Can't see a May bus, so thought I'd start one up!

A little bit about me...

Age: 28
Cycle: 5
CD: 5
AF/BFP due: 10th May

This cycle I'm making a real effort to take my pre-conception vitamins EVERY day and going to use Pre-seed this cycle too.

Come on in and share your stories, symptoms and if needed, vent to your heart's content...

Please can someone tell me if iodine is in folic acid or what is in iodine that you should take once pregnant or whilst conceiving I had no idea about this there's too much info out there 😩

we take the attached pic, its a mix of everything needed. Folic Acid & Iodine both included, See link for whats in them. they we're recommended by my Doctor.

@mrssunshinexxx there's iodine in pregnacare or similar. it's not in folic acid.

Oh shit only taking folic so better get something want a healthy healthy Brain! Thanks guys

@BowiesJumper I managed to avoid buying any! Can't test tomorrow as travelling for work so will have to wait until Wednesday (12dpo) which is probably better anyhow!

What does everyone make of these? Top is late last night bottom around lunch time. I feel today's is slightly lighter. Cervix is real low and quite firm. Wondering if I ovulated yesterday perhaps????

Tested this morning 9dpo - obviously negative what's wrong with me?! I have a short luteal phase so AF due on Wednesday at 11dpo. Currently trying to decide whether to test weds morning or wait until it's a day late on Thursday 🙈 who am I kidding it will obviously be weds

@mommato3 they look about the same to me! If you'd ovulated would it show up at all?

Just went into my local independent chemist and they were selling packs of 2 ClearBlue Digital for £7.99 so it felt rude not to 😬 (and some £1 cheapies might have been bought too)

My Ava should arrive on Wednesday 🤗 according to Flo app I should ovulate on Sunday and I’ll keep OPKing until I get my static smiley. 🤞 for May conception for us all ladies!

What is an Ava meant to do? Not heard of those before!

its a £249 fertility tracking bracelet. My Doctor advised us to avoid these as he says they aren't anymore useful and accurate then using the free apps. but I suppose if people have been trying for like 2+ years I can see why they would but them.

Let us know how it works out though? I think my Dr is just very cynical of them haha,

Hello everyone! I’m back after being MIA for a little while waiting for my fertile week. It’s finally here and DH has a few days off this week (including his birthday on Thursday!) so I’m feeling hopeful that we’ll be able to get trying a fair bit! Hope you’re all well 😊

So AF came early today ☹️ had a little cry this morning but feeling a bit more positive now, especially as my dates mean that I can stay on the May bus with you lovely ladies. I'm just at the tail end of it now!

@BowiesJumper I've just had a quick read up. Apparently after O it can take a day or 2 for the LH surge to drop so can still be detected. May do another tonight or tomorrow and see what that shows x

That's what I am waiting for this weekend @MeganMama28 although I've been totally off it anyway, just haven't fancied it, but I have a birthday party on Saturday and an all-dayer Sunday so I'm hoping that if I'm out this month then AF shows by then!

I'm in a fowl mood today and had a few twingey cramps so suspect my AF due 5th May is coming early.. the joys!

@kittenmittens1 I got the £20 off and will sell it once I conceive but I’m finding trying to use apps all that tell me different dates for ov but all with the exact same data quite stressful. I’ve had several including the Ava app say Sunday for ov day and others say next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday! Quite varied!
