anyone waiting for AF this week (w.b. 21/10)

Hi everyone 🙂

I thought I would start a thread for everyone that is due AF this week, if anyone would like to join?

I am 29 and have been TTC #1 for 10 months with no hint of a BFP. I have been tracking my BBT for the last 6 months and always have a 13 day luteal phase, with AF appearing on the 14th day after OV. Yesterday was day 14 and nothing sign of AF yet. Temperature hasn't dipped yet either. Too scared to test as i'm fed up of seeing BFN 😣

Scared that just by making this thread I am jynxing it and AF will arrive, so please keep me company 🙂 would love to hear from and support others! Baby dust to everyone, this journey is so hard 💐

I'm in the same boat. On cycle day 26 today, and AF is due on Friday. 11DPo today, and I've been feeling really nauseous since Saturday. Lots of twinges down below.

We're on Cycle 5 of TTC, and I'm trying not to worry that it isn't happening. I'm 38 so I feel that time isn't on my side! Just praying that AF doesn't show up. I'm not planning to test until she's late, as it really demoralises me to see BFNs.

Hi Kwazy, AF was due on Monday but I tested negative this morning. Disappointed, but still holding out a little hope.

Nausea sounds like a good sign! I know what you mean about worrying, I am very conscious that I am coming up to 1 year TTC and may have to go to the doctors soon 😣 really hope that AF stays away and you get some good news on the weekend, I have my fingers crossed for you 🤞

Sorry to hear about your BFN. But you're not out until AF arrives, I have my fingers crossed for you 🤞 are you normally regular? What brand test did you use?

Anyone else going to the toilet every hour to see if AF has arrived or is it just me? 🤣

Hi everyone, I'm at the same point as you all. 35 cycle 6 of TTC #1, I've tried to go for a much more chilled approach this month which was working until this week. Currently 10 days PO, apps say AF due Monday but I think Sunday.
As a side note, are any of you taking pregnacare conception and have you noticed your cycles have got longer since taking it?

I'm the same, Kwazy! Every time I feel a twinge, I expect to see blood. I usually start spotting a couple of days before AF is due. This hasn't happened yet, which I'm taking as a good sign.

I totally understand, I am also quite chilled out until the TWW and then I start to get obsessed again and it's all I can think about! Do you plan on testing on the weekend? I hope this is your month 🤞

Yes I take pregnacare - been taking it for a few months and not noticed any changes in my cycle yet (unless this late AF is one of them 😣)

Hi @kwazycupcakes glad to hear I'm not the only one that hates the TWW! We've agreed not to test until I'm late, I've had 2 chemicals so to stop me POAS for a week and wasting money I'll wait until early next week if AF doesn't turn up. I had a 26 day cycle without fail but since taking pregnacare it's gone to 29/30 days. If it doesn't happen this month seriously considering not taking it! X

Hey @kwazycupcakes and gang. I'll impatiently wait with you. I'm on cycle 10 of ttc #2 and am 11dpo, AF due Friday too. Had an EMC last cycle temps still high but lots of cramps today and bfn on a one step.

Sorry to hear about your chemicals @MrsN2121 I can see why you want to delay testing.

Jumping on too. AF supposedly due this week but had some very strange cycles and a 13 day period over the last few months so not entirely sure what's going on!

Guesstimating I ovulated about 12/13 days ago based on ov pains and EWCM, but can't be certain 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tested today and not sure if it was a squinter or I just had line eyes! Haven't had a temp drop yet so going to test Friday if AF doesn't make an appearance by then.

I'm due on tomorrow (Thursday). I did an internet cheapie this morning and got what looked like a very faint line, but not enough to convince me that it's a BFP

I'm honestly too scared to test, I don't want to see a BFN. The later AF is, the more hopeful I get which will just make it even more upsetting 😔

wannabemummy123 I keep feeling a kind of pinching/ light burning sensation on each side and had a bit of bright pink when I wiped today which could either be spotting or implantation I guess, how about you, anything yet?

I’m going to join too.. I’m a serial lurker. This is cycle 6, CD23 AF due Saturday. I’m 37 so booked a GP appointment for next Tuesday as I am pretty sure AF will be turning up. We’ve been using CB OPK and BBT with Natural cycles. Up to this cycle I have felt quite chilled but now we’re getting investigations I’ve started to have dreams about getting my AF! What a loon! 🤦‍♀️

Can I join as well? Currently on cycle 5 of ttc # 1. Tried not to track this month so not 100% sure when AF is due but I think it should be today or tomorrow. No sign today, I keep expecting it to be there whenever I go to the toilet. Will test Friday morning if it hasn’t turned up tomorrow. Really tempted to test tomorrow but I think a negative test will make me more upset than AF arriving (no idea why, it’s basically the same thing).
Convinced myself I’m out this month as I’ve had cramping the last few days but there’s always that little bit of hope there that it’s maybe something else!

This is the test I took this morning. Ordered a FRER but it's not due until Friday so I think I might take another internet cheapie in the morning
