Can't see a May bus, so thought I'd start one up!

A little bit about me...

TTC: #1
Age: 28
Cycle: 5
CD: 5
AF/BFP due: 10th May

This cycle I'm making a real effort to take my pre-conception vitamins EVERY day and going to use Pre-seed this cycle too.

Come on in and share your stories, symptoms and if needed, vent to your heart's content...

12dpo and a BFN with an IC with FMU. Pretty sure AF will come in the next two days  I've got more tests being delivered today but only got a ClearBlue Digital and I'm not wasting that today. Feeling a bit fed up to be honest.

Today I'm 9dpo! Going to test at some point today but trying not to get my hopes up too much at this stage. Who else is testing today?!

I am cd22 now 5dpo I think but feel like period is coming....aargh.

Ugh wish I hadn't wasted my last FRER last night. Should have waited until FMU.

AF arrived for me yesterday right on cue can't wait for it to bugger of so month one can get going

Thanks ladies! 🤞 I think I may have ruined my chances this month though 😕 DH and I went to London for the day yesterday to see a show. I have been so good not drinking but because we were out for the day doing something nice and we hardly ever have any alone time together/days out, I ended up drinking 3 small glasses of wine and a cocktail ☹️ not sure what effect that may now have had.

Not going to test until later in the day. DH knows we're trying to conceive, he actually suggested we try again, but I didn't tell him when my fertile days were due and my ovulation date as I didn't want him to feel under pressure to 'perform' so he doesn't know about the tww. He's found it weird I haven't had the odd glass of wine with dinner over the last few weeks, but because we were out yesterday my brain just switched into going out for drinks and dinner mode, and now I feel incredibly guilty 😕

Don't worry about it @Tamalama it won't make a jot of difference.

@tisonlymeagain that's what the rational part of my brain is telling me... sorry to hear about your test this morning, keeping everything crossed for you that when you take your next test you get a bfp 😊

Try not to stress about it - i know easier said than done! Plenty of people have a few drinks not even knowing they are pregnant and it works out fine - i haven't given up drinking during the tww but i'm not a big drinker anyway! Might be something i try further down the line if no success but i think it's important to try and enjoy life whilst ttc to take the pressure off.

I'm due AF on friday and feel really bloated and def think its coming now :(

I've got a really full but persistent ache in my right lower abdomen. Could this be a symptom of ovulation? Does anyone else get cramps at this point?

AF/BFP- 20th May ish

It's my 4th month using Clear Blue advanced digital OPKs and the Ovia app.
Was on the combined pill for 14 years and came off it in Dec, the same time as my twin sister had her baby. So I am very broody!
Usually get my first PEAK/ static smiley on CD10-12. Negative on OPK this morning but lots of EWCM so looking good to start DTD every other day from tonight.
I have very light periods now so have been POAS one week after AF every month in case it was implantation. But sadly always BFN so far.

Ahh well, I knew 9dpo was too early to test. Bfn for me today 😕

@Louise190 Hi. Yes I have had this every month around OV. I also have a permanently bloated tummy since coming off the combined pill in Dec. By the evening I look 5months pregnant, every single day. I had a flat tummy before, this so now have to hide it under cardigans in case people as me the dreaded question.

Nice to see a BFP showing on the thread!

I wonder if anyone can shed any light on this-
positive Opk at cd 9, then negatives, and another positive at cd 16?
I'm using clear blue digital, and have been ov around cd 17 the past few cycles.
Maybe the first one was just a dud.

Either way, in the TWW now 🤪

My glands are killing today which is normally a sure sign of AF. A little sad today and had a little cry to my DP who is just so lovely. Will wallow for a day or two but prepared for it to come now and will pick myself back up.
