A thread for anyone who’s 11dpo. Mine was a bfn today so kind of counting myself out, anyone else either bfn or bfp? X

I'm so Confused . OH isn't convinced and wants to do a digital but I'm thinking of it is this faint it's too early ?

I can see a faint line Donna. I would say do one first thing tomorrow morning and it will be stronger hopefully. I was THIS close to testing this morn but I chickened out.

I can see it now, on the pic that sparkle edited. I reckon you’re pregnant and the line will be darker tomorrow. A digital might give you a negative today as they are less sensitive so don’t do one today as you might be disappointed! waiting is so hard. Xx

Feeling a bit gutted OH decided to dip the other unused one in water , waited 5 minutes and same line has appeared ?

Didn't appear straight away like the one I actually did do though .

So been to chemist to get another clear and simple one pharmacy reckons they are good and are pink dye and can be used 4 days before AF

So I'm feeling deflated . I know what I saw and it came up straight away albeit faint the one dipped in water took 5 mins

@Donnat89 that’s sucks, but you’re not out yet. Test tomorrow morning.
When is AF due for you?

I'm gutted what are the odd of this happening ?

Oh you’re not due til Wednesday! That’s great, don’t worry! You’re just testing too early I reckon. don’t forget when these early detection tests say they can detect pregnancy 4 days before af it’s only in like 50% of women. It’s not guaranteed.

@Chichi2020 yes perhaps . I had convinced myself I wasn't anyway .

Any other time I've done an early test and got BFN it's been correct so this today has thrown me .

I'm just gonna wait and keep everything crossed !!

11dpo today !! 12 tomorrow . Will hold out if I can until Tuesday !

So today has been a roller coaster of emotions for me .

I'm not really sure how I feel .

Of course I want to believe that the FRER was correct especially the last one as the line although faint came up instantly

Water test was left over 5 mins and was blank at 3 mins .

I've done some googling FRER Detects 6.3 miu my others tests are all 20miu so really not sensitive at all which would explain BFN results

Of course TTC I want to believe FRER was right but I don't want to get excited about something that might not happen

Will have a very anxious wait over the weekend !

What I will say is I won't rule out a BFP until AF shows

Still got a backache today too but hasn't got worse just a dull ache as it has been all week so could be AF on its way , skin isn't looking by great either so who knows !

@Donnat89 honestly I think you’re pregnant! I’ve had frers have ghost line but they never last more than a couple minutes and have no colour. Stop stressing if you can, tell OH you’re going to test Monday maybe with a frer as hcg doubles by then. Monday you should have a solid answer but if I were you I’d be getting excited I think!

I feel really emotional right now as I don't know how to feel . I don't want to get to over excited .

I've had a nice hot bath so feel a bit more relaxed now ....... looking forward to going to dinner I'm not gonna risk drinking just in case which will raise a lot of eyebrows I'm sure .

@Sparkle2020 I have done 3 , was going to do a 4th until OH dipped it in water ..... so annoyed 😑

Oh no does sound like AF is coming I sort of wish mine would come so I knew then, I hate the not knowing . I'm no clearer today than I was yesterday feels like the days have all rolled into one !

I'm on CD 21 but think I ov early based on feelings rather than tests but previous tests show I do ov early.

So did a boots test at what i thunk was 7DPO and was bfn but a very very faint line came up some hours later when I checked. So used another boots test at 9DPO and got the same very very faint line but this time in the time frame. Still not strong enough to be sure

Then I get some discharge with small streaks of blood when wiping, followed by a small amount of brown discharge .... could this be implantation or perhaps start of AF? I have been know to have a short cycle of 24-25 days.

So I did a first response and it's BFN on 10dpo ..... no line like the boots ones and this is a much more sensitive test so no idea what's going on. I had another look today and maybe the very faintest of shadow at the bottom where the line would be but only what a crazy person would make anything of.

Just wondering what to do - have one more first response left but don't want to waste money
And use it too early. Arrrghhh

@Sparkle2020 I'm holding until I can't anymore . I am needing to wee a lot today and even though I haven't done anymore tests and I'm not drinking loads I'm still
Needing to go .

I'm gonna try hold out until Tuesday rather than Monday by then if AF is coming i will start getting the usual tummy cramps .

@Namechanger0800 I would wait until Monday / Tuesday . Earliest if your only CD21

My cycles like your can be as short at 26 but never more than 29 on average my cycles are 27 days according to FLO

I would disregard the boots tests that you checked outside the waiting time .

FRER I would say usually pretty good but as you can see from the day I've had I'm not sure anymore

My AF is due Wednesday so I am going to wait until Tuesday to test as that should by then give me a pretty accurate result if it's a BFN which I've decided to expect then il just wait for AF as maybe she will just decide to be late this month !! Xxxx

Have you both used answer tests before? They’re £2.99 from savers and literally are just first responses. Like open them you will be shocked cause it literally is just a first response. Might help you both!

AF just arrived. Fuck sake :(

@Sparkle2020 no I've never tried them but have heard of them if I can will see if I can get into town tomorrow to grab one

Defo worth getting one, I hate to think how much I’ve spent on frers over the month and they were there the whole time!

So sorry sparkle - at least u can move on to your next cycle now though and start afresh.

I was just coming back to say now have a bit of pink discharge which prob means af on way as it def starts this way and is most probably a super short cycle for me this time.

Will try savers in the future but Im not testing this early again - the slight line I had on 2nd test really got my hopes up but looking at the reviews onboots website there's loads of recent reviews saying people got false positives with these tests. Even one where they dipped in water and a faint line came up.
