sorry for those who have AF / bfn. I'm still in the game but trying really hard not to get my hopes up / think about it.

@smileyT only cm. I’ve been trying not to get too obsessed (tried with an ex and drove myself a bit mad tracking). The signs have been there when I think and when the app suggested I’d be ovulating.

I’ve only got a bit of a cheap Sainsburys test in and I’m a bit worried about testing too early

@Twinkletoes85 I would test. If you are late a cheap test should still pick it up. If it's negative wait for AF and maybe order a new test later in the week if needed?

@skyla01 I might go for it tomorrow then I can get first of the day as that’s supposed to be the best time isn’t it?

Yes fmu is usually best. Plus another day for hcg hormone to build up. Fingers crossed for you- let us know how you get on! How long have you been trying for?

@skyla01 thank you. Been trying 6 months but was on the depo so wasn’t really expecting anything quickly as they say it can take 12-18 months.

@Twinkletoes85 6 months can still feel like a really long time though. I have heard of cycles taking ages to come back after depo. We've been trying for 14months so I hope we get some luck soon.

I was on the depo and had my last shot a year ago when I got engaged. I heard it can take ages to leave your system so this seemed like a good deadline to move onto the pill. Hope hasn't affected us too much, it took 3 months to get a withdrawal bleed after coming off the pill so who knows!

@Skyla01and @lucymagoo I had my last depo in September which worse off in November. It was February when my periods came back.

I feel like it’s probably a bit early for it to have fallen on given the reputation the depo has really.

I'm so done with those IC tests, never buying any more. I've had 5 evaps now and one of them was with water instead of urine. My PMS is making me feel like shit so bring on AF! 😡

@kim160790 congrats! Maybe you are further than 10 days?!

I used the clear blue early detection one as 4 days away from AF... hoping it sticks as I've been having cramps and backache since I guess "suspected" ovulation. Not sure what to think and I've had absolutely no CM whatsoever either?

@Twinkletoes85 good luck with testing tomorrow, will definitely come up with any test if AF is late 🤞

Thank you guys didn't expect a BFP in the afternoon so I was defo shocked. Let's hope it sticks! Had a mmc end of last year so bit wary especially as I've been having cramps since ovulation and didn't have this with my boys 🤞
