I've created us all another thread as we filled the last one!

@mommybear05 I had no idea how long I'd feed for. I never thought I'm definitely going to bf, once he was born though, all I wanted was to get bf right. Every time he woke in the hospital i buzzed for the midwives to check we had got the latch right.

He's already asked more today than he did yesterday and has been difficult to distract!

@mommybear05 yeahh so excited . Think she will deffo help us through these tough times.adding to our family . Shes a pomsky (pomeranian/ husky cross breed ) I'll attach a pic :) I work from home 3 days a week even without lockdown , obvs full time at the mo. So I'll be home with her a lot.
Sounds like a good distraction. Just wish I had the puppy and the house to distract me right now rather than having to wait much longer 🙄🤣 xx

CD18 today and still no ovulation. Had a bit of EWCM yesterday and today, but no positive OPKs. Getting fed up of my rubbish cycles. How can I possibly get pregnant when I'm ovulating so late in my cycle?

@Renna I have a husky they are great I so want a Pomsky too need to talk OH into getting me one though

@Ejb86 Which OPK’s do you use? I just got my peak today after 6 days of flashing smilies! Had the same with EWCM too, only a tiny tiny bit until yesterday and today, but even then it’s less than usual. Only caught the peak today from holding a wee for 4 hours and testing at 2pm too.

Also I’m sure I saw someone on here or another thread, who got their peak on CD20 and got pregnant that cycle, so it obviously can happen! Don’t lose hope lovey ❤️

@Donnat89 oh wow shes beautiful!! We love huskys too but I've never had a dog before and OH had a couple when he was a child in family home so thought wed go for a smaller dog. Alaskan klee kais are beautiful too and nearly an option for us , they look like smaller huskys too. Xx

@Ejb86 sorry to hear its frustrating hun xx sorry remind me is this your first cycle since MC ? Maybe things still leveling out ? Did you use opks before MC successfully? Maybe your levels are quite low not picked up in tests. But getting the EWCM sounds like a good sign ? Its frustrating when you just feel like you dont know what your body is doing I felt like that last month xxx

@Hayleylou89 nothing really . I am feeling really lethargic despite getting enough sleep etc but could be cabin fever being stuck in all the time. Have been for a nice walk today though. Do get the odd niggly pain but nothing other than that 🤷‍♀️ but I dont recall getting many symptoms last time either so it's hard to tell . Even once I got my BFP didnt get symptoms for a couple weeks like the sickness etc xxx

@TerribleImagination I use the easy@home ones. I'd love to think I might get pregnant but the LP is just so short!!

@Renna I gave birth to my girls on 27th September, first AF arrived 27th October. Started trying at Christmas, this is cycle 5 of trying. Didn't OPK before twins as got pregnant first cycle trying and only having sex once that month. When I had my son we conceived 2nd cycle, again only dtd once. Had started tempting but not really long enough to know what was going on. I did get a peak last cycle but it was on cd17. I think it'll probably peak today, but it's such a long wait to ovulate! Then a really short TWW, not really long enough to sustain a pregnancy.

@ejb86 wow on a positive you have conceived quickly in the past . But if you've got peak cd17 before and peak now sounds like that may be your usual and might be where you have peaked when conceiving twice before and you just didnt know it as you werent tracking. 🤞😘 or you could look into lengetheing cycle if worried . I've seen some things can do this I've read reviews of conceive plus tablets saying they lengthen peoples cycles xx hope you get your peak today can chill and enjoy DTD xxx

@Renna omg what an adorable puppy!! Definitely a great distraction when she comes!! I’ve been niggly too - not like cramps but it sort of feels a bit tight and some discomfort every so often! Who knows - I have until next week, last time I waited until a week after AF was due, but I’m a teacher so my head told me I need to say as soon as I know so that I can be taken off the rota (whilst I want to be safe I also don’t want everyone knowing so early on - but we’re a small team and me going off the rota is going to get everyone talking for sure!!) I’m due AF by mid next week - so was thinking of waiting until Sunday? That would make me a few days over my regular cycle just to be sure?

@Donnat89 gorgeous husky! My sister wanted a husky but I also have house rabbits and we were all loving at home at the time - the breeder said we probably shouldn’t have a husky with the rabbits, so my sister got a collie who spends half his day staring at my poor boy! Thank goodness we can move soon and my bunny can run around again properly!

@bellabubble aw cute haha . Yeah that's tough if you went off the rota right now and but not wanting people to know. I'd be the same xx being safe is the priority though 🌈💙 we may end up testing around the same time then :) I'm due AF on Sunday so I may test Sunday if no sign or try hold out until Monday if no sign xx yeah my niggly pains are similar I think but also worried I'm looking into it too much .. xx

Interesting health tip on my app today 💙💞🌈 something we probably all struggle believing some times . Probably the hardest thing about it all xx

@Bellabubble @Renna thanks for your stories about your first AF this makes sense it has felt much lighter than normal already, I normally have one heavy day and then a couple of lighter days but nothing like that today.

