I stopped the pill in October, I know it takes time but really wanting a positive soon! Just need to be super patient 🤭🙂🙂🙂

Stopped the pill a month ago

Me and my husband are currently trying for baby no 1, stoppid taking the pill (rigevidon) end of Sept had my withdrawal bleed but nothing since, on day 103 but had some spotting today.

How you feeling @rmusic12? What pill were you taking? It's been a tough few months as symptoms of coming off the pill are so similar to pms & pregnancy but hopefully we will all have good news soon! Xx

@francis05 I know my body was all over the place I just was taking tests as it was so similar!

I was on the same pill, though I haven't taken a period but doctor said it just depends on your body and how it reacts!

My partner and I have been using conceive plus, it's meant to be good from the million reviews I've read lol!

I had some spotting over my fertile window I'm hoping that's positive.... we shall see!!!

Hi 😊 my husband and I are trying for #1. Currently CD7 of cycle 2 actively ttc, although in Oct and Nov we weren't being particularly careful. Had a CP in Oct (2 faint early positives followed by negatives) and have had nothing since. Trying SMEP this month and tracking BBT, and also doing dry Jan to see if that helps.

Yes! First time TTC. Been properly trying for 3 cycles now. Had coil removed in August.

Was very optimistic about my last cycle as DTD 10 times in the 12 days before, during and after ovulation and AF was 2 days late.... but then woke up this morning and there she was, in all her glory. Fingers crossed for next month!! Finding it lonely and starting to get obsessed (despite my best efforts not to!)

@Maisie17 I'm the same (with it being lonely and getting obsessed!) - 2nd cycle TTC#1 and nearing end of TWW but don't think it's happened this time ...

These boards have been great at understanding what the hell is going on - there's so much more to think about than I realised!

Ive not had a period since coming off the pill and hearing you say you spotted during your fertile window aed having read lots about it today has made me positive as had a bit today along with some mild cramps... Who knows!

Totally get the lonely aspect, feel like so many people around me are announcing pregnancy's its hard not to feel jealous... Our time will come though.

Ive just started taking the seven seas trying for a baby tablets & also angus castus (although mixed reviews in this) xx

Mee also stopped pill October and ttc 1st baby, I've been obsessed with it all, I feel very impatient! But Im sure it will happen soon :) My ovia app predicted ovulation the end of last week and I had some pains one side pelvis and lots of ewcm (sorry for tmi) I am in the '2 week wait' now ahhh!

As for loneliness... omg it's horrible!

I don't have anyone because we want it to be a surprise when it happens so don't really have anyone I can turn to. So this app is brilliant tho still learning how to work it! Lol

My husband and I got married late Nov and I’ve been off the mini pill since the beginning of last year. Using contraceptives until now. We have DTD a couple of times with no protection in December and I’m a day late on my period today but BFN! We will actively try once I get my AF in Jan! So excited

Stopped the pill in August and didn’t have a natural af until Nov. First cycle of trying in Dec but I didn’t realise my cycle was 32 days long so was out by a week. Now officially in the “fertile window” (CD 11), using the Flo app and taking an ovulation test everyday (serious business lol). Fx for everyone on here! So nice to talk to others about it all ☺️

Using Ovia and have just started to use Flo. A tip I found really useful was ordering Pre-Seed lubricant (sperm friendly).... finding it seriously hard to get excited about things at 11pm on a Tuesday night in Jan when you're both knackered, up at 6am the following morn and have DTD every day for a week! Oh the romance!

I've been trying for 3 months now (taking previtamins and tracking ovulation) but not luck so far. I find that each month a negative test is becoming harder to cope with. Anyone else feel the same?

Stopped taking cerelle 4 weeks ago and still no period or even spotting. Anyone else had the same? Should I be concerned?

My Husband and I got married in September last year. Stopped the pill in October, on 3rd cycle of TTC right now :)
Taking folic acid and vit D.
AF due today - no sign of her yet, but sore boobs, cramps and aches.
5 days ago I had VERY light spotting... so keeping my fingers crossed this might be the month for a BFP.... i have taken a test a day for the last 3 days and nothing yet :( so maybe I'm just being too optimistic!

Me! Came off the depo on 6th November so I’m not expecting this to be a quick process.

It’s really lonely as my body has been totally haywire but other than my boyfriend I can’t really tell about it to anyone as don’t want to give away that we’re trying.

My friend came off the pill two months before me and fell on her first cycle. She’s been good to talk to but she doesn’t really get it either.

No period yet but nausea, cramping, sore boobs, weird tightness in my stomach. I’ll go mad if it’s like this for months!!

And @Twinkletoes85 I know what you mean. I can’t really talk to anyone about it and my hubby wants to be all surprised rather than tracking it all obsessively like me haha. This group is such a nice space to share everything

@RMusic12 @Newbie0818 BBT is basal body temperature, a method for detecting ovulation and also detecting pregnancy early

@Maisie17 I'm with you on the pressure of daily DTD! I'm CD8 of cycle 2 and this month we're going for every second day throughout the whole month (although might give it a rest towards the end once I know ovulation is 100% over). Last month we DTD every day for a week and tbh it was no fun at all and DH said he really felt under pressure which wasn't helping things if you get what I mean 😆 This month I'm hoping every second day will be a bit more sustainable and enjoyable!
