(((hugs))) Tania; fingers crossed for you.

Twiga · 20/10/2004 08:26

Tania, I'm gonna test either friday morning or sunday morning (I'm sleeping in at work fri/sat) - would like to know either way before picking my neice up on Sunday. That is unless af puts in an appearance before then, still not sure, feeling pretty normal in terms of everything for me, but then i didn't realise the last time until test came up positive, so...........

jeddah · 20/10/2004 08:35

hi girls a quick chat before we make our way to the airport, for barcelona

Crazylegs where are you going on hols??????? and when do you come back

Tania2.........theres still a chance honey.....you are still early! hang on in there.

Well I feel fine today bloatedness has gone.....don't feel like I am going to get af......so I am not to sure what is happening.

We are back sat night, I will be testing sun am......good luck to everyone!

Hulababy · 20/10/2004 08:38

Have a great holiday

I am going away for a week on Saturday morning too; looking forward to it lots. Trouble is it looks like I will be aay for the majoirty of testing - from reading this anyway. Fingers crossed for everyone. I hope to see loads of BFPs when I am back.

No sign of OV yet - CD14. It was CD18 last month.

LipstickMum · 20/10/2004 08:54

MommyD sorry about af, I was sure you would be one of the lucky ones this month from what you were saying lots of babydust for the next month ~~~~~

Jeddah your dh's theory is interesting, about the bd-ing. Because that's exactly what we had been doing! I roughly knew that I ov'd early in my cycle and we would just begin bd'ing after af stopped until around cd22-23. As a GP he recommends regular sex and I don't think holds much belief in temperature charts sorry girls. Anyway, it worked for us, but if it hadn't this month I was gonna go in all guns balzing, opk's an all!!!

~~~~~~~ to all those waiting and testing
Have a fab time Jeddah, hope af doesn't come!!
runtus · 20/10/2004 09:30
Sorry Tania - meant to be here ealry but go stuck on the bloody train! Sad news about bfn but don't lose hope yet, there is still a chance this month.......
How did the appointment go S/heart??
golds · 20/10/2004 09:30
Wow I don't come on for hours and there loads to catch up on.
CD30 for me and I think (due to pain only) that I OV on CD14. Feeling a bit rubbish today, can't decide whether its AF feelings or PG.
Last week I had a mad craving for Pate (I know, the wrong thing to have a craving for) I couldn't get enough of it, there was some in the fridge yesterday, so I had some, it made me heave, I can't even look at pate now !!!! I think I'm reading too much into this.
Well if AF doesn't turn up today then she is officially late, I can be anything from 28-30 days normally. Cross you fingers everyone
Bagpuss30 · 20/10/2004 09:37
He he Golds, mine is Jelly Tots but I can't think whether it might be a pg symptom or maybe the fact that I had forgotten how nice they were after buying a variety pack of sweets for ds to take in to nursery on his birthday - they really remind me of my childhood .
Hello to everyone else, will pop back later as I need to go and get dressed while the children are occupied and quiet!
LipstickMum · 20/10/2004 09:42
Golds, keeping my fingers crossed for you, are you going to test if af is late?
I am busy all day today and wont get back to the computer until late afternoon, what I wouldnt give for a days MN-ing without any mummy duties
Gosh knows how long the thread will be by then!!!
~~~~~~~~*

golds · 20/10/2004 09:45

Well I don't know really, I think I will wait until Saturday.

I just have this bad feeling it will turn up today, my stomach feels achy. I keep wanting the loo and don't want to go just incase I find something I don't want to see. Will keep you posted.

Yep golds, just waiting for it to happen - CD30 here, late by a day.

Katzguk, if any of us are pg now, we should just make it onto the end of the due in June thread - how exciting! How is everyone doing on your thread, not too much ms i hope?!

Keeping myself properly occupied with lots of house work and ironing........

