Thought I would start the May bus as looks like not been successful this month.

Cycle 2

Sorry @localbunny not been on since afternoon!

In theory on cycle 8 but not continuous, we TTC last year from about may to Dec then we actually had an IVF transfer of a frozen embryo we have stored from previous IVF embryo creation 4 years ago due to me being on chemotherapy for 8 years. May last year I stopped my chemo so it’s the first time (ever with my DH) I’ve Been allowed to be off contraception. When we did the first round of embryo creation my best friend was our surrogate for us & our IVF to her worked so we have a DS but we’ve never naturally TTC other than last year & now, my IVF in January/Feb resulted in a miscarriage in lockdown in March 😥so this is cycle one after that really, whilst clinics are shut we might as well see what my body can do but I don’t hold up much hope as the clinics have told me my fertility isn’t great but I’m willing to give it a shot! A nutritionalist you say! You can tell us what to eat 😂& what not to!

I tried to find my cervix the other day & failed so might have another try now!

@Newbie0818 my body is all over the place too I think they just need time to sort themselves out

@MrsLBear it's such a great question! But no, my husband did it as he keeps 2 doves as pets in the garden (I love watching them fly around the village)😊

People. I am now 5 or 6 dpo. And my boobs hurt again and I have clear discharge from my nips. I wonder if I always had it?

And I don't know how you all can check your cervix. Just reading about it made me dizzy and squmish 🤢
Also, surely there is a risk of infection whilst sticking your fingers up there? No? Just be careful, ladies.

BFN on cheapie strip test this morning

Another temp rise on the chart today though, but admittedly didn’t have the best nights sleep so not reading too much into it today.

Guess I’ll wait to see if AF shows up, and if not here by Monday maybe test again? I do have a FRER but don’t want to waste it when today’s cheapie could not have been more stark white.

@Adrianoska it’s so hard trying to work out what’s normal for you right now and if something is new isn’t it? The discharge sounds promising though 🤞

@MoonW def wait on that FRER, everything crossed, how many days dpo are you? I don’t know much about the temping, I’m just trying to start with that but my sleep isn’t good enough really to do it reliably

@Adrianoska I was worried about infection risk too so now that I actually know what I'm feeling for I'm not going to check cervix position very often!

@Minster2012 sorry about your MC :( I really have my fingers crossed for you!

@Adrianoska I’ve not heard about discharge from nipples, could be a sign?
@Ltay2 I wouldn’t worry about infection with checking cervix as long as you have short nails and wash your hands thoroughly beforehand ☺️

@Minster2012 how many dpo are you? Hope it's just too early for you to get a positive.

@Ltay2 yes wash hands first! I think cervix is meant to go low with AF approaching but stay high if you are pregnant. But also read it doesn't go high again until at least 16dpo. So I try not to check in the TWW!

@Newbie0818 how long until you reach your longest cycle length? And how long are you off the pill? Took 6 months for my cycles to regulate.

@Minster2012 Thank you, I’m 12dpo today. Definitely harder to work out when sleeping is a bit all over the place isn’t it? How are you feeling today?

My opk tests were really faint this morning. Going to try and not wee again till mid afternoon and try again as seems a bit odd

@Skyla01 @Newbie0818 Thank you! I always wash hands first so hopefully will be ok. I'll try to check every other day just to minimise risk.

@Minster2012 so sorry to hear about your MC, definitely understand why you're giving it a shot during clinic closure. Sending lots of baby dust to you!

Morning guys! How’s everyone getting on? Still spotting and cramping today so expecting af either later today/tomorrow! 👎

@RobinRose Good morning! I am feeling happier and more positive today. Had such an emotional day yesterday don't know why! I am now 6DPO so just a waiting game until the earliest point I can test, which with the tests I have would be Tuesday.

Woke up to a solid smiley face! Told DH to gear up for 3 days at least

@Minster2012 I have everything crossed for you. Sounds like one hell of a journey and you are so positive 💪🏽Your best friend was your surrogate-that is incredible!

I think feeling for your cervix is fine if you have clean fingers (a lot worse goes up there) I just don’t know how useful it is?

@localbunny thank you, it’s great to be at a similar stage to someone & have such lovely ladies around, even if it doesn’t work though because my cycles are no where near regular yet I’ve no idea what my body will do but all fun & games! Time is just going soooooo slowly! & I remember the two TWW from before & they were horrendous so 😬😬

@Dixie17 get on it! Or him 😂that’s great! I don’t think I’m going to tell my DH when it is though I’ve said “btw my supposedly fertile window is from this weekend so that’s good” so we are having a 3 day break off DTD currently! That will be the only break mind as that’s only CD8 😂

@Ltay2 are you working or at home? Being at home currently if no DC the TWW gosh would drag I can imagine

@Minster2012 Yes I am working at home this is now my 5th week of being confined to my makeshift dining table desk, and my OH is out of the house 8am-9pm Tues-Sat working long days in what is at the moment an extremely stressful environment, so just me and the cats all on our own! I am getting sick of it now, the 45 minute commute to my office with actual people inside (after lockdown) is now looking like a dream 😂

Oh god yeah I totally understand @Ltay2 I’m on shielding, well High isolation or I should be shielding from DS & hubby in theory so not left house in 7 weeks due to MC & I’m like “I would love to a shop” 😂choose my own food I can totally imagine it’s soul destroying. I just have to do bits of work on my phone where I can (usually in a field behind our house with dogs & child running round) & see no one.

@Minster2012 your approach is definitely better 😂 I think for now my DH is happy with the plan but I’m sure he’ll soon tell me he’s not a performing monkey

@Skyla01 I’ll have reached my longest cycle length on Saturday (cd46). I had a dream I got a BFP last night 😭 I came off the pill in August, so 8 months now?

@Newbie0818 Me! Trying for my first, my partner had a vasectomy reversal so we could try (he has children from previous relationship) so we have that added stress in the mix! And thank you! I think I’m definitely out but will wait and see, if not into another month!

@Newbie0818 goodness CD46 that must be stressful in itself! I have no idea how long my cycles are. So I might be the same!

I’ve not been pregnant before, well, I was for a short time in Feb/March. In my nearly 36 years of life since I was 17 when I went on deprovera I’ve now only ever had 3 periods. So there you go! I’m very weird & totally faulty!!
