@Ellsbells112 WELL.. AF hasn't actually started yet.. last 2 cycles have both been 27 days, today is CD29 and I'm still waiting. Pink tinge on tissue Friday morning then none throughout the day and pink tinge yesterday morning on tissue and none throughout the day. Nothing so far today.. Still having cramps and still feeling bloated but I have never had spotting for 3 days before AF came before.. usually just one day before so I don't know what the chuff is going on!! My boobs are sore now aswell. I'm fully expecting it to arrive any minute though because that's how it feels but nothing yet...
Wish I was hungover, I've just got home from work, which was like an extreme sport because of these damn floods! Get yourself on the sofa and stay there haha Xx

@Gems7 that's soooo weird that we both haven't started properly yet!! I think my longest cycle is 29 though and today is cycle 28. Its just weird though because there's literally the tiniest bit of pinky brown colour and that's it, I have to squint to see it but it's been like that since yesterday around 7pm. 🙄 Every month there's something different to give me stupid hope. I'm sure full flow will come later or tomorrow! I hope yours stays away though it sounds super promising!! Xx

@Robbo93 TWO WEEKS.... Oh my goodness, what the heck is going on, you must be so confused. Is it a lot or just a small amount? Is it every day? Have you been doing OPK's or anything?

I feel like every month my body plays new tricks on me, there was a pale pink on the tissue about 20 mins ago aswell, it's a very very small amount, but 3 days of spotting has never happened before for me, I know AF is on her way though, the cramps feel the same.

Hope things become less confusing for us all soon xx

@Ellsbells112 no it's only a couple of wipes a day and bare minimum. But sometimes it's orangey, sometimes it's pinkish & sometimes its red! Going docs on Tuesday so hopefully they'll reassure me on what it could be!

Your different cycle this month could be something to do with your medication you've been taking, even your drinking sesh last night may have delayed full flow lol x

@Robbo93 yeah I think it's the medication, it started before the drinking session lol but defo think it's the medication. Hopefully they give you some answers!! Xx

@Gems7 @Robbo93 mines getting slightly heavier now, I'm sure by tomorrow it will be a proper period. 🙄 Knew it but didn't want to know it! Xx

@Ellsbells112 I have a feeling mines coming fully tomorrow aswell. I know I'm not pregnant so kind of wish it would just hurry up to be honest then I can start again!! I have bought the purple clearblue OPK's this time, although it probably doesn't matter really since I thought I'd nailed it with OV and DTD timings this month and it still didn't chuffing happen did it 😆🤷🏻‍♀️ xx

@Ellsbells112 can I ask you hun what dose of cq10 and zinc is your OH taking? X

@Gems7 he takes 40mg zinc and 200mg cq10. I started giving him the folic acid I take too.
Yeah, that's what does my head in, I know we do it at the exact right time every month so it blows my mind as tobto where the little guys are getting lost. Anyway, Wednesday is sperm test day so let's see what the next few weeks bring!
I use the purple ones, at least you have a larger window of opportunity :) xx

@Ellsbells112 oooo that's soon isn't it, that's great. You will have piece of mind quickly! Wish my OH's GP would do that!
Another small amount of pale pink on the tissue when I wiped this morning, no full flow.. surely this isn't normal? Xx

@Gems7 it might be implantation or breakthrough bleeding? Have you been taking your temperature?? Any cramps with it? Xx

@Ellsbells112 I don't temp because I work all different shifts in the hospital and I would be inconsistent with it. I have cramps occasionally, here and there. Bit of lower back ache but only mild, boobs ever so slightly tender but not much.
Last Thursday/Friday was the worst for the bloating and cramps I really thought AF was coming, especially Friday on the way home from work they were that bad my OH ran me a bath when I got home and they settled down.
If AF hasn't arrived properly by the end of the day then I will buy a test and do it tomorrow morning I think.. and if it's BFN then possible make an apt with GP 🤷🏻‍♀️ xx

Today is CD30 and I haven't had a cycle that long in all the months we have been trying

Hi, it's been a while, we tried December /January but no luck , was very disappointing and starting to feel like something is wrong. My friend got accidentally pregnant during that period , it's very hard to digest because I am jealous, they weren't even trying and they drink and smoke, can't help but feel jealous and angry to be honest! I want to go get tested to see if anything wrong but also terrified at the same time 😔

@Gems7 mine got heavier yesterday night so I guess yesterday was cd1 for me but today is really heavy and painful. Sorry it came 💔❤️ cycle buddies ay xx

@annaposie it's very diffuclt not to feel like that when you are trying hard to become pregnant, I understand

Hey ladies! Hope you're all okay. Here's my update;

Went doctors this morning and said I’m basically on CD80+ but have been spotting for the last 2 weeks.
She gave me plenty of reassurance that it’s not uncommon and everything may still be fine but they obv need to do further checks. She thinks I may have PCOS but only further checks can prove that. I said I’d had regular periods up to now and she asked me to have my bloods taken there and then to rule out thyroid problems (I’ll get the results in a couple of days).
I told her I’d had thyroid checks before but she said it can come on anytime & I’m only having symptoms now, which I wasn’t when I was previously checked.
I asked her if the new medication I was put on in November would affect it and she said not at all; she checked my blood test results from my (2nd) 21 day bloods at the hospital and said I didn’t ovulate on my last test (which is obvious considering I’m on still on the same cycle since it was taken from lol) but obv got to speak to dr at hospital in April about that.
She also asked me to have a swab there and then (was not prepared for that!) to try and rule out infections etc as to why I might be spotting .. but when she put the speculum thing in it shot back out again and she said I've got fantastic pelvic floor muscles 💪🏼 so at least that's a bonus haha and said everything looks very healthy down there and she even said I’ve got nice clear mucus like I’m going to ovulate or start my period so who flipping knows what's going on lol 😂

@Ellsbells112 both of my results have come back normal so back to square 1. Dr wasn't concerned about my spotting or lack of period. She's probably just aware that I'm under the gynae consultant whose doing further checks etc but when I said how long should I expect to go without bleeding etc and she said 'how longs a piece of string?' She mentioned every cycle being different and some women have different cycles because the slightest thing can affect it such as change in diet, stress, illness etc
DH has booked in to see the Dr in a couple of weeks too so he can be checked but I deffo think the problem lies with me - I'd be absolutely heartbroken if I cannot give him children.
Dr did say her aunt had PCOS and only had 2 periods a year - and she still went on To have kids naturally - she said it only takes once ..... yeah I'm aware of that 😅 & she just said to carry on having unprotected sex and take a pg test every month if my period still doesn't show as I might still be ovulating lol x

@Robbo93 wow that's crazy!! Hmm would you try agnus castus to see if that helps with the spotting maybe? I guess just keep doing your temping and Opks to see if you can catch anything then xx