Twiga · 20/10/2004 10:35

Jeddah it's a pain having to wait isn't it, wish there was a way to just know one way or other. Have a great time in Barcelona and hope af doesn't arrive - look fwd to hearing all about it on Sun/Mon x

binatracy · 20/10/2004 11:03

hi tania2 & minnie1
bout week before af due i had really low down stomach cramps every day(felt like af arriving at any time)i also had backache,boobs bit sore,other then that no other symptoms! i did first test day before af expected and it was negative,did another day after and positive! loads and loads of goodluck to all testing and really sorry to all with af xxx

Tania2 · 20/10/2004 11:58

Back from shopping all packed away and just scoffed a cookies and cream icecream YUM! Why on earth i agreed to take the boys with me ds ran a muck running around the store and putting stuff in the trolley and dh kept adding more and more junk in too just add another $50 to the bill.
Thanks Binatracy you have given me hope.
no more spotting since lunch and dh confirmed that boobs are hubba hubba!!! they are very full and up there and my left one wont stay in my bra keeps popping out to say LOOK AT ME!!!. if iam not pg i would like them to stay this way
Twiga wow your strong i cant believe you havent tested yet why are you waiting till the w/end if you are already late???

LipstickMum · 20/10/2004 12:04

Oooooooh Twiga fingers crossed for you af stays late abnd you have a BFP

Twiga · 20/10/2004 12:13

Tania, last time and only time I've been pg I got a negative the day I was late then a positive four days after that so am gonna wait, that way I'll know the result is accurate - if no af by fri/sun but a bfn I'll know my hormones are still up the spout from mc.

LipstickMum · 20/10/2004 12:16

This weekend is going to be ROCKING with results and hopefully celebrations!!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~
Tania2 · 20/10/2004 13:18
Twiga i was the same when pg with ds cant remember when i had done the first test as my af's were all over the place then got a -ive thought nothing of it as we were not really ttc. Dont know how far i was when i started to feel tired just remember dh going out one w/end and i just wanted to stay home and sleep (so not like me) still didnt think anything of it. Then the headaches and feeling sick. When i was 7 weeks pg i was sick in the middle of the night and went to dr's the next morning thinking i had a tummy bug didnt even cross my mind that i would have been pg. I was getting craps af was bound to come.....that was the biggest supprise of my life!!! So with all that you'd think i would have been stronger and not tested yet!
sweetheart · 20/10/2004 13:19
Afternoon ladies!!!
Sorry to here about those BFN's and af's arriving.
Runtus, my appointment went OK. I had an internal examination and some swabs taken (which is routine apparently)
She felt my stomach before doing it and then proceeded which in ignorance I assume to mean that she was checking if i'm pregnant and i'm not!!! ( i already knew that anyway really though)
I have to have 3 lots of blood test to check my hormone levels because she doesn't think that I am ovulating some months. I also have to go and be injected with dye and have an ultrasound done to ensure there aren't any blockages anywhere.
Only trouble is I have to wait (again) for all these thest to be done. The blood ones will be done on days 1, 21 and 28 or my next cycle and the scan should be done before day 10 of my cycle but I have been warned that it might take another 3 bloody months to get an appointment!!!
If they find i'm not ovulating correctly they are going to give me Clomid to help.
Still the best bit was when they gave dh a jar to uhhhemmmmm..... whispers - deposit a specimin!!!!!!
It's about time he was treated as a guinea pig aswell!!!!!!!!!
Tania2 · 20/10/2004 13:19
Hay where is everyone today?????
SHELY · 20/10/2004 13:21
got my hysteroscalpogram test in an hour and 1/2 and iam getting scared now. i heard it really hurts, but i also heard there is a greater chance of conception sometimes, afterwards, so iam hoping on that. anyone else gone through this? also, i started using my clear plan monitor about a week ago, does anybody use one of these, with any good results? thanks guys, i guess iam just kind of a baby about the tests, though i do want them done, whatever it takes, i think i just read too much. hugs and baby dust to all!!!
