September bus

Hey, so was a little flakey on August bus because this is so hard, but I like the support and folk with bfps give me hope.

Anyway, I am on cycle is seven now, period due first or second September. But will probably poas end of Aug because I turn into a sucker for punishment the week before.

How are you all doing? Will be happy and sorry to see familiar names back.

I also will disappear for days at a time, which doesn't mean I'm ignoring folk, but finding it too intense.

I won't be testing until af is late, which would be the 7th - ages to go! I feel pretty normal although my boobs have been a bit tingly and itchy, and I've convinced myself that my nipples look slightly swollen and the white dots on them are more prominent (sorry, tmi!). Probably just because I've been scrutinising them way more than usual, though...

@itssquidstella hahaha, I saw someone comment earlier saying they keep checking to see if their boobs hurt and it's so funny because it's true 😂 we should be testing around the same time! 💗

@november90 when I was pregnant with DC1 I decided I was either pregnant or I had breast cancer. I figured a pregnancy test was the easiest way to determine things, I was obviously pregnant and it came up 1-2 weeks. I had huge lumpy boobs that were incredibly painful the pain had nothing on engorgement though.

I am incredibly frustrated and confused. My OPKs just continue to go up and down, more so if I test twice a day. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😭

Crap I feel a bit like I have thrush this morning! Hope it's early symptoms & not thrush!!

Af due 7th ish so will test after that. Not feeling hopeful though. Had sore boobs yesterday but kept prodding them and some aches and pains but felt more like ovarian pain

Hello, sorry I've been a bit quiet lately. I am looking forward to seeing September's positives. I am due AF on Sept 1st or 2nd, and tested today with an FRER. Nothing, so looks like I am out of the beginning of this bus, but on the end (next AF 28 or 29, moving into cycle eight)

I am the OP btw but changed user name, as there were so many sleepyheads and while it was a great username, I wanted a name all to myself.

Going to read thread now to see how everyone's doing, but instituting a rule that I cannot obsess over ttc for more than half an hour a day, so might not read it all X

@itssquidstella I know it's strange to think all our bodies could be making a foetus as we speak 😱 I'm due AF on the 8th but off to a friends and there will be booze so testing a day early 🤞🏻 🤞🏻🤞🏻 for you two @itssquidstella @Chaosonthehorizon

I can't put into words how happy I feel seeing all the bfp that are coming through! It's such a tough journey for us all, and that moment when you see the 2 lines is a moment you'll never forget (speaking from experience from my first!). I just can't wait for it to be my turn again :) Good luck for everyone who's testing soon! X

Hello ladies. So exciting to see the BFPs on the group already!

This is my 3rd cycle ttc since coming off the pill, first was 30 days, second 26 days. Not sure when to test. I'm not doing any OPKS or anything yet. We have been DTD every other day.

1st cycle ttc I had ewcm but none 2nd or 3rd cycle so that's strange.

I'm kind of not wanting to rush things because we have a family holiday booked for next July - 14 members of my family are going to a villa. My mum paid for the villa with my uncles money who recently passed away and it cost 6.5k for the week. We will scatter his ashes during the holiday. I really don't want to miss this holiday but also don't want to wait another year ttc as I'm 31 now and we've said we want at least 2 children.

We're just going to leave it to fate!

So I have 28 day cycles (occasionally 27) first month using OPK’s and flo has decided I am having a 30 day cycle, Ovia a 27 day cycle and my period tracker app a 24 day cycle. Wtf! What is right?!

@theothetfossilsister Welcome back! Don't count yourself out if AF hasn't arrived yet. Worst case scenario it is nice to have two shots in one month I suppose! Your half hour rule sounds like a good way of approaching it - I should do the same really 😄

@rosina38 I think there will always be sone plans on the horizon so if you waited till you have none you'd wait forever! We've been invited to a wedding in the US in two years time but definitely not waiting till after that to start TTC! Appreciate it's a special reason for your holiday next year so hopefully things work out in the most favourable way for it all!

@rosina38 I'm in a similar boat, got a hen do next year and if we don't catch this cycle I'll have to wait until December to TTC again!! Already paid over £200 for it and really don't want to miss it x

@rosina38 we have a family wedding in August in Cyprus that we don't want to miss but having already had a mc I really don't want to delay anymore! If I fall soon we may still be able to go, after all there will be loads of free childcare with the whole of dh family going and will be a free holiday!

I'm now day 2 of my fw and have loads of EWCM which is unusual for me. I have been taking epo and shavatari so seems they are doing their jobs! Opk has a faint second line yesterday too so things going in the right direction.

I have endometriosis and only four cycles left (including this one) before I’m referred to the fertility clinic for additional help. Hoping to conceive naturally within that time frame. Have just ordered some more OPKs to get myself ready!

I'm not sure when AF is due because this is my first cycle after Mirena Coil removal. I POAS this morning with DP, it was negative, but we expected that! I only did it because we're at the drs this aft for a new patient health check sine we moved, and they're going to do a urine test, so we preferred to know beforehand. It's possibly too early for a BFP anyway because I'm only CD19, and not doing OPKs for the first few cycles so may have ov'd later than my Flo App suggested 🤷🏻‍♀️ only time will tell!!

I'm still breastfeeding no1 who has just turned 1 (on 13th August) and had 1 period
I'm 32

Ah I need reassurance! So I've been testing religiously since about 11dpo, had a faint positive at 12dpo. I have literally taken 10 tests since then, all different brands and all of them have a super faint shadow of a line, surely they can't all be evaps or indents can they? AF due today and still no sign. Could I just be slow at producing HCG? Do I give up or keep telling myself a positive is a positive?
