Can't see a May bus, so thought I'd start one up!

A little bit about me...

TTC: #1
Age: 28
Cycle: 5
CD: 5
AF/BFP due: 10th May

This cycle I'm making a real effort to take my pre-conception vitamins EVERY day and going to use Pre-seed this cycle too.

Come on in and share your stories, symptoms and if needed, vent to your heart's content...

Ohhh I'm not even due to ovulate until Thursday but listening to you all talk about your symptoms and testing is getting me excited! We fly to Morocco on Friday so hopefully I will be distracted for the first half of my TWW! HPTs already stocked up and ready 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I feel like I'm out this month. I'm only 7dpo but I just have a gut feeling that af will arrive soon 😕 although my daughter did randomly just come up to me and say mummy tummy baby 😱

@Tamalama I think kids (and dogs) pick up on things we don't see! Fingers crossed for you!

@Louise190 that's very true, she did say the same thing when I was pregnant back in December and whilst I was having my mc in January which lasted for about 3 weeks she'd say mummy tummy baby gone every so often, even though we never mentioned it in front of her, and she only turns 2.5 years old on 17th May..

@mumofbun AF is due Friday but I feel it could come literally any moment now

I'm not due until Friday, but after having dreams of a positive test result I took one this morning 😬 it was negative, and when I looked at the box it said there's only a 53% chance it'll detect a pregnancy 4 days early. It's not much better than guesswork, I don't know why I did that to myself! 🤣 and the test was left over from my first pregnancy in 2015, so it was out of date 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thought I was going to be sick in spin class but maybe that’s just spin class 😂😂 had s funny taste/feeling in my mouth but had eaten a babybel! Sore boobs are normal for my time of the month... at least not long to wait for us to know! 🤞🤞🤞

Weird @Tittie I also had a dream last night that I took a test and got a BFP so got up this morning and tested. A big fat NEGATIVE. Bah.

@tisonlymeagain it's so disappointing isn't it, but it's so early to be testing. Hopeful for us both on Friday 👊🏼

I am with you @helpasisterout due to test 5th but feel like AF is already on its way. I only ovulated 3 days ago too. Just really emotional for no reason and bloated. The odd twinge but nothing that reminds me of when I fell pregnant with DS. Hopefully its all in my head. Fx for you too

Just to join in symptom spotting, I was really nauseous yesterday and then vomited horribly mid morning. Only 4dpo but naturally I have half convinced myself it's MS... (though if it is I'm in for a rough first trimester). I think it would actually be physically impossible at this stage but doesn't stop me googling...

Nauseous here too, sore boobs still, cramping, backache, hot flashes...11dpo. BFN yesterday on a FRER. Will test again tomorrow but I suspect AF will show her ugly face by the weekend

My nausea has gone but didn’t turn up until later on yesterday! I’m quite tired but I’m a good mood for this part of my cycle...

Still never done a test so waiting until Friday to see what happens!

@KittenMittens1 how many dpo are you? If af hasn't arrived then you're still in with a chance 😊 I didn't get my bfp with my last pregnancy until 14 dpo!

I worked it out last night and 13dpo,

No sign of AF yet but not due until Friday. just so heartbreaking to keep seeing BFNs as you all probally know anyway

I'm going to take one tomorrow morning then wait hoping AF never Arrives

Im 6dpo and im convinced this is my month!! My uterus feels different. I have no appetite. I have a headache..... Call me crazy haha... Tww hurry up and end!

I reckon I'll be out this month. According to premom I won't o til Thursday. Doubt we'll dtd til Friday due to work and being knackered so I'll miss it

WELL, after my whole 'will not obsess' thing, DH found the SMEP and was so up for it I bought some cheap OPKs in Home Bargains, and I'm really confused by the lines so tempted to go digital just to cut that confusion. It does basically boil down to 'shag a lot' TBF, but seems a bit of structure suits us so I'm happy enough with that.

Good luck to all, especially those in the 2WW. It is SUCH a tough time. I'll be in the second half of mine and I thought I would be on holiday, which would take the mind off it, but 've just accepted a massive work job for that week instead so I'll have to try hard not to test early.

AF just arrived! I'm so upset, that could just be the symptoms of AF or the crushing disappointment for yet another month!

any tips for next month, spill 'um haha.

Or any tips to stop caring this much? I feel like its all I can think about.

@KittenMittens1 I feel exactly the same every time af shows her ugly mug. Unfortunately I have no tips or advice as I'm in the same boat. Mixed emotions not knowing if and when O will happen, will we hit, then the dreaded TWW. It's awful isn't it. I told myself I wasn't going to obsess this month but it's just so bloody hard isn't it. Big hugs and lots of baby dust for next month xxx
