Hi Gilly, my DH had one of those 'the spirit is willing but the body is weak' moments this month too. As much as they'd deny it, I think intensive bding does bring to light that they are not as prolific as they would like to think.

My last pg was also a one time deal (it was a surprise pregnancy). Unfortunately it also ended in a mc, but if it wasn't for that I don't think we would have ever realised how much we wanted another child, and we wouldn't be trying now.

So lonely in here at the moment! I can only assume you are all out on the town having a fabulous time and dressed in something that screams 'look at me, I'm gorgeous'.

Ready · 29/09/2007 23:25

Hey!!! I am back online chicks!! I must go and catch up on the rest of this thread, but I wanted to say hello first. How on earth are you all??

CD3 here. Pretty peeved, but a glass of rose always sugars the pill

Hiya Ready
Guess it didn't take you long to catch up on here! Where is everyone??

OP posts:
Ready · 30/09/2007 13:04

YES!! Where IS everyone?? I splashed out on a shiny laptop so that I wouldn't miss out on too much virutal window shopping and everyone has done a runner

nomoremagnolia · 30/09/2007 15:26

I've just been out for sunday lunch with my godson & his M&D and now I'm babysitting whilst his Mum has a nap and his Dad & DH go shopping for a new bike

OP posts:
Ready · 30/09/2007 16:57

Babysitting!!
We have just had a family lunch, couple of glasses of Rose, and I have snuck upstairs to check out MN

Where are you all?????

nomoremagnolia · 30/09/2007 17:04

Back on the booze are we Ready?? I had 2 glasses of wine with lunch too DH & godson's Dad are back home now and are both asleep. They're so old. I got to try and get GS to sleep (no joy) and then to sterilise, make up and give him a bottle to try and get him to sleep. I'm learning lots of Mums skills, it's good practice!!!!

OP posts:
Ready · 30/09/2007 17:32

Learning new skills!! Very impressive. I am petrified about that side of having a baby!!!

I am most definitely back in the plonk

fifilou · 30/09/2007 17:36

Ouch. fifilou - sounds like you are really going through it, no wonder you said you wouldn't be ttc straight away. I hope that you are feeling better real soon. All the best. I hope the op was a success.

toomuchtimeonline · 01/10/2007 16:21

Hello all.. sorry for not being around for a while.. I've been quite down recently and didn't want to drag the thread down but don't feel I can quite justify myself in the hut..

toomuchtimeonline · 01/10/2007 16:55

... I keep putting off properly posting as I haven't got time to back track to the beginning of September and catch up properly - so I've decided to say bollo*ks to it - I'm sorry if I've missed out any big news.. I'm sure I'll catch up - can I just join back in now..? IT will mean I can start posting again rather than lurking...

toomuchtimeonline · 01/10/2007 16:59

Ok - well where am I then..

I think I'm CD1 today/ maybe tomorrow... I got quite depressed about the whole thing last month and decided to give in trying. I know it has only been a few months but the constant thinking about it was starting to get me down.. Anybody else think about giving up?

toomuchtimeonline · 01/10/2007 17:48

well of out tonight so since noone is around - maybe I'll catch you all tomorrow..

nomoremagnolia · 01/10/2007 18:26

toomuchtimeonline · 02/10/2007 11:03

toomuchtimeonline · 02/10/2007 11:04

nomoremagnolia · 02/10/2007 11:31

It wasn't me with an ear infection fifi had an ear operation!

OP posts:
toomuchtimeonline · 02/10/2007 11:42

Sorry .. I mis-read your message as I'm here but have an ear infection.. rather than offering me an ear to bend..

God I'm rubbish!
