Hi all,

Now in my TWW. We have been trying for DC #2 since October 19 and I had a chemical early March.

I usually use Clearblue Dig Ovulation tests but this month I just used cheapie OPK's.

Fingers and toes crossed 🤞🏻

Would love you hear all of your TTC stories.

K x

For all of you who have been pregnant before, what’s the earliest you’ve tested positive? I’m probably going to order some early response tests online so I don’t have to go to the pharmacy.. I’m due AF in a week and I’m thinking the tests may take a few days to arrive?
What do you guys think? 🙈

ChattyMum86 · 14/04/2020 13:43

Hi everyone, I'm new to the group so still getting to know all of the jargon, but I think I'm getting there. I 'think' I'm on my TWW but haven't actually been tracking my ovulation with a test. I've just estimated when I believe I usually ovulate based on when AF usually comes.
Hope this all makes sense and wishing you all the best of luck Smile

sakuramiyagi · 14/04/2020 14:00

Hi everyone. I'm 9DPO and this is our second month of actively TTC. I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks previously. Following that we stopped TTC. But since late last year, we felt the urge to try again.

I've been using OPKs and tracking my symptoms with the Ovia app. Previously when I fell pregnant I was taking my BBT, I'm considering starting this up again in conjunction with the OPKs.

I have a bad feeling that we will be getting another BPN this month as I'm getting the same symptoms I got last month when AF appeared early.

Elenor1010 · 14/04/2020 14:26

hey all, first month tracking ovulation but 4th cycle off the pill. New here so still getting used to the lingo.
I am 3dpo.
Fingers crossed for everyone 🤞

Optimistic36 · 14/04/2020 15:42

Hello everyone!

Me, first cycle seriously TTC, tracked ovulation and seemed to do it around the ‘right days’ (who actually knows when we ovulate!), so now just waiting. Currently 14 DPO and have no symptoms of AF or BFP whatsoever? Been testing with cheapies but all BFN so far!

Last month by pure chance we had sex around ovulation and had ALL the symptoms of pregnancy during the TWW but got AF... Minds really do play tricks!

Lots of love to everyone out there, we will manage!

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 14/04/2020 15:49

Hi, I’d love to join. I’m 1DPO only 2nd month of trying to conceive our 2nd. DS is 6. I hate the 2 week wait

GinIsTheOnlyTonic · 14/04/2020 16:25

Hello everyone can I join too! Been TTC number 2 since Sep 2015. I have stage 4 endo. First month of clomid this month and I got a positive OPK 2 days ago so I'm either 1 or 0 DPO. Happy to have some company on the dreaded TWW. Good luck everyone. Hope we get lots of BFPs to distract from the awful Covid news

lk123 · 14/04/2020 19:56

Yes I can see a bit of something - do again in morning with FMU if you have another test. Fingers crossed for you!

fiona2911 · 14/04/2020 22:03

Hi everyone,

I'm in the TWW as well, 3dpo and AF is due 26th. Trying for #1 currently.

Nice to know lots of others are going through this as well :-)

lk123 · 14/04/2020 22:11

I have plenty more lol! Will do one tomorrow morning and update xx

DontStandSoClose · 14/04/2020 22:30

Hi, I’m also on the first month of trying. I think I am around 13 days past ovulation, although I don’t use tests or take temperatures, I get obvious ovulation pains so I know around what day I ovulate. I’ve used a period tracker app for quite a few years after I came off the pill too. Just waiting to see if my period shows up on Friday.

MissAR · 14/04/2020 22:36

Hi everyone 👋🏻
Would like to join...haven't told anyone we are TTC and this feels lonely as my DP have no clue what I am talking about (he ask me all the time bless him but I know that as soon as I start talking about dpo and sticks, eggs and uterus, he is out )so I m very happy to find this website.
Currently 5dpo on cycle 5 of TTC our first.
No symptoms yet.Am I the only one who now thinks no symptoms it's a good sign?😅 used to be really sad when had no symptoms but after reading about others experiences with bfp and no symptoms at all, I have started to be optimistic. One can dream right?🥰
Fingers crossed for everyone!🤞🏻

MissAR · 14/04/2020 22:41

Hi @lk123 I think I can see something 🤞🏻good luck

DontStandSoClose · 14/04/2020 23:57

@MissAR I’ve never had any symptoms at all until 6/7 weeks pregnant, I know some people think they have pregnancy symptoms the day after they’ve had sex but I think a lot of the symptom stuff is very much psychosomatic in many cases. So I wouldn’t go off not feeling anything as a sign you aren’t pregnant.

AutumnJ0y · 15/04/2020 00:05

Hi Ladies 🙋🏻‍♀️ can I join?

I'm 33 and on cycle 4 of TTC #1. Although cycle 1 and 2 were really relaxed and i didn't really realise how much planning is needed for TTC. I always (wrongly) assumed it was as easy as unprotected sex! I have now become somewhat become obsessed!

I'm due to ovulate tomorrow and then I start the dreaded TWW. I'm new to Mumsnet too, have been peaking and decided to post today.

I completely understand what you mean @MissAR, we haven't told anyone we are trying either, I have no friends with babies or anyone currently pregnant so i get that it can be a lonely journey.

Fx for everyone!

onedream · 15/04/2020 07:47

Hello everyone x
I'm 4 dpo TTC #3
I have little boy who is 4, after him I had mc at 8 weeks and after that and 11 months of trying we conceived my rainbow baby who just turned 1 last week..would love one more baby to complete our family but if it doesn't happen I am happy with what I have..(I'm 37 next month)

I have ovulated early this cycle and due AF on 28th I think..

Fingers crossed everyone x

Loves2Read · 15/04/2020 08:10

Hi everyone
I’ve just joined mumsnet and this thread is just what I’m looking for. Hope it’s ok to join you 😊.
We’ve been ttc since January 2020. AF was due yesterday and no sign but I’m going to wait until tomorrow maybe before testing. I’ve had cramping the past week and felt a little more tired but I’m trying not to read to much into things. Looking forward to hearing how everyone gets on this month 💙

Olivia2020 · 15/04/2020 08:21

How is everyone? Any symptoms? The past few days my nipples have really hurt (I just assumed it was to do with post ovulation) but today I've woken up and they are sooo painful. Has anyone ever had this and got a BFP? I'm 5DPO so still really early days!

Loves2Read · 15/04/2020 08:28

Morning! I’ve had cramping, sore breasts too and I’ve felt like that since about 4DPO. I’ve read so much and everything I’ve read says that PMS/ early pregnancy symptoms are practically identical so it’s really hard to tell which is annoying 🙄. Fingers crossed for everyone 💙

Nat4392 · 15/04/2020 08:51

Morning 😊 currently 7DPO I’ve had realllly sore boobs for like 5 days now which are gradually getting worse. I also had some mild cramping yesterday evening. It’s so annoying that PMS and pregnancy symptoms are so similar!! 😭

Olivia2020 · 15/04/2020 09:09

I know it's so annoying! 😩I definitely didn't notice my PMS symptoms as much/ as early as I do now during TTC!

KSI88 · 15/04/2020 11:45

Hi ladies, how is everyone doing?

I'm only 3dpo I think but I have sore nipples this morning. Not sure if it's from when DH and I were DTD though 🙈

Also have a bit of a headache and just feeling generally tired.

@lk123 Did you manage to take another test this morning?
