@Cupcakes1234 aww 🥰 that's so good to see! I know how you feel though I'm about 8 weeks tomorrow and I still can't believe it I dont know when it will register! I still keep wanting to test to check. How far along does that make you about?

It's crazy isn't it? Like you don't trust those little lines lol. I think until you have that scan and see it with your own eyes you can't believe it. I have no idea, my last period was on the 29th of April for a week. I did tests up until I was 10 days late and they were all negative and I haven't tested since. From how the doctors go I would be 9 weeks but I think it's happened in between the time I stopped testing to now but they are quite strong positives

@dizzy85 I'm going to hold off now until my 12 week scan. It's only just over 3 weeks away. I know what you mean with being off certain foods. I'm on an all inclusive holiday at the mo and I'm not getting my monies worth at all 😆 I went from being starving all the time to just not fancying anything to being hungry all the time. I'd love another scan but my husband will go mad. He wasn't happy about paying for the last one haha

Is there just me left from this thread who isn't pregnant yet??? I'm ovulating today/tomorrow and AF is due 18th July. It's my Birthday on 16th and I'm hoping for a Birthday BFP, just trying not to get my hopes up...

@Cupcakes1234 wow 9 weeks!!😄 another great thing is you should be having a scan in about 3 weeks then so you've managed to avoid a long wait which is a bonus. Have you told your OH? Yer I think once I see the scan it should feel more real I can't wait!

@MrsB899 ahh no hopefully the appetite comes back so you can make the most of the all inclusive😄 I keep craving really random things yesterday I was in Tesco and saw a can of Heinz tomato soup and literally wanted to open it there and then and drink it 🤣 I brought it and then when I got home I no longer wanted it! I keep changing my mind on the early scan as we are saving for a holiday so I'm trying to hold off, it would help if I had a date for it to look forward to.

@dizzy85 I don't think I'll be as far as that because of the negative tests to start with. I'm going to do a digital in the morning just to get an idea but if it says 3+ I'm definitely 5-8 weeks I think. Suppose I'll find out when I have a scan. Yeah it been quite nice that i won't have to wait as long providing everything goes ok until then. Yeah I told my partner on the phone 😂 I literally cannot keep a secret. He seems happy enough lol. I don't think men get as excited as us lol

I'm 6+3 today and have never been so hungry in my entire life. I'm waking up in the night absolutely starving and i have to go and get some biscuits or something! Been feeling a mix of super nauseated and super hungry, i feel like ive put on about a stone already ffs! I remember being ridiculously tired the first time round, but with a toddler i think you feel like that anyway and im used to just being tired haha.

Had a blood test today, have my scan appointment booked for mid august and also consultant appointment booked for early september to discuss delivery due to my previous c section. No midwife appointment yet though!!

Thank you both! I'm very shocked but I'm starting to get my head around it all. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow evening. I think I'll be more like 6 weeks but I don't know. If I go by my last period I'd be 9 weeks but I was getting negative tests at first unless my cycles are stupidly long and I was just testing too early, I have no idea. I really don't feel pregnant though this time. Other than feeling sick but I'm super hungry at the moment too all the time. I just want chocolate though 🙈

@Cupcakes1234 so lucky if you are 6-9 weeks! Finding out at like 4 weeks makes this first part so long! I bet now you know you will start feeling symptoms lol.

@LuciBee yeah I suppose it's made the long wait a little more bearable as I didn't know. I feel a little guilty as I had a smear test last Monday and said I wasn't pregnant but obviously turns out I am 😩. I've been feeling quite sick and had a couple of pulling pains that I recognised from my first which prompted me to take another but I was not prepared for it to be positive at all lol.

Yeah did the digital today but didn't realise until I did it that it doesn't have the week indicator on that one

Yeah it is 😊. I'll be happier when I've had scan and everything is ok. Got doctors tonight as you have to go through my doctors first before you're referred to a midwife

Yer I know how you feel I'm counting down the days, 2 weeks tomorrow till midwife then I guess they'll book the scan I hope it hurry's up! Let us know how you get on at the doctors!

How's everyone doing? Any new symptoms? I have one that's started I seem to have really restless legs when I'm in bed so it's been keeping me awake and I'm like a zombie 😴 oh and I now get up in the night to pee 2/3 times too😆. I used to be such a good sleeper.

Mines still feeling sick from the moment I wake up until about 12, then I have a few hours of feeling ok and it comes back from 4pm for the rest of the day.

I’m up in the night peeing too, but I actually used to do that before lol.

I’ve been having a snack right before bed so I don’t wanna wake in the the night hungry too 🙈

Doctor didn't really do much. Gave me approximate dates I may have ovulated but obviously we can't be sure until I've had a scan, she did my blood pressure and just told me to make an appointment with the midwife so I've booked in on the 16th July, hopefully it won't take long after that to get an appointment for a scan. Don't think we can really justify paying for an early scan but I may work on my partner and put a feeler out for it 😂

@LuciBee ooh that's a long time feeling sick. I keep getting the sick feeling but mainly in the evenings. And snacking omg I can't stop it's annoying me I keep eating loads 🙊 my clothes are actually feeling really uncomfortable now I think I need to chose healthier snacks!

@Cupcakes1234 that's good you got midwife appointment not too long away. I really want an early scan too but I'm really trying to hold out as I wanna book a holiday😄

@dizzy85 I spoke to my partner about an early scan last night and well, that's not going to happen lol 😂🙈. I just feel really anxious I feel better than I did first time around, I don't even feel pregnant other than the waves of nausea. Just trying to tell myself everything will be fine but I'm finding it hard to be optimistic
