@Ellsbells112 well I dunno lol ... I was bleeding this morn (soz TMI) that was deffo like an AF bleed cos it was heavy and red and had a few little clots but now it's gone back to practically nothing lol 😂 unless it's gonna come full force later/tomorrow

Hey everyone! Was away for a few days which was nice!

Havent ovulated yet.....its a bit later this month but reckon it's coming in a few days as had some EWCM yesterday and usually have it about 4 days ish on and off before ovulation.

@Robbo93 good news about AF, maybe it wa sa long anovulatory cycle

@Anny27 what cycle day are you on now? You're not using OPK's are you? Hope you had a lovely time away, it's nice to relax and get away from everyday life isn't it, even if it's just a couple of days! I've been looking at short breaks for me and my OH. Will also book a holiday for all 3 of us in October half term if I don't get my BFP with this next cycle.
I'm okay thanks girls, CD4 for me, will be last day of AF tomorrow (on Valentine's Day.. bloody typical!!) then I'll probs start using the OPK's from about day 8 or 9 I think.. what day do you all start using yours? I ovulated on day 16 or 17 last cycle. Long way to go for me yet. Hope you all have a lovely Valentine's Day tomoz and get spoilt ! Xxx

I had a nice valentines thanks we went for afternoon tea but a science theme lol my OH loves science so it was nice he picked something with a but of his personality in it. How are you?
I'm getting scared, we will ring on Monday to book the sperm test but I'm starting to panic like what if he has super sperm and my womb is too scarred 😩 ffs stupid anxiety!! I normally start my ovulation tests on cd12 but tbh this cycle I feel like I'm not even gonna bother, I always ovulate at the same time every month! Or I'll keep doing the tests at least till they're all gone but not buy anymore! Lol, where are you in your cycle now? Xx

@Ellsbells112 I'm CD8, used my first OPK this morning as it's only my second cycle of using them... once I notice a pattern like you I'll probs stop. Long way for us both yet.
I know it's difficult but try not to be anxious, you are on the right path, it's better to know what's going on than to be in the dark and constantly wondering. Hopefully there will be absolutely nothing wrong, these things can just take time. But whatever comes back you can handle it, one step at a time. Remember most problems have a solution and you will get your BFP! I really believe you will, we all will!

@gems7 Think my miscarriage mucked up my hormones for a bit, but doctors said that's to be expected annoyingly. But glad I am ovulating Soonish haha! So my cycle is more on track with your guys now I guess @ellsbells112

Yes she has arrived full force thanks for asking. Hormones are a bitch, I'm moaning at my poor DH for nothing lol and just when I thought I was coming to the end of AF, she's got even heavier today 😭😭
I've had a text from my drs tho to say I've got a prescription I need to pick up. Won't find out til tomorrow what the problem is but it's for antibiotics so I'm guessing I have some form of infection downstairs which they found on my swab test which could be the reason my cycle has been so messed up xx

@Robbo93 well its good you got some answers!! Hopefully it will sort out your cycles xx

@Anny27 that is quite a while until you are ovulating isn't it, you seem to be pretty in tune with your body though which is good, and i know you're not stressing or getting worked up about it so that's also fab. Things happen when they happen don't they.

Glad AF arrived properly @Robbo93 .. I really hope that strange mega long cycle was a one off and they go back to being a normal length now. It must have been incredibly frustrating, I would have been going out of my mind if it was me.

I officially ovulated yesterday so 1dpo now! Feel relieved to be in the tww now haha! As basically had a 3 and a half week wait till ovulation haha!

@Gems7 I am deffo more relaxed this cycle, my DH even said he felt less pressure which is nice:D have you started the OPKs yet?

@Anny27 yes half term this week and I am on annual leave all week so I'm mega chilled right now. I've been trying those Gousto boxes for the last few weeks so I'm just waiting in for that then I have a salon apt for my lashes later.. could really get used to not working full time, it's fab, want my BFP soon! Haha
Started OPK's yesterday, both negative as expected, first time using the flashing smiley face ones, expecting to ovulate end of this weekend/beginning of next week.
I hate the TWW and all the false hope and anxiety it brings for me. I find it really hard to not think about trying to conceive because it's all that's on my mind, especially in those two weeks. You are so much more chilled than I am I think though haha. Good luck mrs I'm really really rooting for you! Xxx

@Robbo93 @anny27 @Gems7 yup half term. My ds is on fortnite haha. I'm due to ovulate on Sunday. Ttc is crap yuuuup, I just got really annoyed with my partner because we could have got an app this week for sperm analysis but he said he was busy so we have to wait till next week Friday. We are fine but I was like 😬 ffs haha, it is what it is though. I've got this stupid hope that if we conceive this month at least I can call it all off 😂 good luck for us all!! I'm bored of trying to be honest, it gets to the point where you're like, I've done everything needed every month so what's going to be different this month 😂 negative Nancy haha xx

@Gems7 thank you my lovely, I'm glad she came at last too although it's a long one and seems to be getting heavier and not slowing down at the moment lol

@Anny27 soooo it turns out I've got bacterial vaginosis. Would never have known if I didn't go drs and they decided to do a swab test. Dr said it explains why I've been spotting and how it could have affected my cycle etc... god knows how I got it but she said it's just one of them things 🤷‍♀️
Hopefully the antibiotics kick in quickly and my cycle gets back to normal xx

@Robbo93 you can get that from cleaning with soap down there as it messes with the pH level xx

@Robbo93 yeah sometimes you can get no symptoms with it! Are you in metronidazole? I had that after my miscarriage.......will warn you that the antibiotics caused thrush haha! So I would recommend the canestan probiotic capsules to make sure there is good bacteria in your vagina

How are you all doing - approaching ovulation?

And @Gems7 I was the least calm person last month so I am trying a new calm approach haha!

@Anny27 it really is the best way to be, it's just so hard to be calm when you really want something. I'm always pretty chilled in the lead up
To ovulation though it's those pesky 2 weeks after that I turn into an obsessive weirdo!
CD11 for me, negative opk. OV on CD16 or 17 last cycle so I think I'm looking at Sunday or Monday (poss tues)
You're a few days past OV now right? Really hope the next 2 weeks fly for you! And the rest of us for that matter. Xx

@anny27 @Gems7 yep, same for me, I'm cd12 and negative opk but I had ewcm yesterday so I decided to dtd. I know once Sunday passes I will be an obsessive lady haha. My OH is booked in for sperm test on Friday next week so a bit of a wait but at least it's booked x

I am 3dpo today @Ellsbells112 - and not testing till 3rdmarch (when AF would be late). I am determined not to waste 10 pounds in unnecessary tests haha!

@Anny27 yes that's the one that they've put me on. Deep joy if I'm likely to get thrush afterwards 🥺
I'm still bleeding at the moment tho. Don't know whether it's just a very long cycle that my body is clearing out or whether it's something to do with the infection etc.
