anyone waiting for AF this week (w.b. 21/10)

Hi everyone 🙂

I thought I would start a thread for everyone that is due AF this week, if anyone would like to join?

I am 29 and have been TTC #1 for 10 months with no hint of a BFP. I have been tracking my BBT for the last 6 months and always have a 13 day luteal phase, with AF appearing on the 14th day after OV. Yesterday was day 14 and nothing sign of AF yet. Temperature hasn't dipped yet either. Too scared to test as i'm fed up of seeing BFN 😣

Scared that just by making this thread I am jynxing it and AF will arrive, so please keep me company 🙂 would love to hear from and support others! Baby dust to everyone, this journey is so hard 💐

@Crazymummyto3 same here. I'm 16dpo now with no sign of either AF or a bfp. Maybe I just didn't ovulate this month 🤷‍♀️

AF has arrived with a vengeance this morning a whole 6 days late. I stopped taking the pregnacare and funnily enough a few days later AF is here. Pretty convinced that’s what has caused me to be so late but could be wrong. Onto the next cycle! Good luck everyone else still waiting.

I had cramping (mainly on my right side) yesterday & last night. Breats are feeling swollen & sore to the touch although it has lessened from last week.

I'm either on cycle day 45 or 33 (taking into consideration my mid-cycle bleed).

I don't know what to do or think. It is really pissing me off now. My mum's friend is a mid-wife so I was going to give her a message on Friday if there was still no AF to see if she had any ideas.

@Bananaloaf88 so annoying! TMI but DH and I dtd last night and when I went to the loo after there was a bit of brown cm on the tissue. So was it the start of AF? Just irritation from dtd? Implantation bleeding (did I ovulate later than I thought)? I have no idea!

@itssquidstella I would see that as a positive thing? I think because I would assume, everything is trying to stay up there to accommodate the baby but you've irritated it/dislodged it lol. I don't know though!!!!!

@Lizziedu49 i think I'm already going loopy! I've decided not to test for a couple more days. I expect either AF will show her face, or I might ovulate if it does turn out it didn't happen when it was meant to a couple of weeks ago. What's happening with you, any sign of AF?

I took a IC and a First Response rapid result (not FRER) this morning and I think I can see a very faint line on both, although I'm not sure whether I'm imagining it because I want to see it?? I've ordered some FRER from Amazon and just had a message to say they're 3 stops away. I know what the sensible answer is but...do I do one now or wait until the morning??

I'm actually wondering if it is worth just beginning to do LH testing again & assume i've totally missed a period. The only thing putting me off is sore boobs & cramping must mean something is going on.

AF is on her way for me. I'm not even disappointed at this stage, just relieved she's arrived so I can crack on with the next cycle!

Hi ladies, I'm new and just looking for some help, we have been ttc for over a year and nothing so far. Having had a lap 7 years ago for endo and underactive thyroid I thought it was about time to speak with GP. I had day 21 tests and Doctor asked to see me and told me it came back I wasn't ovulating, quite sad but due to time ttc and previous issues I'm being referred to infertility for another lap and dye to look at my tubes .. anyway my cycles have always been 27/29 days for years, I don't temp and haven't used ov tests. I'm now on cd34 had cramp but no where near as bad as af and backache which comes and goes. Couple of shooting pains in right side and burning crampy sensation with lots of wet cm. Basically I'm now 4 days late with bfns. I'm just confused as this has never happend. My OH has been working down south and was only home for weekend which means only had sex cd25 and cd26, am i late because I haven't ovulated or have I ovulated after day 21 test? So confused, any help would be much appreciated xx

@itssquidstella Sorry to hear about AF, but like you say if it's not this month it's good that she's here now so you can get to next cycle quicker. I don't feel like AF is on the way for me but still haven't had anything that looks like a proper BFP yet and it's getting so frustrating.

@Staceyx87 Welcome. I'm in the same boat in that AF was due on Thursday and still no signs and no BFPs. I took a First Response rapid detection this morning and think it may have got an extremely faint line but not enough to make me sure. I think I ovulated later this cycle too

Hi Crazymummyto3, thanks for getting back to me. That's around when I was due also. Just trying not to get excited as the docs said I didn't ovulate, hoping it was just late though. I tried clearblue rapid today might get a frer at end of the week if no show. That's good you've seen a faint line though, fingers crossed its a bfp and gets darker for you x

So my BBT dropped by 0.3 today. I'm new to charting but anyone with more experience can O assume AF is on her way? I actually hope she is, I had a hot water bottle on each boob & my belly lasy night with pains

Done a FRER and an IC this morning. The FRER is BFN but there is definitely a line on the IC, it's faint but stronger than yesterday's. I don't know what to think anymore 😩

@crazymummyto3 how many dpo are you? .. That's strange as usually frer is very sensitive but I definitely see line on the other one. I had a squinter this morning indent not sure, assuming I ovulated later this month if at all i should be around 10 or 11dpo
