Hi all,

Now in my TWW. We have been trying for DC #2 since October 19 and I had a chemical early March.

I usually use Clearblue Dig Ovulation tests but this month I just used cheapie OPK's.

Fingers and toes crossed 🤞🏻

Hi @KSI88 So strange isn’t it I have heard lots of things about first response showing false positives but not everyone says so. I did a digital today cb and was negative but it picks up hcg at 25 first response is 6.5 so maybe why but to be honest I just don’t feel pregnant and we only did the deed once anyway. I am due next Thursday or Friday too. I only have 1 test left might try and grab some more first response ones. X

@xyloto that’s interesting!!! Thank you so much for telling me that. That has given hope, but I’m definitely not holding out for anything because I don’t want to feel gutted when I see that BFN. Congratulations to you though!!!

@Fueledwithfairydustandgin how many DPO are you? Could you have tested too early?

@Popcat120 congratulations!!!!!!!!!! I am so so so so happy for you. That is so exciting! I’m either 10 or 11 DPO today so I think I’m going to wait until tomorrow to test but don’t know whether I should wait even longer.

@Nannon145 thank you for responding. I’ve never used an ovulation kit so I’m not sure? I’m due AF on Wednesday so I think it should have picked it up if I was? I used a FRER. For various reasons we should really only try for 1 more month then stop for a while so I was so desperate for it to have worked but hey ho. Trying not to get too down but it’s hard with everything going on

Well looks like another BFN this morning for me. Period is due next week and I've been splotting the past couple of days, don't know what's going on 😔🤷🏼‍♀️

I used 'acutest early sign' this morning, not sure if anyone has used these before and found them reliable?

@Fueledwithfairydustandgin even if you are due on Wednesday, you could still be 9/10 DPO so I would try again on Wednesday when you know you should be due on if AF hasn’t arrived. Fingers crossed for you.

@ChattyMum86 could be implantation bleeding if it is a week before your period is due???? But if not, just keep your head held high and try again next month 🥰 that’s all we can do!

I never had implantation bleeding in my previous pregnancy so I'm not sure what to expect with that. There was a small amount of red but nowhere near the flow of my usual period so it may be a possibility.

Will try and wait another couple of days and test again. 🙏🏼 I hope you get that BFP soon!

@ChattyMum86 just to let you know, that was the test I used on Tuesday which came up with a faint line which turned out to be an evap (period came Thursday) x

Thank you for letting me know, as soon as I took it out the packet I didn't think they looked the best. I haven't been able to get my hands on frer but have no other symptoms now other than spotting so I'm pretty sure AF is also on its way 👎🏼

Sorry to hear that are you sure it’s your AF? Are you often early or maybe you ovulated earlier? Could it be just spotting ?
I am sure mine will be here soon. Just had a huge meltdown because my 14 year old ds is lazy and selfish all the stress amplified in lockdown not great for me. I hope you get your bfp next month @KSI88 xx

@KSI88 what?? Noooooo 😞 but so thought this would be your month!! I'm sorry lovely 😞 Yes to another TWW together though ☺️ my ovulation date is predicted to be between 6th-8th but will be tracking ov again to know for sure..

I can’t cope with all this waiting around, it’s driving me insane 😩😩😩😩

It’s so horrible, but at the same time don’t want to take that pregnancy test to see the BFN 💔
What pregnancy tests do people recommend?

@KSI88 I imagine you do 😞 I felt like that too but a few days on I feel a bit better. Hopefully you will too. Ahhh so we will be similar ovulation time/the same TWW again ☺️

How long have you both been trying to conceive? Just realised I don’t really know any background information about you both (and everyone else on here!) and would love to know more about your TTC journeys x

@nannon145 I was exactly the same but because I was starting to convince myself I had symptoms I decided to try and got a BFN. When is AF due for you?

@Fueledwithfairydustandgin My period is due on Wednesday so I’m thinking I may test tomorrow morning with FMU. I only have a pregnancy test from Sainsbury’s in the house though but it does say that it can detect 4 days before missed period

@Jaylou7 I'm usually around 25 days. Last month was 28 and today is now day 24 for me so really not far off. The bleeding is very dark and is becoming heavier so I do think it's AF.

I know what you mean about the stress being worse with lockdown. I've been a nightmare recently. My poor husband could run away I think and my 6yo daughter isn't helping much either with being lazy around the house. I'm constantly washing dishes and disinfecting everywhere 😁 Such a strange time for all of us but let's hope things will improve soon.

Hope AF doesn't arrive for you 🤞 but I'll be keeping an eye on the thread anyway x

Hi @Nannon145 😊 we've been TTC since October. I was on Cerazette since having my daughter in 2014. I actually had an early miscarriage late Feb/early March and we decided not to really try last month because of the virus. How long have you been TTC? Have everything crossed for you that you get your BFP this month x

This is only my 2nd month trying so very new to all of this. I really hope so, but if not, it’s not meant to be so I will keep trying 🥰
