Can't see a May bus, so thought I'd start one up!

Age: 28
Cycle: 5
CD: 5
AF/BFP due: 10th May

This cycle I'm making a real effort to take my pre-conception vitamins EVERY day and going to use Pre-seed this cycle too.

Come on in and share your stories, symptoms and if needed, vent to your heart's content...

@mommato3 I know it is soo confusing maybe test tomorrow and see whether it is lighter or stronger second line ?! Let us know !!

I am cramping much worse than normal on OV day. DP threw his back out at CrossFit so DTD is out the questions. Fingers crossed our previous work has gone to good use 🤞🏻

@JoanneT88 I just got the same today CD 9 flashing smile really early for me and as its donor insemination I'm doing I need to time it right. Looks like I could be on for a 26 day cycle which while it isn't unheard of is unusual for me.

Only just stopped my cerazette on Sunday the 28th so excited to be having AF already, very nervous but excited for this new chapter ☺️☺️

Hi @Louise190 it’s gone very fast and it’s been ok up until now. I’m just starting to feel a little crazy and disheartened with it all. Is it your first?

I am very irregular since stopping the pill. Cycles between 30/40 days and extremely light. So questioning all sorts at the moment. Any one else’s experiences would be appreciated.

@flossy12 we are very similar I stopped my last pill on Sunday 28th and came on on 30th

So I'm dpo10 today, I decided to take my test doing my first wee of the day and still got bfn. I have a gut feeling af will come soon. I woke up at 12.30am drenched in sweat (tmi) and I just have general symptoms, but as they're the same as early pregnancy it's so hard to tell, but my gut feeling tells me out this month 😕

Really sorry to hear that Tamalama. Although your not out until shes here. What tests are you using?

I am 6dpo I think. I didnt want to get up today as I have had more cramping overnight. I honestly thought I would start bleeding as soon as I got up. Nothings happened yet though and the cramping has subsided. I am not feeling hopeful I will make it to test on Sunday/Monday though so have been really silly and grabbed a large coffee and chocolate pastry and am gorging at my desk 😂

Today I am seeing off my friend at work for maternity leave. Am so pleased for her but can only be jealous. It doesnt help that work is so crap atm.

@Carley32 yes, this is my first. I absolutely hate the unknown so driving myself crazy! Fortunately I am very regular, although last month (first month of trying) I was two days late for the first time in forever which set me up for disappointment when Af finally appeared! Are you doing any sort of tracking?

Morning all, I've finally got my positive OPK, it feels like forever I've been waiting and it is later that last month.

DTD last night and going to try tonight but been up since 5.30am as have a training day in London. Hopefully I'm not too tired haha! Im guessing it means I will ovulate tomorrow so if I do it tonight it should at least cover a bit of the window! Then see if we are up for it tomorrow too but 3 nights in a row is knackering 😂

@Rubberyduck I'm using the First Response ones, which I think is the one the majority of us use! Lol! I do have some clear blue ones too which you can use 6 days before af is due. I've used those before and got positive results so maybe I will give that a go! They're not the digital ones, just the regular blues lines and the + symbol.

Morning all, just did a FRER and got a BFN. 13dpo today so losing all hope. Just hope AF doesn't take forever to come now. Feeling a bit sad again today.

Morning everyone! Just catching up because I’ve been busy the last few days. It’s day 4 of flashing smileys for me today (CD14), I’m expecting Ov maybe tomorrow or Friday. We’ve managed to DTD 3 out of the 4 days so far, so fingers crossed! Interestingly, my cheap OPKs (which I’m using alongside the clear blue ones, despite saying I wasn’t going to track at all this month 😂) are barely showing a line.

It's odd isn't it. Still get Flashing smiles and on CD11. Never tested this early before with OPKs but since I had surgery I end of March for endo I've wiped the slate clean with previous cycles dates ect as I know surgery can move everything. I have a little bit of wet style CM but not EWCM yet. We have DTD the past 2 days and hopefully keep it up until after ovulation to ensure we have covered all days incase dates are all off 🙈. X

Thanks @Novella12 I'm trying to keep the faith, but getting fed up wasting my money on tests now!

@flossy12 I'm in the same situation! Took my last Levest last night, AF due around the 5/6th of May! Then first cycle TTC!

CD26 - according to Flo, AF is due tomorrow (Saturday according to fitbit not sure why they are different).

Normally i would have some spotting/coloured discharge by now but nothing! I'm so anxious i'm setting myself up for a fall! Possibly had some spotting 5 days ago but i've thought i've had implantation bleeding in the past and was wrong! How can i take my mind off it?!

On another note, i've ordered a mooncup for if AF does show up (partly because surely if i order one i won't need to use it...) and really don't want to be faffing around with that at work tomorrow!

Feeling like I may need the distraction of reading these threads...if only to reassure myself I'm not the only one crazily obsessing and I'm only on cycle one (officially).

@Renault5 Retested today. Not positive but about same darkness as yesterday. I'm soooo confused!!!!

@mumofbun are you tempted to test? I guess it would pick it up potentially if you are due tomorrow 🤞

I am but have been almost at the point of buying one before (and for some reason did buy two babychanging mats in Aldi) only to be disappointed by AF.

I'm thinking i will wait until Saturday as that is what Fitbit says for AF and then test? Or do i wait until Sunday as then i will actually be late? Might be having friends over on Saturday night so it could be good to have a drink or two but then i also don't want to be on a downer!

Just checking in, 8dpo today, did a test and was bfn but then after 10 mins a faintish line appeared i think... I definitely feel positive that i could potentially get a bfp soon... Twinges and cramps in left side, and no appetite, also very dull headache...

@mumofbun maybe wait til Sunday and hopefully your friends will take your mind of it. And if you are late it means the test will definitely pick it up if you are. Fingers crossed for you 🤞🤞

Thanks that is what i needed to hear! Maybe if nothing tomorrow i will buy a test in case!
