Testing around 13th May

I joined a similar thread last month and found it really supportive. It’d be great to hear from others.

We’ve been trying for number 2 for two years now and each month gets more emotionally difficult. Xx

@Cheesybiscuits01 sorry to hear your test was a BFN 😥 do u think it could be to early? When is AF due?

My cycle this month was a bit mixed up post miscarriage so I'm not sure. Sometime between Monday and Wednesday I think. Hoping it was just too early.

@cheesybiscuits01 sorry to hear that, maybe wait a few more days and then re test. The longer you wait the clearer the result will be

Tested again this morning with FMU to a BFN, I guess that solves it, strange because there was definitely something on that first test! Still only 10dpo so will forget about it for this weekend and retest if AF is late. Hope everyone else is doing well

@lucymagoo sorry to hear that. Some tests are so sensitive and will pick up the tiniest trace of the hormone.

I’ve had a few of these in the past, get a positive and the next day is a negative. Hope you are ok x

@beachbum85 I think at 13dpo your test should be fairly accurate. I can understand wanting to test at the weekend and not before work.

@lucymagoo really sorry about BFN. However I think 10dpo is still early and you could still get a positive in a few days.

@Cheesybiscuits01 sorry for your bfn. There's still time for a positive, esp if your cycle isn't quite back to normal.

I think my AF is due between Sunday and Wednesday, so starting to get a bit nervous.

@SmileyT I was on the pill for around 3 months but decided to ttc for #4. I have 3 boys and now wanting to try for a little girl 🤞but if i end up with another boy I don't mind as long as they are healthy. I've been cramping ever since ovulation with backache and that's never happened before. Either I'll have a bfp or a very painful AF 😞

@Sussexbysea Thank you and GL to you as well!! I'm not sure when I'll test I may wait for day of AF and see if it comes. I have tests in the house but they are 20mlu cheapies which won't be any good x

Hi ladies how are you all doing today? I did a frer this morning at 11dpo BFN boooo. I won't say I'm out until af shows but I think it's looking more unlikely now :(

Hi hope ok to join, first cycle of 'proper' trying for first child but have had many previous cycles of not trying to prevent, and symptom spotting like a lunatic! Missed my peak opk but I estimate I'm 8-9 dpo now. At least if I hold off testing until the 13th I'll be more like 12-13dpo which is the longest I could ever hope to hold out for (I have loads of cheapies on hand and I'm rubbish at self control). I do feel different at the mo but I'm refusing to read much into it, work is stressful so it's probably down to that. Two friends of mine recently fell the first month trying and we're all mid 30s so that's... Quite annoying really!

@Cheesybiscuits01 @lucymagoo @raspberryjamlove sorry it was BFNs this morning but as you have both said it may be too early and as cheesy as it sounds, you really aren't out until AF arrives 🤞

@kim160790 oh only 3 months, I was going to say that your hormones could be out of whack but they probably settled straight away and with 3 DC already I'm sure you know the signs of your body already. Fingers crossed for a little girl to complete your family. I check my CP but do find it changes during the day and after sex it gets higher so find it so hard to track 🤔 x

@chillichutneysarnie good luck for this month and just remember how great it's going to be if you have friends that have been through the pregnancy process recently and if you catch soon it'll be little friends for your little bubba x

@chillichutneysarnie I've had a few friends/people I know more widely the same recently, also in our 30s but I'm so pleased we won't be alone with our journey if/when we do get pregnant as I thought we would be the first in our group. Definitely have little pangs or wishing that was me though so I know how you feel

@SmileyT hope so I had a withdrawal bleed a few days later. I had the coil before but had it removed. Was adamant no more babies for me but turning 30 in July and my OH managed to change my mind x

Today I got 2 FR tests and this is the result from this morning.... just need to hope this little bean sticks, and I think I will be really paranoid in the coming weeks given my January miscarriage.