I'm just focusing on next cycle now... DP has got a bee in his bonnet about it now and has ordered himself some vitamins and the conceive plus (we'll just alternate with the preseed I already have). He has also been reading up on SMEP and dates work with his shift pattern so that's good.

Good luck to both of you for testing next week, hoping AF stays away, also thanks for the doggy pics today 😍

@SmileyT yeah I mean I was quite happy having a lighter AF until realising after reading what people say on here what it means about a thin lining . Hopefully after having first Af it goes back to normal so have a thicker lining now 🤞 aw thats good of him he sounds like a sweety getting involved. Mine would get involved but hed forget haha so I Just sort it 🤣 love it when it works out like that haha our peak this month fell on easter bank hol long weekend so I was like perfect both off work and if we arent lucky this cycle my next peak is first may bank hol again lol 👌 obvs hopefully wont be needing that but deffo a possibility! Thank you ! Will keep you posted even though few of you on new thread now 🌈😘 may end up joining you all but fingers crossed 🤞🤞🌈 hope this cycle is perfect for youu xx

@Renna ... this week will hopefully fly for u and you will know either way soon if its a bfp ... I feel more confident in u than me as u cracked ur fertile window and i went all off track with it all 🙈😂 but still no AF yet so still not out. X

@Renna I may have spoke to soon, AF was pretty heavy overnight - enough to go through a super tampon and nearly fill a pad in 5hrs (sorry TMI) - which is much more like what my first day is normally like so I guess I'm back to 'normal' Kinda liked the idea that my lining was thin and that was the only thing holding us back though.

And yeah DP does try bless him, think he has seen it's stressed me out this month so wants to take some of that burden (in between shed building and bbqing )

In the nicest possible way I don't want you joining the May group... I've got a good feeling for you this month. You, pup, OH and bump will be all settled in your new home by the end of this year looking forward to a fab 2021 ❤️

@SmileyT Sorry to hear AF got u :( xx Im usually cd 35-38 cycles and im cd 35 today and no AF first thing this morning but bfn on IC today ... still only 10dpo but not feeling positive about a bfp this cycle tbf so may be joining on the May Bus if she shows any day soon 😘 xx

Yes my flow was quite heavy too but lasted for five days and then stopped. It seemed to come on quickly and stop quickly for some reason x

@Hayleylou89 morning Hayley sorry about the bfn this morning but with my last pg I didn’t get my positive for quite a while so you never know it maybe possible you ovulated later??? Keep us updated what are u up to today? Xxx

@Hayleylou89 sorry about your BFN this morning 😔 IC are not as sensitive as the FRER are they. Hopefully you don't get AF and can test again in a few days. Xx

@Hayleylou89 🤞 hopefully will.. got lots of work still to get on with 😴 . Aw I do feel like we did everything right this cycle but then means nothing and is often when you're not lucky and you're like I couldnt have done anything more !? Lol maybe other than having the odd alcoholic beverage here and there but I needed it for my sanity... 🤣 I'm hopeful for you still babe you've had some good positive signs 🤞 and af is technically late based on your shorter lengthed cycles. Have you held off doing cheapie tests or you still been doing them? Xx

@SmileyT if that's normal for you though that's also a good thing as means you're back to normal and that's such a reassuring sign in a way for you going forward. My light AF just makes me think oh it was light in first AF means a thin lining is it gonna still be thin now 🙄 ..
Very sweet of your OH. My DH is the stress head and I'm the calm one.. (/inward stress head sometimes) haha so I try not burden him too much dont want him stressing and affecting those swimmers 🤣 he does other things for me like yday he was giving me a pedicure and gel nails on my toes!! He MUST be bored in lock down haha x
Aw that's so lovely of you to say 🌈😘😁 ... that would be the dream !! I feel like with the odds some one should be getting a BFP in this thread. Even if I was lucky enough to not need to go in the next thread I'd deffo be checking in on others getting their bfps. End up really rooting for each other dont you. 🌈💙 when will you be due to ovulate then some time the end of next week ? Xx

I think I I've actually started to nail tracking my temp... and seeing a bit of a pattern and I think if my temp drops towards end of this week I'll know AF is coming as it's still high at the mo . Xx

And we have a positive OPK! Whoop whoop! CD19. TWW here we come

DH couldn't finish last night, we'll try again tonight and will have dtd every other night through the fertile window.

So since Jan 2019 which is when i stated using natural cycles to avoid pregnancy as i was getting married but wanted to get the depo injection out my system for after we were married and to start trying so in no order as each month was different i had

1 x 32 day cycle
2 x 35 day cycles
3 x 38 day cycles

My maths skills are terrible but Iv was thinking i only have about 9 chances a year to get pregnant compared to someone who has an average 28 day cycle and has a chance each month 🙈 because if my cycles are the longer 38 day length i lose 10 days a cycle to be able conceive. 👎 x x
