@MrsB899 no I haven't had any yet. Brown is supposed to be ok though isn't it?

dizzy85 · 12/06/2019 08:57

@MrsB899 I've not had any yet apart from yesterday the pink on the tissue, is it much? I'm sure it's fine, It's probably just old blood coming out where things are moving about? I was squeezing my boobs last night thinking they don't feel as sore, maybe they just change?

MrsB899 · 12/06/2019 09:28

@dizzy85 not much and it's def brown I picked up the wrong preg tests the one without the weeks indicator but at least it still says pregnant

@MrsB899 that's good! I'm sure it's nothing to worry about and all normal. Do the clear blues show more than 3+ weeks?
Well my new thing is I'm getting more constipated by the day lol and definitely feel more sick than I did yesterday!

OP posts:
MrsB899 · 12/06/2019 10:15

@dizzy85 they only go up as far as 3+ I done another test just to make sure they hormone weren't dropping. I've done quite a bit of heaving rolling so maybe that is the cause but fingers crossed that's the end end of it. Oh constipation isn't fun at all. I feel good really just the headaches

@MrsB899 some spotting is normal and its a good sign that it's brown.

i did another FRER this morning and its still just as faint as the one i did yesterday. I'll do another one tomorrow and see if it gets darker. tummy and back feel a bit achy today but im hoping thats just implantation! boobs feel totally normal...

20TinkerBell20 · 12/06/2019 13:27

Annoyed with my self because we should have dtd again last night but I ended up falling asleep before dh came to bed. Then woke up about 2am with really bad cramping on one side and lower back ache and feel like I may have ovulated and missed it. Although we did dtd 24 hours before this...... is it normal to keep feeling wet but not actually seeing any obvious discharge?

LuciBee · 12/06/2019 14:21

20TinkerBell20 you might be ok, i think its DTD before ovulation that results in pregnancy in most cases. I felt the same last month though, was angry at myself.

20TinkerBell20 · 12/06/2019 14:41

I just have that feeling we could have done more and every month I look back at my app and think I’ve timed everything wrong again and get annoyed with my self. Realistically though I don’t think I could keep up with OPKs as I do shift work so switch from nights to days etc so would struggle to use them properly at the right times etc

dizzy85 · 12/06/2019 15:53

@MrsB899 that's good to see 😊, perhaps it was just the extra heavy work as I've had a few physically busy days and then got the pink stuff yesterday so could be. Maybe we need to take it easier 😄, I also now have a pounding headache think a nap is in order!

@LuciBee that's really exciting you got another line today!!

OP posts:
dizzy85 · 12/06/2019 16:01

@20TinkerBell20 It only takes the one time so fingers crossed for you and you've dtd before ovulation so that's good. I was 100% convinced I hadn't done it enough and missed it so you just don't know.

@Squiff70 think it's just me and you left 😂 I'm sticking around too! 😛

MrsChicken89 · 12/06/2019 18:25

Hi ladies, hope you don't mind me joining.
I'm a member on another board but its not very active at the moment.

A bit about me... I'm 30, ttc first child. We've been trying for 14 months now, although realistically 12 of those we've timed right. Starting to lose all hope and positivity. We've both had tests don't and nothing wrong with either of us, so it's just down to luck and timing.
Found out yesterday 2 of my friends are pregnant, which has kind of put me in to a downer.

Kinsella82 · 12/06/2019 20:55

@MrsChicken89 welcome along and best of luck to you.

@dizzy85 @MrsB899 my boobs felt like rocks today and huge too! It totally shocked me! Still feeling so bloated but apart from that and the boob situation I've nothing else to report.
Going to phone gp tomorrow to make an appt for next week when I'll be between 6 and 7 weeks! Just to confirm and get the hospital referals done. I'm in Ireland.

LuciBee · 13/06/2019 06:35

According to my dates I will be 4 weeks tomorrow. Had the odd wave of nausea but nothing else. My boobs hurt woth my first pregnancy but they are totally fine at the moment! I still feel like I can’t believe it as af isn’t late yet. Scared to get excited.

LuciBee · 13/06/2019 06:37

@MrsChicken89 welcome! This appears to be a rather lucky thread at the moment so good luck to you. I take it you’ve been doing opks etc?

MrsChicken89 · 13/06/2019 06:51

@LuciBee we did to start off with, but my cycles are pretty much 26-28 days every month, so I stopped doing them. If nothing happens this cycle then I might start again.

20TinkerBell20 · 13/06/2019 11:20

Do you have to use OPKs at the same time each day etc? I’m still having period pains and lower back ache and according to my app my fertile days are over - this has been 8 days now Confused

LuciBee · 13/06/2019 13:35

no i didnt do them at the same time of day. i used to get ewcm which made me start doing them, but was always 3-4 days after that that i would get a positive opk. sometimes my app would have my fw wrong and when i put in positive opk it would change

dizzy85 · 13/06/2019 22:13

@Kinsella82 did you get your appointments? I've got mine on the 18th July but on the letter it just says to complete maternity notes and discuss screenings so I don't think it'll be any tests and I've just worked out by then I'll be just over 10 weeks if I'm right so I'm worried if they leave it too late to book my scan? I'm in England it takes forever to get doctors appointments here. I think I'll call them tomorrow and find out.

@MrsChicken89 welcome 😊 wishing you lots of luck!

OP posts:
MrsB899 · 13/06/2019 22:27

@dizzy85 I have my scan and blood appointments but on each letter it says bring your notes but I haven't had a midwife booking appointment. I might chase it tomorrow

dizzy85 · 13/06/2019 22:35

@MrsB899 it's not very organised is it, I always imagined I'd just go to the doctors to get a blood test to confirm then they book you a midwife and scan, nothing how I thought. I'm gonna do the same tomorrow as I don't want the scan being left too late.

OP posts:
Kinsella82 · 14/06/2019 06:31

@dizzy85 here doctors appts are easy enough to get where I live.
We go to gp first they just confirm the pregnancy and then refer you to the maternity hosp for bloods scans etc but the appt for the maternity hosp probably won't be til I'm about 12 weeks x
