August Bus

I couldn't find an August Bus so thought I'd set one up! AF got me this morning ☹️

Have tried temping and testing, relaxed it all a fair bit last cycle due to my temporary insanity!

@DorritoPaws oh thank you!! Just been on the link you posted it says I can test from the 6th, so will probably wait until the 8th anyway ☺️ (sorry to post you in here but other thread was 1k and couldn't find another July bus)

@flossy12 Nice to see you here. I was due to join the August bus anyway, it's just been such a busy week that I haven't had a chance to catch up with you all.

I'm waiting til the 5th - funnily the day AF is due. Fingers crossed for both of us! I have a strong feeling AF is on her way. I've had quite bad PMS for over a week now, but I live in hope! Smile

@DorritoPaws we can ride it out together! 😅 I haven't had hardly any symptoms at all yet so not getting my hopes up too much, also didn't go hell and leather this cycle so won't be too disappointed this time

8dpo and took a test this morning as I had to go to the doctors and I knew they'd ask if I could be pregnant. It was a massive negative and I feel so low.

@parkagain aww but still is really early so you could still have a chance, don't get yourself too down, your not out until AF arrives x

@SMiles14 ahh I know, I moved away when I first bought and then moved back in a few years ago, I love Bath but it’s just so expensive and like you say you don’t get a lot for your money!

So, having not been tracking, it was hard to not notice yesterday a lot of watery CM, some tender boobs and small sharp pains to the sides of my stomach. I’m quite excited because if that was ovulation then that is exactly one month from when I last thought I ovulated (1 July and now 1 August). Hopefully that means my cycle is returning to something normal 🤞🏻 AF arrived about 17 days after so if i follow same pattern this month I’d be expecting AF/BFP around 18 August! It’s going to be a long 2/3 weeks!!

@Sunshine8888 I think we are cycle buddies this cycle as I'm pretty sure ovulation for me is today or tomorrow, with AF expected about the 17th August. TWW is always so loooong!

Still waiting for that OPK positive, had EWCM today, DTD yesterday and 2 days before. Flo has changed O to in 2 days instead of 3, so thinking should we DTD today aswell or wait until tomorrow/sunday? Got a good feeling about this month though

@Rachieg88 total cow! Was feeling really down about it yday but feeling more positive today. Been celebrating my birthday with lots of friends and family. Trying to stay positive for the next cycle.

I am feeling ok thanks- haven't tested since Tuesday but am going to do one last one tomoro morning just on the off chance....

I think af defo on the way tho I've been so moody and short tempered for the past few days. I was a little downbeat yesterday about it all but feeling more positive today for some reason altho I swear EVERYWHERE I LOOK ARE PREGNANT PEOPLE 🙄

@Louise190 are you testing or waiting to see if af arrives first? 😬

@Cat028 I hope you have a lovely birthday - fingers crossed next month is the one 🤞

@Rachieg88 I tested this afternoon for funsies! I have a huge bag of ICs just sat in my bathroom so it's hard not to. BFN as suspected. Toying with the idea of throwing them away to be honest! Feeling very down in general this evening ☹️

@Louise190 evening! I don’t know how I feel to be honest, I cried today because McDonalds gave me one of those fucking paper straws!! I know they are saving the planet and what not but I personally hate them, especially when you order a strawberry milkshake 😂😂 I did feel like AF was coming a couple of days ago but now I don’t feel her anymore? And I still have my sore nips 🙈 so I really don’t know, I’m due on tomorrow or Sunday so I’m not going to test again until she’s late 🤞🏼

We aren’t out until AF shows her face!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Oh no! Don't be down (easier said than done!!)- I know it's crap. Physiologically I am thinking that as my cycles are 28 days at least I will be able to test again at the end of August hopefully!

I know what you mean about throwing the tests away - now that all my cheapies are gone I have forced myself to buy expensive frer ones only so I feel like it is a "big deal" to use one, otherwise I'd be the same and test with every wee!!

Omg @whatsthecraic91 that's so funny- I got a paper straw at lunch today and moaned about it too cos it all unravelled when it got wet and soggy and I couldn't get any liquid through it!! Completely pointless

I hope your symptoms turn in to a huge bfn on sunday- we must be due one on the group some time soon!!!!

@Rachieg88 same, I will be due again end of Aug! At least if AF does come we'll still all be on the bus together. I think I will throw them away, for my sanity!

@whatsthecraic91 I bet people thought you were mad! I cry at EVERYTHING at this point in my cycle. Basically crying for at least 7 solid days 😂🙈

I have just been googling "first signs of pregnancy" and along with all the usual stuff it actually had "pisitive pregnancy test" as a bullet point....no sh*t Sherlock!! 🙈

@Hannah1925 I'm on cycle 3, the last seemed to go so quickly and it was time to test before I knew it! But This month doesn't seem to be going as quick
