Very nice, a wee day out and some retqil therapy will be good fun. We have friends coming tomorrow for a meal. Their ds is similar age to ours so will be good fun for the dc

@Scarletrose18 haha how did you guess?! An abundance of tea and I was well fed too! How lovely, play dates are the best because it entertains the little ones for abit and you get to have a good chat and a catch up so it’s a win win 😃👍🏼 I hope you have a nice day tomo

Iv seen a lot of positive tests on MN this month so hopefully February is a lucky month and you all post your BFP soon 😄 btw next year is a leap year anyone who ends up with a feb due date could only have to buy presents every 4 years 😆 xx

Aww thank you @HJWT February is definitely a lucky month for me as my ds’s birthday is at the end of it (not a leap year thankfully though!) 🤣 I’m sure they get the choice of 28th Feb or 1st March don’t they!? It would feel very much like an unbirthday wouldn’t it!?

Measuring a week behind but she said that was because she couldn't get an accurate measurement as the baby was curled up into a little ball, but there was a good heartbeat and she said everything looks as it should! Still going to go by my original dates until my 12 week scan on the 5th. Feel like a weight has been lifted! ❤

Thank you @Cocobana, I felt so relieved that I cried at the scanning clinic! DD doesn't really understand but she'll be thrilled once she realises that theres going to be a baby in the house - she absolutely adores babies (god help me!)

We told all of the family this evening as well, everyone is so excited.

@Cocobana I was actually born on the leap year! My DN often tells me she is older then me (she is 10) and that I am still a baby 😂 kids!!!

Thanks @Scarletrose18 it was great DD loved it she and one of her girl cousin who is 6 walked round together holding hands everywhere they went - they liked Beamish yesterday then today we went beach combing at the beach in Alnmouth it was pretty windy though then went to a huge soft play in Amble then went out for some lunch at a local pub! My mum bought DD and my niece matching pjs they look so cute and played really nicely together with one of her boy cousins who is 8 too!
How is everyone else doing?!
I lost another 2lb meaning I've lost 1st 4lbs but I think I've put at least that much back on with 2 pub lunches this weekend! I'm going to struggle to get to the gym this week as well as it's half term!! Xx

@Scarletrose18 thanks, I feel abit better now because I finally got my positive opk this morning so we’re following the SMEP for the rest and then it’s just the waiting game isn’t it. I’ve calculated if I have a ten day luteal phase as normal af will be due 1st March which will be 28 days since my last one. How about you?
Did you enjoy your meal with friends yesterday’s and have a nice time? I’m taking ds to soft play this morning then to the shops to run afew errands.

@Scarletrose18 No scan date yet, having blood test today then doctor said go from there! Im feeling really sick today though, don't even want to eat breakfast 🤢

@HJWT good luck for your blood test, the strong symptoms are positive and so is the nice strong lines you’ve been getting. Hopefully the blood test will put your mind at rest and you’ll feel better 💐

Hi everyone blood test came back within normal range but they have booked me in for a scan on Wednesday which is a bit worrying ! Surely there is nothing to see at this point?

Its probably just procedure, they’ll have to just make sure. It’s great news that your bloods are as they should be. Hopefully Wednesday will put your mind at rest.
